Chapter 19- - Divorce Letter

Elvira looked doubtfully at the office building before her at the moment, despite having to tread heavily, she finally tried to remove all doubtful feelings when she decided to keep going inside.

It took him days to think up until he was determined to come to this place face to face if this was the best way for him.

The sudden presence in the office of an acquaintance lawyer who is also quite familiar with their family makes the owner of the law firm office surprised because so far Elvira is classified as a person who rarely visits it.

“Bu Elvira?” a female advocate to him. He invited his special guest to sit down.

“There can I help?” he asked while watching the look on Elvira's face that looked sad as if he was thinking about something very heavy.

“Apply a divorce suit for my husband,” said Elvira suddenly which surprised her greatly.

“Divorce? What happened?” it was obvious that the woman before Elvira was currently feeling extremely shocked.

How can a wife from Daffin Arkatama who has been dreamed of by many women out there can say that.

Seeing and paying attention to how the relationship shown by the two so far, it felt that there would be absolutely no gap for them to be able to say about divorce.

“What I said earlier was less clear?” ask Elvira back.

“But why? What really happened?”

“I don't want to be with him anymore,” Elvira said.

“Bu Elvira, what can not be discussed again properly? Then, what about Dewanti's mother and Meisya's mother, did they already know this?”

After finishing from the lawyer's office, Elvira sat for a moment in her car which was still parked in the office yard area.

Thought a brown map located in the passenger seat that contains a divorce papers for her husband makes Elvira more bitter.

Although Elvira knows that this will not be easy, but for her parting is probably the best way for her and Daffin.

Elvira immediately stepped on the gas pedal and took her car until a while later she had arrived in front of the group's Arkatama office. Elvira immediately got out of her car and walked in.

Meanwhile, Daffin in his room looks silent. His ears still heard the words that Sakti said while delivering some reports, but his mind floated somewhere until he could not think with focus.

“Pak Daffin, did you hear me?” tanya Sakti's.

“Oh, yes. Continue,” sahut Daffin.

“This is some business proposal submitted by some companies.” Sakti placed the pile of paper on the Daffin table right in front of him.

Daffin then examined it for a while and recognized the name of the company listed on the sheet.

Not long after, Elvira suddenly entered the room and turned the attention of the two.

While Sakti who immediately understood to give the two of them time and immediately excuse me to leave the room.

Elvira looked at him for a while with deep sadness, then immediately handed over the map he had brought for Daffin to see.

“What is this Dear?” ask Daffin curiously.

“Open lah.”

Daffin then opened it and took the document inside, the next second his eyes immediately turned pushy when reading the contents of the document given by his wife.

“No, I don't want to. I would never think of divorcing you!” daffin firmly rejects Elvira's request stated in the document.

“But you have to do it, Mas. I think this is the best way for us, I don't think I can continue the relationship with you. So, please divorce me,” pinta Elvira.

“No Honey, I told you I would never divorce you! I'd rather die than have to part with you!” reject Daffin with his teary eyes.

Then he threw the paper on his desk.

“Mas, but I can no longer continue our relationship!”

“No! Elvira, don't do this to me. You may scold me or punish me as you please, but please never think of leaving me like this.”

Daffin begged him and did not hesitate to rest at his feet, but Elvira immediately held both shoulders asking him to stand back.

Afterwards, Daffin held Elvira's hand tightly while looking at her, hinting that he would not part with his wife. Although Elvira actually did not have the heart to see the look of sadness, but she will still insist on her stance.

“Sorry Mas, my decision is already unanimous. I want us to separate,” pinta Elvira again who started sobbing while trying to release Daffin's hand grip from his hand, but Daffin also insisted not to take his hand off.

“Darling, I don't want to part with you. I love you so much, I will give you everything I have. Please don't do this to me, we can still fix everything? Please give me another chance.”

“I've given a chance to our relationship, Mas. But I guess this time I can't anymore, this reality is very difficult for me to accept. I'll file it in court soon.”

Elvira then took her hand off Daffin's grip and left immediately.

“I will never divorce you until anytime!” firmly Daffin once again with emphasis on each of his words, his affirmation made Elvira hold back her steps.

“Whatever you try, I will never divorce you!”

Daffin's tone this time sounded like a compulsion for Elvira which made her turn her body towards Daffin again.

Elvira finds her husband's gaze now confirming that Daffin is not messing with her words.

After Daffin felt his plea that Elvira did not make him have to act like this because he felt he had the right to do so.

Daffin then took back the paper containing the divorce papers and tore them in front of Elvira.

“Mas!” Elvira sees him protesting because Daffin seems unwilling to understand his feelings.

“I'm sorry, but I have a right to this. I just want you to know that I love you so much and I will not let you go for any reason. I no longer want to hear the word divorce, you can just punish me for all my actions against you,”, said Daffin who realized the gaze of anger from Elvira for this action.

Without saying another word, Elvira then chose to leave the room with a sense of disappointment and anger that was no longer directed.

Today it felt like he just wanted to go to calm down trying to temper his anger because of Daffin's attitude towards him.

While in the elevator, Elvira suddenly felt dizzy on her head and felt her body start to feel weak, actually he had felt his body that began to feel uncomfortable since yesterday and Elvira thought maybe he was exhausted because lately too heavy thinking.
