Chapter 29-Mama-in-Law Plan

Meisya still thinks she should not be with Anya because there is still anger in her heart, but she also does not close her eyes if she should remain kind to Anya because of the child in her womb.

After taking care of Anya's administrative expenses at the clinic, Meisya passed away without even bothering about it anymore.

“Dody, because I have canceled the visit plan, we go to Mr. Roni's office only now,” Meisya said to the driver.

He felt he had to check something. Although this plan has been in his mind some time ago, but because he is still busy with work affairs he will have to find free time for this one business.

Moments later, Meisya has arrived at the law firm's office to meet Mr. Roni.

Meisya needs to check several things related to the ownership of the company owned by her son, Daffin. He also asked Roni for an opinion about his plan that wanted his daughter-in-law to leave the house.

Roni submitted a document containing a record of the number of shares owned by Daffin and Nevan in their company where Daffin has more.

 “What? Daffin owns 30% shares of Arkatama group?” Meisya furrowed her brows as she re-examined the data.

“In the space of two years Mr. Daffin managed to buy shares from several other shareholders and acquired them, Mom, which made him the second largest shareholder after the mother of Dewanti.”

“See this too.”

Roni handed over a statement that had been signed by Daffin himself before the event that eventually claimed his life.

“What is this?!” Meisya's eyes widened perfectly when reading the contents that stated that Daffin had handed over all his shares to Elvira.

“Bu Meisya know what it means? As the legal wife of Mr. Daffin, Ms. Elvira is certain to get all the amount of shares when she makes her claim and it is legally valid because Mr. Daffin himself who knowingly handed them over.”

 “What?” Meisya felt exhausted after hearing the explanation from Roni.

There was a huge regret in his mind, if only he had known this earlier.

He definitely wouldn't let Daffin do all this. This is very painful for Meisya because she thinks her son has been blinded by love so that he can give up something that is even very valuable, he said, not to mention one thing is still always regretted is the way Daffin's departure made him unable to accept with all this.

“So can't I kick him out?”

The man younger than Meisya nodded in agreement.

“When the process of transferring shares on behalf of Ms. Elvira has been legalized, Ms. Meisya could have told her not to stay at home because the house was not the right of Mr. Daffin completely, but with the record of Bu Meisya having to accept the number of shares it fell into his hands. Roni gave one more document to Meisya that made Meisya's eyes widen again when she saw it.

“It is a property ownership list that Mr. Daffin owns in his own name.”

“I don't even know if my son has so many properties,” Meisya said as she looked at the long list.

“Pak Daffin has prepared this list for his wife and will be given every anniversary of their wedding as a gift, although Mr. Daffin is gone as long as Bu Elvira still holds the status of his wife, he said, he'll get all this.”

“What?!” Meisya felt her knees getting weaker when she heard that.

“Daffin, why are you doing this?!” An enraged Meisya threw the document onto the table violently.

He then massaged his forehead which began to tighten due to the pressure of the mind.

“Why did he give up all his possessions to his wife?!” Meisya was very unaccepting as she raised her voice.

“Is there a way to make Elvira unable to get it all?” meisya asked again with her tone of voice starting to drop.

“Hmm, I'm not sure. Except for Miss Elvira herself who made a statement of rejection because of her willingness and she left voluntarily. Or maybe when he is married again, the gift prepared by Mr. Daffin will not be given to him again.”

“I can't accept this Mr. Roni!”

“But this is the absolute right of Mr. Daffin, ma'am. He only gives what is his without touching the rights of others. My advice please calm yourself Ms. Meisya, do not be rash in acting.”

“That woman, isn't enough she's making my son suffer! I will not let him take control of Daffin's treasure after taking my son's life!” firmly Meisya with hate while clenching her hands tightly.

“Did he ever visit you here recently?” meisya asked him.

“Nothing, Bu.”

“Pak Roni, as long as Elvira is still in my house, never bring this up,”.

Meisya had no choice but to just let Elvira be at her house while she thought of a way to make it go by itself without being able to make a claim against her shares.

Meisya will not let that happen. Although he desperately wanted Elvira to leave their family and there were many things that came to his mind to get rid of Elvira, Meisya was an educated and dignified person.

He would not dare to take action contrary to the law given his reputation.

 “I will not be willing if Daffin's stock falls into his hands,” Meisya muttered inwardly.

His hatred grew so when he remembered how Elvira who was just an ordinary person could get his son even so Daffin often fought and opposed Meisya's words.

Still remembering about the new thing he knew made Meisya spend more time pensive.

The hatred in his heart towards Elvira was increasingly unstoppable, he was not even willing to just return the greeting given by his son-in-law when they met at home.

While in the office, Meisya looked often mused as if there was no stopping to think of something that was very disturbing and made him restless.

How do I make Elvira not get all Daffin's? Do I really need to get rid of it? Meisya shook her head because she would not likely do the dirty way to fulfill her wish.

He will not be as brave as it is to dirty his hands, let alone hate everything related to crime even though the current situation is very eager to force him to do everything possible to get Elvira out of his family.

Although he hated it so much, Meisya did not actually turn a blind eye to the attitude and treatment of Elvira Selma who always showed respect for him.

“It is good that if he still values me, my hatred towards him will be a suffering to him. I'll make the guilt stay inside him until he himself won't be able to hold it.” Meisya muttered inwardly with vengeance.

Meisya then glanced at Anya who was sitting at the work desk seemed to be busy doing work. Meisya thought that maybe she could take advantage of Anya's presence which seemed to be greatly hated by Elvira.

“I might be able to make it go away on its own if he doesn't feel comfortable again being at home.” Meisya spoke to herself while thinking about her daughter-in-law.

 Then Meisya immediately stood up from her chair and approached the desk of her assistant.

“Anya, you want me to really accept your child right?” ask Meisya.

“Of course, Mom. I was expecting it very much. I swear if this child is indeed the son of Mr. Daffin, Ms. Meisya should not hesitate if this is the grandson of Mother herself,” Anya replied convincingly.

“Originally you can make sure that this should not be known to others, and you should do something for me.”

“Whatever I will do for Mom,” Anya said.

“Then, you come with me home,” Meisya said then she immediately prepares to go home.

Anya only responded with a surprised face even though she was actually very happy in her heart.

At that time Elvira and Dewanti were watching a live broadcast on Elvira's mobile phone watching Nevan being interviewed by a media on an inspiring youth-themed talk show.
