Look at me, Delilah

Look at me, Delilah
Brought

Delilah gasped. "You can't do that, right?"

"It's a different matter. He beat me up," Juno said.

"You hit him first!" delilah.

Juno laughed faintly. "You know, I'd love to hit you. But I'm not gonna do that. You've hurt me and I'll avenge this pain."

Delilah did not reply, then immediately exited Juno's apartment. He was tired, but still had to visit Nayaka. If that's true, that is, it doesn't take long for the authorities to snatch up her lover.

And Kyomi? Delilah did not want her daughter to be traumatized. He immediately drove the car to Nayaka's rental house.

Once there, nothing happened. Nayaka's house was quiet, and Delilah was relieved. It was late at night, but his eyes were just as sleepy. Delilah's heart was so worried.

Unconcerned by the neighbors' response that might have seen her coming, Delilah got out of the car. Once again he goes to the lover's house to make sure that Nayaka and Kyomi are okay.

Nayaka opened the door, apparently the man himself had not slept because Delilah said that he would return.

"I don't think you're coming" Nayaka said.

"How's Kyomi?" asked Delilah who was directly sitting on the chair. He was tired and had a lot of thoughts.

"She's asleep and luckily I've calmed her down" Nayaka replied. "How was your meeting?"

"I've told Juno everything. You know after that what happened. Good brother leave immediately. Take Kyomi to Paris. I'll book the first flight ticket as soon as possible. Your documents still apply, right?"

Nayaka nodded. "Yes, it still happens."

"Good, you hurry. I'll catch up after this thing's settled."

Nayaka shakes. "I'm not leaving. Why should I run? You hate me weak. Now I want to prove myself, but you told me to run away."

"Now we have Kyomi, sister. What the hell are you doing? You know who Juno is? His family is equal to mine. Although I spent a lot of money, not necessarily you can get away from it," said Delilah.

"You always assume everything can be settled with money."

"Because this is how the world works. The strong, he survives. Look at you, can you protect your beaten mother? No, right? You just saw it, even you were beaten, too" Delilah said.

"You know nothing. Don't make me angry because I won't hesitate to hold back."

Delilah was silent to hear it. Nayaka just got Juno battered. Though physically, Juno is superior, but Nayaka can make the man fall. The fear was suddenly present, and Delilah felt Nayaka was only holding back all this time.

"I just want to be a good guy. A father who can protect his daughter" Nayaka said.

When Delilah wanted to answer, the door of the house was knocked. A loud noise came from outside, and Delilah felt fear. Are they there authorities? Delilah then held Nayaka's arm so that the man did not rise from his seat.

"Don't open it" he said.

"I have to open it" said Nayaka, who took Delilah's hand off, and opened the door. "What's wrong?"

"You're the one named Nayaka?"

Nayaka nodded. "Yes, I'm Nayaka."

"Follow us to the police station. Here's his arrest warrant."

Nayaka turned to Delilah, then he nodded. "Yes, I'll come with you."

"Don't!" shout Delilah.

"Sorry, Miss. We have to take him" said the man in a leather jacket and on his waist was a firearm.

"He is innocent" said Delilah.

"Brother Nayaka has taken a beating and he should be detained. For more details, we will explain in the office. Work well together."

The noise made the resounding Kyomi wake up. He exits the room and sees the handcuffed Nayaka.

"Father!" his yell.

Nayaka. "Kyeomi!"

Kyomi crying. " Papa, don't go."

"Papa will be back soon. Kyomi was with Mama first, okay," said Nayaka.

The boy ran to reach Nayaka, but Delilah immediately hugged him, and distanced herself from some of the people who told her to get into the car.

"Father!" shout Kyomi.

"We'll catch up with Papa" Delilah said.

"No!" Kyomi pushes Delilah, and she runs into the street chasing the car that took Nayaka.

"Kyeomi!" call Delilah who ran after her daughter. "Come, we're home."

"Father!" his sobs.

Delilah carried her daughter, took her inside the house. Kyomi is crying, making her unable to think. First he tried to call Juno, but the man did not answer. Then call Reyhan's number, but the result is the same.

"Call again" said Delilah who did not want to despair. A few times, a voice sounded there. "Sister, please Delilah."

"Where are you? Whose voice is crying?" ask Reyhan.

Delilah tells Reyhan Nayaka's address and hopes that her brother will come to pick her up soon.

"Be quiet, Kyomi," said Delilah.

"You're evil. You're mean!" said Kyomi.

"Shut up!" delilah.

His head was dizzy, plus he heard crying from the child. Delilah was eager to shout to take off the weight that was on her shoulders at this moment.

Kyomi hit Delilah's stomach. "I want papa!"

"We will meet soon" said Delilah.

"You're evil!" his yell. "You're a witch."

Delilah hugged Kyomi to stop struggling. "Don't cry, honey. Papa will be back."

Kyomi was still crying. Delilah listened. He did not know how to calm the child who kept calling Nayaka.

The sound of the car rang out, Delilah moved to open the door. Luckily Reyhan and Kiano have arrived.

"Sister, Nayaka was taken by the police. Help him, brother," said Delilah.

If sorted with the intention of the heart, Reyhan really want to throw another slap on his sister. The issue of engagement has not been widespread, and plus the problem of Nayaka brought by the police.

"You're making trouble" Kiano said. "You take responsibility for yourself."

"Kiano!" reyhan.

"Look, the boy was crying. You didn't shut it down?" Kiano.

Delilah steps up to reach Kyomi, but the boy doesn't want to. "Come, Honey. We're going with uncle Reyhan."

"No want! Kyomi wants to be here. Kyomi wants papa!" said it.

Reyhan approached the two. He looked at the little boy's face with tears.

"Come, Son. Come with Grandpa" said Reyhan softly.

Kyomi shakes. "No way."

Slowly Reyhan grabbed the boy's hand. "Darling Grandpa. We're going home. We'll meet papa."

Kyomi nodded, and finally, she wanted Reyhan in her arms. Delilah was relieved, while Kiano was getting annoyed at his aunt.

"Kiano, you bring a car. Let Delilah go home alone" Reyhan said.

"Yes, Pa," said Kiano, then turned to Delilah. "Hurry home and explain what happened."

Reyhan enters his four-wheeler with Kyomi and Kiano. Delilah only followed when the car his nephew was driving passed.
