A moment before, at the place of Whisky Woods, Liulaika Jelkesya, and Alkaf Houka ....
Whisk is eager to reply to Haz's message. But he can't do it. He was listening to a long lecture from Alkaf. In fact, he did not want to listen to anything that could make him sleepy. One of them is a thing called a lecture.
Whisk kept glancing towards his phone when Alkaf was not paying attention. And, always returning his attention to Alkaf a second after he glanced at the cell phone. He's feeling very agitated.
Instead of being afraid of Alkaf who would catch him for not focusing his attention on him, Whisk was more afraid of Haz who would sulk and confuse him, both from chat and in person.
Whisk knows what it's like if Haz has already fucked someone. It doesn't taste very good. Especially when Haz snags, he can linger. Without knowing time. Therefore, men with reddish decompositions are more afraid of the opposite sex than with Alkaf.
Whisk's uneasiness grew when he saw the incoming call on his phone screen. And, it's from Haz. He wanted to pick it up, but Alkaf still continued to speak. The man felt bad if he had to interrupt his Senior.
Whisk deliberately turns off the ringtone or vibration on his phone. He did it for .. let's say to appreciate Alkaf. If only the reddish-browed man wasn't a man with a heart, he would have interrupted Alkaf's talk to pick up the phone from Haz.
Jel glanced towards the Whisk and towards his phone. He knew the Whisk was eager to pick up the phone from the person named 'Mother Country', whom he believed to be Haz. But the situation was very unsupportive because Alkaf had noticed it.
Alkaf's rant continued until the Whisk's phone screen went off. Because he could not stand it, Jel took the initiative to stop Alkaf.
"Sorry to interrupt, I'll go to the bathroom first." Jel passed from the table.
Same with Whisk. Since he had been given space to go and call Haz, he also immediately asked Alkaf for permission. "Sorry, Senior. I have something important to finish." The reddish-browed man shows one missed call from 'Mother Country'.
Without even being told, Alkaf should have known that the 'Mother Country' that was meant in the Whisk phone screen was Haz.
Whisk passed by from the table. Alkaf was alone there.
Whisk goes outside the cafe. In the cafe yard, he looked at the car and called back.
"I'm sorry, Senior Alkaf didn't stop blabbering from earlier. As a formality, I have to listen until it runs out" said Whisk. He still glanced towards the car, before finally turning his gaze straight ahead.
"No problem. I just wanted to ask" Haz said from across the street and Whisk knew he was angry. "Did you find any strangeness against Jelkesya?"
The whiskey seemed to think for a moment. "Relange? There is, "he answered with great conviction. "He looks very agitated. The most important thing is, since I was with him and talking, he didn't hold his android at all. I suspect the android's been taken."
"That information is not enough to analyze where Alkaf put the tracking device, Whisk. I need information such as whether Jel's car keys were ever taken or not, or whether there were identity cards confiscated by Alkaf," Haz said.
The whisky took a long breath. That would be very difficult to do. Alkaf was with them. He could not have blatantly asked Jelkesya about whether Alkaf had confiscated his belongings. And, whatever items Alkaf seized.
"For that matter, I'm afraid I can't help, Haz. Except kal-"
"Shut up, Whisk! Alkaf is behind you."
It seems Alkaf is suspicious of the conversation between Haz and Whisk on the phone.
Originally, the Whisk could not think of anything inside his head. But he remembered his own words saying that Haz was having business.
Whisk immediately switched the topic of conversation with Haz. He asked, "Oh, what? You want time to be pushed back until eleven in the evening?"
Whisk was a little relieved of the lie he made just a moment ago. He clearly knows that Haz is in the car, but he instead tells Alkaf that Haz has business. The situation is supported by Jel not not noticing when Whisk unlocks the car and assumes that Haz is really gone so he says nothing. Whisk is very helpful because of the lies made by himself.
"Whisky Woods, you know I'm busy. Waikit and Yudel just called and gave word about the development they were getting. I couldn't have missed it" Haz replied.
Whisk smile
"Can the sample be taken tomorrow? You haven't had dinner either. I've even eaten almost three bowls of noodles and two cups of milk coffee" Whisk said in a slightly disappointed tone. He certainly didn't want Haz to drag on with the people. Indeed Haz showed his anger, but it would only bring down his physical and mental health.
"I'll work on it as soon as possible, Whisk," replied Haz.
Whisk did not answer yet, Haz had already turned off his phone. The man could only take a deep breath―if he had started the drama, he somehow felt disappointed.
Whisk turned around and found Alkaf. He immediately reflexes in shock. Of course it was made up by him.
"Senior?" tanya Whisk horrified.
Somehow Alkaf looks very suspicious in Whisk's eyes. Although he made plays and carried out his actions smoothly, he still felt that Alkaf was unnatural. Why would the glasses guy follow him? It doesn't seem like it's just for eavesdropping on the conversation.
Alkaf and Whisk were in a position of mutual suspicion back then.
What was the hidden motive within Alkaf's mind, Whisk could not guess at all. I don't know? Maybe Alkaf will stab him in the back?
"Senior?" The whiskey called out to Alkaf once more. He even waved his hand in front of Alkaf's face.
The awakened Alkaf immediately asked back loudly, "What?"
Whisk stared in disbelief at Alkaf before leaving him. The reddish-browed man returned to his desk to coincide with Jel returning as well.
Whisk whispered to Jel, "Your boyfriend is weird."
"He often does that." Jel whispered back.
Then, Jel and Whisk were silent. Whisk focused on his phone, while Jel just stood still and stirred the milk in a glass that was still full.
Whisk: Senior Alkaf freak.
