Azlan's birthday today. Abrar and Balqis make a birthday party by inviting the children of Azlan's friends and school friends. Liana was also present at her grandson's birthday party. But not so with Zidan and Isabel, he was still a lot of work and Isabel was taking the entrance exam to a university in Italy so could not attend Azlan's birthday party.

Balqis and Abrar watched everything and only chuckled in amusement when they saw Azlan's face flushed red as he kissed Desi.

“Hei, Azlan is so cool huh! At the age of 6 years now he has felt the kiss of a girl his age hehehe.” Abrar said to Balqis.

“That's all because of your heresy right?” Balqis.

“Hehehe, thank you for your praise, Balqis!" Abrar cengengesan.

“Jeez, he said I praised him! Really too.” Balqis murmured a head-dagger in response to the ridiculous Abrar.

Abrar and Balqis also approached Azlan who was now familiar with Desi.

“What are you doing?” Balqis asked Azlan and Desi.

“Honey, om and aunt this is your future in-laws!” AZlan said to Desi while pointing to Abrar and Balqis.

Abrar and Balqis are shocked by Azlan's adult-like words.

“Om?” Abrar was confused.

“Tante?” Balqis was confused.

“How dare you tell me and your papa this is om and auntie! Although I have given birth to 3 children, I am still young, even I do not have wrinkles on my face.” Balqis was upset with Azlan.

“I'm just kidding, mommy.." Azlan Sahut.

“Hai, my name is Desi! I'm Azlan's girlfriend.” Desi said politely to Abrar and Balqis.

"It's cool that you say people's children as your son-in-law's candidates.” Balqis sewot told Abrar.

Balqis turned back to her head to see the silly behavior of her husband and son looking at her.

Zidan who kept struggling with work in his office space occasionally looked at Isabel who was sitting waiting for him boredly.

“Om, still old huh?” Ask Isabel.

“Still!” Zidan Sahut.

“Om, I go for a walk for a while.” Said Isabel.

“Sit, you can't go anywhere before I'm done with my work.” Zidan said that he forbade Isabel from moving anywhere.

“Huh, I'm really bored!” Isabel sat back down.

Two hours later……..

Zidan was done with his work and he saw Isabel had fallen asleep on the couch. He approached the sweet girl who always adorns his life now. Zidan gently stroked Isabel's cheek and also kissed Isabel's forehead fondly without her noticing that Raisa was looking at her from behind the door of the office. Raisa's tears flow when she sees Zidan loving Isabel who she feels has taken Zidan out of her hands. Clenching her hands, Raisa left Zidan's office crying and hurt. Isabel woke up as Zidan kissed her lips gently.

“Om, are you done working?” Isabel asked rubbing her eyes.

“Already from earlier, naughty belbel! How dare you sleep while I'm at work.” Zidan.

“Looks like you need to be punished, belbel!” Zidan went back to Isabel.

“What do you want om?” Isabel said in horror.

Zidan could not stand it when he saw his wife's lips. He was eager to kiss the lips of Isabel who was preparing to dodge him.

“Om, don't start again!” Said Isabel.

“Why, darling?” Ask Zidan who doesn't care about Isabel's rejection.

“Eeemmm, I'm on it.” Said Isabel.

“That's what?” Ask Zidan who's been floating.

“That, monthly guest!” Sahut Isabella.

Zidan immediately gasped at Isabel.

“Are you doing?" Zidan asked suspiciously.

Isabel nodded.

“Why didn't you tell me from earlier, belbel!” Shouted Zidan annoyed.

"who told you to always hang out near me." murmured Isabel not to blame.

“Aaarrgghh, you're so mean, belbel?” Shouted Zidan frustrated.

Though Zidan had floated and fantasized strangely with Isabel, but it was destroyed because Isabel was coming to the moon.

“Then let's go for a walk.” Take Zidan to Isabel.

“Hehehe, I'm sorry om.” Isabel's Saying.

“Already, forget it!” Zidan Sahut.

Zidan and Isabel got into the car and went to find an afternoon snack at a cafe where Zidan was tired. But while on the car trip Zidan problematic. The driver said the car's brakes were not working.

Zidan and Isabel were in a panic when they saw a truck speeding in front of them and about to crash into their car. Zidan tries to direct the driver to control the car, but Isabel sees the truck getting closer and about to hit their car.

“Awas, om!” Shouted Isabel pulled Zidan's body and protected Zidan with her body.

Their car was dragged several meters and finally stopped in reverse position. Zidan was still conscious when he saw Isabel faint and was filled with wounds.

“Isabel, wake up.” Zidan said to Isabel who had befallen his body.

Now they are being treated at the hospital.Zidan's private driver was immediately killed at the scene, the, Isabel is in surgery for serious injuries with broken bones in her neck and right hand while Zidan is only injured in her body due to broken car glass.

Liana who got bad news, immediately came to Italy to see the condition of the child and his daughter-in-law.

Liana, who arrived two days after the incident, entered the room where Zidan was sitting waiting for Isabel to wake up after the fracture.

“She hasn't regained consciousness after surgery yesterday!” Zidan Sahut.

Then Liana saw Isabel wrinkle her eyebrows.

“Zidan, it looks like Isabel has regained consciousness.” Liana.

“Belbel!” Call Zidan.

Isabel slowly opened her eyes and saw Liana and Zidan before her.

“Om! Mama!" Isabel lirih.

“Don't move much! You just had operation.” Zidan.

“Rest nak.” Liana told Isabel.

“Are you okay?” Isabel's question is still weak.

“I'm fine, and it's because you protected me, belbel! Thank you.” Zidan looked at Isabel inside.

Isabel just smiled and was grateful to see Zidan who was fine.

Liana and Zidan sat outside Isabel's room. Shortly thereafter Leo came to convey important things related to the accident they experienced.

“Zidan, this incident is not purely an accident!” Said Leo.

“What do you mean?” Ask Zidan.

“There are people who deliberately damaged the car brakes and also the truck was deliberately wanted to hit you.” Sahut Leo's.

Leo provided some evidence showing the irregularities that occurred in the accident incident.

“Investigate deeper, do not let the mastermind of this incident breathe free air easily" Zidan said showing his ruthless side.

Shortly afterwards Raisa came to Zidan who was sitting leaning on the outdoor bench of Isabel's room in the care. He preferred to sit outside while I was looking after Isabel inside.

“Zidan! Honey, are you okay?” Raisa asked Zidan.

“Raisa? How do you know I'm here?” Zidan asked back.

“How dare you accuse me, Raisa!” Shouted Liana furiously at Raisa.

Liana's shout made everyone in the hospital stare at them while whispering.

“Mother stop, it's the hospital. Everyone is watching us.” Zidan said to hinder Liana who was about to attack Raisa.

As a result, Raisa was taken care of by security from the hospital.

“Zidan, accompany Isabel! Mom will be gone for a while.” Liana said to her son.

“Mother wait! There's something I want to ask you about Raisa" Zidan said.

“If you want to know who the truth is about Raisa, then you must promise me to trust me more as your mother than Raisa, that traitorous woman.” Liana.

“What does mother mean? Raisa traitorous woman?” Zidan asked increasingly confused.

“Zidan, when you and Raisa are getting married, mom caught Raisa cheating on Erwin in a hotel room.” Said Liana again.

Zidan was shocked to hear of the incident that left him injured years ago.

“That's impossible, mom! Erwin is my closest friend." Zidan.

“If you don't believe I'll show you the proof later!” Liana.

“Friend your wife, I'll be gone for a while." Continue Liana again.

Zidan entered Isabel's room with a moping face. He could not accept that Erwin who became his best friend could betray him and have an affair with the woman he used to love.

Zidan sat by the side of the bed looking at Isabel who was awake while looking at her.

“Om, what's up? Why are you sad?” Ask Isabel.

“Nothing! Are you feeling better now?” Zidan.

“Iya, where's Mom?” Ask Isabel.

“Mother go out for a minute." Zidan Sahut.

Zidan keeps up without leaving Isabel alone in the hospital, leaving all of her work and business to Leo.

Liana comes to Raisa who will run away with her suitcase. Raisa was very surprised when she saw Liana who was standing looking at her angrily.

“How dare you show up again and approach my son, basic lady*****you.” Shouted Liana looked at Raisa in annoyance.

“I told you, right! Never come back again.” Liana Shouted.

“Your son brought me back into his arms! Did you forget that Zidan loves me so much, huh?” Reply Raisa.

“You don't dream of being able to get more attention from my son! You're an inappropriate woman for her!” Liana desperately wanted to slap Raisa in the face.

“That's you from my son's life!” Liana continued again and stepped away leaving Raisa who was afraid of her threat.

A week later, Isabel's condition improved even though she was still sitting in a hospital bed.

Liana returns to Korea to bring evidence of Raisa's betrayal so that Zidan never thinks of getting close to Raisa again.

“Om, I'm thirsty!” Isabel said to drink.

“Really? Hehe." Zidan said to Isabel and kissed her.

“Eemmm.” Isabel screams when she's kissed by Zidan.

“How belbel, is your thirst now gone?” Zidan asked after letting go of his kiss.

“Basic, my neck still hurts like this, you're still taking a chance!” Isabel was upset.

“I miss you, belbel.” Zidan said spoiled spoons to Isabel.

“Hei, um! That's my style! You don't imitate it.” Screeched Isabel.

Isabel who could not move her neck was always disturbed by Zidan who faithfully found her. Zidan did the idle things that made Isabel just move her eyes to the left and right. There was no day for Zidan to bother Isabel who was about to die upset because of her ridiculous actions in the hospital.
