It's My Woman

"So tell me the truth before we report you to the police, what are you doing here?" ask the security again.

"Oh my God, I told you, I'm waiting for them" Stevani replied.

"Geez look at your appearance, where maybe the owner of this company wants to meet a woman like you." said the park ranger.

"Give me time to call Alex." Stevani asked.

"Please.if it's true what you say, then I'm ready to be dismissed" the security said defiantly.

Stevani let out a long sigh, he immediately contacted Alex.

"She's Lex..."

"Yes, miss, we'll be out of the company soon" Alex replied.

"I'm being held at a security post."

"What??? What the hell's going on? Wait.. miss don't be afraid." Alex said surprised while hanging up the phone.

Stevani stared at the security guard and the park ranger.

"He'll be here soon." Stevani told them.

As soon as the faces of the two paled, if it was really Alex assistant owner of the company from D city, then their history was finished. But as the two stared at Stevani's usual appearance, they again had no faith in the woman.

"There's no way you're a friend of Alex's. Mr. Alex just came to town with the owner of the company" said the security guard.

"Maybe it's just another Alex." said the park ranger.

Security is laughing. "I just remembered that there was an office boy named Alex. So you mean miss, that Alex? Although miss Alex's friend, but the lady can't just walk in here let alone step on the park."

"Haisssss sir Bambang, don't trust this woman. I'm sure he'll take the flowers in the garden." added the park ranger.

Stevani flirted, he did not want to comment on their remarks. He was tired of always being humbled by others. This time he can only wait for Alex to come so they know he is not a thief or a robber.

"What's up Lex?" zionel asked as he continued to step foot towards the elevator.

"Well what's going on, Miss Stevani is at the security post. From his voice, it doesn't seem to be good Mr. Zio." replied Alex.

"Safety posts? What did they do to Stevani? If they dare hurt that woman, I won't spare them." Zionel said.

Alex just shook his head. The elevator doors opened, both of them entering the elevator to the ground floor.

"I don't ask much questions, but I'll see soon" Alex replied.

The elevator doors opened, and the two immediately stepped out of the company.

"Sir Zio... You just wait here, let me..."

Alex hasn't finished his words, but he's been left behind by Zionel. The man accelerated his footsteps towards the security post beside the company. Alex took a deep breath while chasing after Zionel.

Both finally arrived at the security post. Without a word of greeting, Zionel directly barged into the post. His gaze was only fixed on Stevani who was sitting while bowing her head. His arrival of course made the park rangers also the security was shocked half to death.

"What's going on? You're okay, right?" zionel asked as he approached Stevani.

Stevani raised his head and shook his head. Zionel without any words he immediately woke Stevani up, the man checked Stevani's body and was shocked when Stevani grimaced in pain as he held her arm.

Stevani immediately withdrew so that Zionel did not ask, but Zionel was not his name if he did not want to know, the man immediately pulled Stevani's hand and opened his sleeve. His eyes widened when he saw the woman's arm bruised and turned blue.

With Zionel's eyes gleaming with rage, he stared at the two men who dared to touch Stevani sharply.

"She is my woman, how dare you touch her. Who did it?" zionel.

Both gasped and were frightened at the anger of the company owner. They really made a mistake by touching that woman.

"Calm Mr. Zio, we have to ask calmly" Alex said.

"I'm fine, I accidentally fell. They helped me and were brought here. Because they did a good job, they kept me here until you came to convince them that I really knew you. That's it." said Stevani lying for the good of the two employees.

Zionel looked at Stevani, he saw her face looking for the truth. Stevani smiled, causing Zionel's heart to beat.

The two looked at Stevani, not expecting the woman they accused of being a thief and a robber to be a very good woman who protected them.

"It's true, don't extend it anymore. We can't miss the plane if we stay here" Stevani replied.

"You are right, miss. Mr. Zio, we have to leave now" Alex said.

Zionel controlled his irregular heartbeat while nodding his head. He looked back at the two employees of the company.

"I won't find out more because Miss Stevani said so. In the future you can respect her even more because this woman is my future wife" Zionel said as he pulled Stevani's hand out of the security post.

Alex looked at the two before coming out. "I'm sure that's not exactly what happened, but you're lucky to have been saved by a good woman like Ms. Stevani" she said, leaving those still shocked.

The three set their feet towards the parking lot, but Zionel suddenly stopped his steps and looked back.

"Lex... Is there a medicine box in the car?" ask Zionel.

Alex shook his head.

"Then you know what to do" Zionel said.

"Well Mr. Zio, I'll take the P3K box in the office" Alex replied as he ran towards the company again.

Zionel pulls Stevani's hand back to his car. Arriving at the car, the man opened the car door for Stevani.

"You don't have to be like this, I'm fine." Stevani said.

The woman felt uneasy over what Zionel was doing now.

"Come in.." Zionel's orders.

Stevani complied with Zionel's request, so he got into his car. After Zionel closed the door, the man circled the car and went inside. Both of them were equally silent until Alex finally returned.

Alex simply handed Zionel a bag of ice cubes, before Zionel commented further, Alex immediately started his car because it would be too late to the airport if they delayed their trip again.

Zionel was eager to rebuke Alex's many questions, but he abandoned his intentions. He accepted the compress with a long sigh making Alex hold back his laughter.

Zionel looked at Stevani, then pulled his hand again and raised his sleeve again. Stevani pulls his hand.

"I can do it myself" Stevani said.

Zionel's gaze turned sharp making the woman terrified. Stevani lowered his head, not wanting to see the man's anger again.

"Are you a 5-year-old kid who could fall like this?" zionel asked as he began compressing the bruise.

"I just stumbled." Stevani replied.

"Your tripped feet but your bruised arms." - Zionel.

"Isn't that normal, you don't have to give me fake attention."

Stevani's words finally ignited Zionel's emotions. The man immediately threw his compress on Stevani's lap.

"Then do it yourself. I even treated my own wounds as a result of you." Zionel snapped.

Stevani's face immediately reddened from being reminded of that, he looked up and saw Zionel's lips that still had a bite scar. Stevani immediately turned his face away and began compressing his own bruises.

"From the beginning I said I could do it myself. Basic man arrogant, rude and willing to win alone. You even said I was your woman, when I agreed to it, ciiiih...!" stevani.

"Based on the ungrateful woman, I've helped you but you said I was just pretending to be considerate. I'm even really worried about you." Zionel thought.

"Ehem..." Alex cleared his throat to divert them. "Sir Zio, we still have time to go to the restaurant if you want to have lunch" he added.

"The restaurant is closest to the airport so it's not too late" Zionel said.

"All right sir." Alex replied.

They fell silent again, the silence in the car felt even more awkward. With Alex daring to turn on the music, it was fortunate that the two people behind him no one would mind.
