Two weeks later...

Zionel has been busy with his work for a few days. Stevani is often left alone in his new home. In the morning, the man went to work before Stevani woke up from his sleep.

Stevani went straight to the bathroom, wondering if she was really pregnant or not. The woman did a pack test and ended up crying after seeing the results. There are two red lines there. She cried because she was so happy to realize her husband's wishes.

"I'm really pregnant. I'll call Zio soon, he'll be happy to hear this." Stevani murmured as she exited her bathroom.

Just now that she wanted to call her husband, her phone rang first. The man she wanted to tell her about her pregnancy contacted her first.

"Hello Zio's..."

"Darling.I was in such a hurry this morning because a client from Japan came. Because of my carelessness, I left my wallet. So..."

"I'll take him to your office. Wait for me baby, I have good news for you." Stevani replied.

"You stay home, just have Sofi's mom take a taxi and drive her."

She stopped when she saw a photo tucked inside her husband's wallet. The woman frowned like she had seen the little girl in the photo. Stevani immediately took his wallet and took the photo. Memory after memory kept spinning in his head.

The little girl was exactly like Zaline the first time she found her. Stevani turned the photo over and the name of Haena Cruise was there. He was wide-eyed, his hands were trembling, his head was turning, his vision was dark and he finally fell unconscious.

Zionel almost hit all the vehicles that were blocking his way. He panicked when he received a call from his servant if Stevani was admitted to the hospital. Arriving at the hospital, Zionel ran frantically looking for his wife.

Zionel finds Stevani's room, the man immediately approaches his wife and clasps her hand. He was very sorry because the end of this kept busy with his work without regard to his wife.

Stevani was unconscious for a long time, but Zionel continued to worry about the woman while waiting for the results of the examination from the doctor.

"I'm really sorry baby, it's all my fault. Ms. Sofi told me that at the end of the day you always spit out your breakfast. Why don't you tell me anything if you're sick? Vani.. wake up baby, don't scare me." Zionel said.

Stevani remained unmoved, the woman with her pale face still unconscious until the doctor entered the room.

"Doctor Julius, how's my wife doing?" zionel asked impatiently.

"7 weeks?" Zionel was surprised and counting his marriage, he looked up and smiled. "I thought she was pregnant with my son since that night. Thank you doc." he said happily.

Doctor Julius nodded his head.

"But why hasn't he regained consciousness, Doc?" ask Zionel.

Doctor Julius saw his watch. "It should be realized soon, the young master is more considerate of your wife, the pregnancy period in the first quarter will be difficult for her, let alone this is her first pregnancy."

"Sure doc, once again thank you." replied Zionel.

Doctor Julius nodded again while leaving them back. Zionel approached Stevani, he gently kissed the woman's forehead.

"Darling.get up.don't let me keep worrying about you. What surprise did you want to say on the phone about your pregnancy? My wife.. say something." Zionel asked.

Stevani finally blinked his eyes, his finger moving making Zionel shocked.

"Darling... How are you doing now?" zionel asked closer to his wife.

Stevani looks at him and remembers what happened before he fainted. Her tears immediately flowed. Zionel was shocked and panicked as the woman sobbed increasingly louder.

"Tell me what hurts baby, I'll call the doctor" Zionel said in a panic.

Stevani shook his head in tears, trying to get up, zigzaggingly Zionel helped his wife. The man wiped Stevani's tears away.

"I was wrong to be too busy to forget you, baby, but don't cry. Thank you for conceiving my son, our son."

"Zio... Who's in your wallet?" stevani asked again sobbing and ignored all her husband's words.

Zionel frowned. "Oh my God, are you so jealous of that picture that you cry like this, baby?" tanyanya seaya chuckles amusedly. "I'm not going to keep a picture of another woman, it's a picture of my sister Haena" he added.

Stevani let go of her crying, making Zionel even more confused. The man immediately hugged his wife.

"What's Vani? Don't confuse me like this. If anything hurts tell me baby, if anything uncomfortable say or your stomach is troubled or..."

Stevani shook her head while continuing to sob. The little girl he had been caring for like his own sister was Zionel's sister who had been missing all this time. Zionel let go of his embrace, he held both of his arms gently.

"Then what happened to you? Don't make me tormented by your tears Vani. Are you unhappy that you're pregnant with my son?"

"Zaline... Zaline.." said Stevani.

"Zalline? He's fine baby, tomorrow we'll welcome him at the airport. You don't worry about it, I've called Dr. Mark, he's in..."

"Zaline's your sister Zio." Stevani cuts as she cries louder.

Zionel was shocked, his heart racing when he heard Stevani's words. The man stared there while digesting his wife's words.

"Zio.. forgive me.." said Stevani interrupted his sobbing.

"Tell me what you mean Vani. Zaline. I still don't understand."

Stevani felt a tremendous tightness in his chest. She fears losing Zaline after knowing the truth. He was afraid that Zionel and his family were angry because he had been hiding Haena's whereabouts. He was afraid that they would separate him from Zaline.

"Stevani Yunsu... Tell me what happened? What do you mean?" zionel began to spiral out of control while clutching Stevani's arm tighter.

Stevani grimacing. "Zio. You hurt me."

Zionel regained his senses while releasing his grip. The man got up from there, turned his body while taking a deep breath so that he could be calmer.

"Zio. It looks like Zaline is your sister who disappeared. I fell unconscious because I saw a picture in your wallet. I'm..."

The sound of falling things sounded loudly on the floor. Stevani and Zionel looked towards the sound. That's where Falera and Nicholas Cruise were stunned. The voice came from the fall of the fruit basket brought by Falera. The woman eventually fell unconscious after hearing Stevani's remarks. The atmosphere became unusual in the room.
