Three days later...

As they expected, Zionel was getting busier. The man barely met his wife because when he came home, Stevani must have slept in his sleep. Zionel could only kiss his wife's forehead and wake her up for a while and fall asleep again.

However, he has to endure the situation in order to get the truth over Haena's disappearance. Zionel must also hold back his longing for Stevani as he is busy preparing hard evidence that leads to the perpetrators of the crime in his family.

Just today, Andreaz Cruise came to the mansion. Nicholas asks him to come to solve the problems in his family one by one.

The man stepped his feet in doubt as this was the first time his brother had asked him to come personally to Cruise's mansion.

"Mr Andreaz." said one of the servants in the house. "Mr Nicho is waiting for you in his study" she added.

"Why go to work? What's the matter, actually?" andreas thought he was starting to get scared.

But of course he could not retreat or run if his brother had asked him like that. With heavy strides Andreaz approached Nicholas's study. He took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

"Come in." Nicholas' baritone voice sounded from inside the room.

Andreaz swallowed his saliva then pushed the door and entered the room.

"Sister.." said Andreaz doubtfully.

"Sit down." answered Nicholas flatly.

Andreaz sat on one of the couches in the room while waiting for his brother to speak. Nicholas approached his brother, he immediately slammed the file on Andreaz's front desk.

"Look.." Nicholas ordered.

Andreaz's hand began to tremble as he took the file. His eyes immediately widened as he read the contents.

"Sister... I just..."

Nicholas's sharp gaze made Andreaz instantly shut his mouth.

"When are you going to be like this Andre? You already have your own family. If your wife and son find out, what's gonna happen to your life, huh?"

Andreaz lowered his head.

"I do not forbid you to care for others and for people in need. But your purpose is completely different. You purposely helped the foundation because the owner was your first love. Have you gone mad to dig your own grave? For the sake of Lord Andre, step forward no longer looking back. You forgot your son was getting older. Are you willing to lose your daughter and wife just because of this kind of problem?"

Nicholas got up from his seat while standing next to his brother, patting Andreaz on the shoulder.

Andreaz let out a long sigh, he got up from his seat while saying goodbye to his brother. The man came out of Nicholas' den but he kept frowning as he continued to think.

"What happened to Nicho? Why does it look so serious? Why am I getting scared again? I haven't seen Nicho's face like that in a long time, is there still a problem in this Cruise family?" thought Andreaz as he continued to step his foot out of the house.

While Nicholas again saw the file he received from Zionel last night, without feeling his tears flowing. An overwhelming sense of disappointment erupted in his heart. He did not expect this would happen to the Cruise family that he had been guarding.

Nicholas clenched his hand and hit his desk hard. "Why would you do this to your family? Why?" his yell.

Nicholas throws things on his desk to cause a commotion. The waiter immediately approached the workspace.

"Mr Nicho are you okay?"

Nicholas took his breath and gestured with his hand for the servant to leave. Luckily Falera was accompanying Stevani to the obstetrician. Otherwise, what he did could make them all panic.
