Sweat sweat soaked Stevani's face and body, the woman even repeatedly shed her tears in pain. Zionel accompanied his wife with great anxiety and fear, the man also shed tears many times because he could not bear to see his wife grimacing in pain.

4 Months later, Stevani is in the hospital to give birth to her first child. The woman wanted to give birth normally and refused Zionel out loud when her husband advised her to have a C-section because he did not want her to be in pain.

Doctors and some nurses continued to help Stevani, the woman trying hard to push her baby out when contractions occurred. Zionel continued to hold his wife's hand and repeatedly kissed her forehead, not knowing what to do when she struggled to give birth normally.

"Hold on, baby, you can do it." Zionel said, sobbing beside his wife.

Stevani set her breath again, and a violent contraction returned, the woman shouting loudly while pushing her baby out. Unaware of his nails, he even stabbed Zionel's hand to the point of bleeding. But the man did not mind the pain he was in, because the pain was nothing compared to Stevani's current suffering.

Stevani yelled again and finally the figure of a tiny baby boy came out with a loud cry. Stevani fell limp when finally managed to give birth to the handsome baby with his struggle. His tears spilled as well as Zionel who could not resist his cries while hugging Stevani. The baby was placed directly on Stevani's chest. Their tears spilled again when they saw the tiny figure.

"Thank you, thank you for your struggle. I love you so much, Vani, love you so much." Zionel said as he kissed Stevani's face nonstop.

"Happy ladies and gentlemen, your baby boy, he is very handsome and has a flawless perfect body. We'll clean it up first." said the obstetrician who handled Stevani's delivery.

"Thank you doc." replied Zionel. "It's a shame we have a hotshot." he added.

Stevani nodded her head while sobbing. Both do not know the sex of their baby, because when doing the ultrasound, they agreed that the doctor kept it a secret to be a surprise for everyone. The nurse took the baby to clean.

Zionel wiped Stevani's tears while shaking his head. "It's over my wife. Don't cry anymore, you're one of the greatest women in the world."

Stevani nodded again and remembered the moment he put his nails into Zionel's hands. The woman immediately pulled her husband's hand and examined him. Then Zionel pulled his hand.

"I'm fine, baby." Zionel said.

"I'm sorry I hurt you" Stevani said.

Zionel again kissed Stevani's forehead. "It's not much. You are the one who suffers more. I'm really fine, baby."

The nurse brought the baby back clean. The baby was placed next to Stevani. With his maternal instinct, Stevani immediately gave his first breast milk. The baby boy immediately sucked on the pu ting payu dara Stevani firmly making everyone smile widely.

Cruise's entire family is still waiting for Stevani to step out of the delivery room. Zionel finally got out of there. The man smiled widely but returned to shed his tears when faced with his extended family. They all approached Zionel.

"I became a father, I managed to have a hero. Stevani and our baby are in good health" Zionel said, sobbing.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief, Falera immediately hugged her son.

"Good boy." said Nicholas.

The words were echoed by the other family, they were unceasingly congratulating and thanking Zionel. The delivery room door opened, several nurses pushed Stevani's bed out, as they all approached Stevani.

But Zaline immediately hugged her brother while letting go of her crying loudly. They were moved when they saw that.

"Zaline calm down baby, sister's fine. Look at Zeze." said Stevani.

Zaline let go of her embrace while looking at the tiny baby sleeping next to Stevani.

"You dare hurt my brother. If you dare to make him hurt again, I will pinch you Zeze." Zaline said.

Everyone laughed loudly when they heard it.

"You dare to pinch my son, I will repay you." Zionel said, making everyone laugh again.

The nurse pushed Stevani back to bed, and they all followed her to the treatment room.

Zionel's house was beautifully decorated, just waiting for the return of Zionel and his wife from the hospital.

"Finally done too, this is really beautiful" Kirana said as she stared at all the decorations.

Alex stared at Zionel's house, then his gaze was fixed on Kirana. Alex just realized that the secretary Zionel is really beautiful.

"You are beautiful" Alex said.

Kirana was surprised and looked at Alex. "What are you talking about, sir?"

"Do you have a boyfriend?" ask Alex.

"Huh...?"

"Do you want to marry me?" ask Alex again.

Kirana continued to be surprised by Alex's words that arrived like that. The woman finally let go of her laughter because she felt Alex was playing with her.

Alex is approaching Kirana. "Do I look like I'm joking?"

"I know it's very sudden and unprepared, I didn't even prepare anything for you" Alex said. "Wait a minute" she asked.

Alex ran to get a flower, he took another flower and shaped it like a ring. The man returned before Kirana who was still there. Alex let out a long sigh as he was in front of Kirana again. The man immediately knelt down with one leg.

"Kirana Helvetia, will you marry me?" pinta Alex with her flower ring.

Kirana returned wide, not feeling her tears dripping. It's not a dream, but it's a reality for him. The man he liked proposed to him. Without hesitation Kirana nodded her head. Alex smiled widely and put the flower ring on Kirana's finger. Alex also handed the flower to Kirana. The two embrace each other.

But it turns out that Cruise's extended family has arrived and quietly watched them.

"Yeeee.. congratulations..."

"Congratulations..." "Congratulations..."

"Congratulations Lex, Kirana.." cried Zionel.

The screams of them all made the two shocked. The baby Zionel welcoming event, actually became a cover event for Alex. They all laughed happily.
