Two hours earlier...

Alex just got a little information about Stevani. He learned that the woman Zionel was looking for was in the hospital waiting for his sister to have heart surgery.

Alex approached Zionel in his study, and said Stevani was in the hospital.

"You sure?" ask Zionel.

"Of course sir, Zaline Yunsu's surgery was performed today. But I'm not done looking for the information yet." replied Alex.

"Forget it, we're going to the hospital now." Zionel.

"You haven't had lunch yet, Zio."

"I'm not hungry, Lex. Right now all I want is to see that woman. Hurry up. We're going to the hospital now."

Zionel took his foot out of the room, and Alex followed. And when he arrived at the company Zionel actually found a scene that he did not want. The woman he was looking for was being forced by a man.

Zionel and Alex continued to listen to their conversation. The two finally found out, that man was named Dani, the son of the X city councilor who was taking advantage of the situation. Zionel furiously asked Alex for a check and wrote down a fantastic number. He immediately approached them and wanted to immediately keep Stevani away from the man.

Zionel is shocked that Stevani forgot about it, forgot about their hot night. And this is where Zionel is now watching Stevani talk to the doctor who handles his sister's surgery.

"How's Zaline doc?" ask Stevani.

"The operation went well, but Miss Zaline's condition is very weak at the moment" Mark's doctor replied, making Stevani sad.

Ms. Yoyoh kept stroking Stevani's back to calm down.

"So what does Doc mean?" ask Stevani again.

"Miss Zaline must remain in an intensive room for approximately two to three weeks. And during that time, the family or anyone is not allowed to see it. The patient's calmness greatly affects his health, he should not hear outside sounds that will interfere with his mind."

"So I can't see it at all Doc?"

Doctor Mark nodded his head. "Please be patient, Miss Vani, this is what we have to do right now. Miss Zaline will be moved to the intensive room soon."

Doctor Mark patted Stevani on the shoulder and left her. Stevani's tears are spilling, he's very worried about Zaline's current state.

Zionel ran when he saw the woman fall unconscious. Without hesitation, he lifted the woman's body and shouted for help. Some nurses approached them and immediately showed them the room.

Zionel immediately took Stevani to the treatment room. A doctor ran into the room and checked on Stevani. While one of the nurses began to put an infusion hose on his hand.

"How's Doc doing?" zionel asked after seeing the doctor finish checking on Stevani.

"Patients are stressed and exhausted. It seemed that he had not filled his stomach with food either. You don't have to worry, sir, he just needs to rest."

Zionel sighed. "Praise God, thank God. Thank you doc."

The doctor nodded and left them. Zionel comes out of the treatment room to meet Alex and Miss Yoyoh.

"How's Neng Vani sir?" ask mom Yoyoh.

"It's fine just need a break. Is she this woman?" ask Zionel.

"Oh sorry mom, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Zionel Cruise, and this is my assistant Alex Rudiart. I know this woman. Ah I mean Miss Stevani."

"Oh so you recognize neng Vani. I'm Miss Yoyoh, Vani's neighbor who's like her own mother."

"Oh ma'am Yoyoh, so what happened to the operation ma'am?" ask Zionel.

"Oh Allah. Sir please take care of Neng Vani for a moment. I'll be back soon." replied Ms. Yoyoh as she left Zionel and Alex.

Zionel and Alex looked at each other.

"Try to find out what happened to Lex." Zionel ordered.

"You sure you're staying here?" ask Alex.

Zionel. "The woman hasn't regained consciousness Lex."

"All right, I'll be right back." Alex replied as he left Zionel.

Zionel returned to the treatment room. He stood next to Stevani and folded his hands in front. The man looked at Stevani who was lying weakly there. He stared from the head down. Every inch of his gaze always remembered how he did it last night.

Suddenly his little sister woke up to remember what happened to them on the bed. Zionel cursed so much.

"Little sister, you woke up at an inopportune moment. Go to sleep again." he ordered like a madman.

But his little brother thrashed not to listen to his words. As Zionel gazed at Stevani's blanket-covered core, he vividly recalled how his little brother had glided like a ballistic missile.

"Damn it.. Is my brain now filled with dirty thoughts? Why is it that just looking at her body, I even want it? Realize Zionel Cruise, it's not like you. Where was your control when you met a woman, why did you lose control again this time?" zionel thought he was upset.

Zionel did not want to continue his madness anymore, he turned his body and prepared to leave the room again. But he was shocked when he heard Stevani's scream.

"You okay? How are you feeling now?" ask Zionel.

Stevani stared at the room. He was confused as to why he was in the room with his hand being infused.

"Where's Zaline, what happened to her?" ask Stevani.

"Calm down, miss Yoyoh and my assistant are looking at her situation. Lie down again." ask Zionel.

"I also had to see her before being transferred to the intensive care room. Take me out, sir, I beg you..."

"You're still weak, you can't see him now. Relax, lady..."

"I want to see it now." Stevani forced himself, he tried to let go of the hose infusion.

Zionel held his hand. "Don't be stupid, if you're sick how can you meet your sister. If you love him, don't you have to see him in good health instead of pale like this." he said.

"It's none of your business, sir... Let me take a look at it for a second." snapped Stevani.

Stevani is shocked to hear Zionel's words.
