Izzah had regained consciousness, Rayhan swiftly stood beside Izzah's bed and grabbed Izzah's hand while kissing his forehead.

"Remove here dear." said Rayhan.

"What happened bang? Where's izzah? Why does Izzah's stomach hurt so much?" ask Izzah.

Rayhan tried hard, holding back tears that began to pool.

"Darling, we're in the hospital again. I don't remember last night Izzah passed out in the hotel toilet" Rayhan said.

Izzah tried to sit down, Rayhan helped him to lean. Then Izzah felt his stomach that felt pain after surgery.

"Why is Izzah's stomach camping bang? Where's baby Izzah?" hysterical shouting.

"Silence, baby, calm down. Our baby has been born safely." replied Rayhan stammered.

"Born? Did you mean brother Izzah miscarried? Then how can? She's only six months old." Izzah is getting hysterical.

"Izzah listen to me, last night Izzah was bleeding, so the doctor was forced to remove the baby Izzah because Izzah's amniotic fluid had broken" said Dr. Aaron who approached Izzah with Lisa.

"Where's baby Izzah now? Is he already.... Aaaahh." shouted Izzah.

"Zah calm down Zah" Lisa said as she clasped Izzah's hand.

"Darling.sayang dengerin brother. Look there, there's our baby struggling there. So Izzah has to be calm and strong for our daughter." pointing towards the incubator.

"Puteri? She was born safe bang?" ask Izzah.

"Dear, Izzah must be strong. So that he also becomes stronger." replied Rayhan.

Izzah hugged Rayhan with a sobbing.

Doctor Aaron then pulled Lisa's hand to take her out of the room. To provide privacy for Rayhan and Izzah.

Doctor Aaron and Lisa decide to go to the hospital park. They then sat side by side on the long bench available.

"Mas.." said Lisa.

"Yes Lis." replied Dr. Aaron.

"I'm sorry Lis, I didn't mean to..."

"I want to go." said Lisa.

"meaning?" ask Dr. Aaron.

"I want to change my appearance for you" Lisa replied.

Doctor Aaron's eyes sparkled.

"Alhamdulillah, but I don't want your meaning Lis. I want you to change your appearance purely from your heart because you want to close the aurat. Actually there is no harm in you wanting to change to please me, just straighten out your intention to get the pleasure of God" said Dr. Aaron at length.

"Thank you, I promise to improve myself to deserve to be your companion" Lisa said.

"I'm also trying to keep myself strong for you" replied Doctor Aaron smiling.

Meanwhile, in the ER room, Izzah was being examined by Nuri.

"Thank God, Izzah's situation is better. Now Izzah ma'am can be transferred to the hospital room for recovery" said Nuri doctor.

"What about my baby Doc? Can I be taken to the same room as me? I don't want to separate the room with him doc." said Izzah.

Doctor Nuri seemed to think.

"I beg the doctor, do my wife's request. I'll pay whatever the cost is." Rayhan said.

"Well, Mr. Rayhan" said Nuri.

Izzah is then transferred to the VVIP room with his tiny baby.

When moving rooms, Mang Diman and bi Asih were already in the hospital. The two of them entered Izzah's room.
