Today is our 1 year wedding anniversary.

I walked out of the airport quickly, hoping to get home quickly and hugged Fara. I miss her so much, I haven't seen her in 1 week. I checked my phone and it shook because there was a message from Fara. I called Fara right away after seeing that text message from her.

"What does your message mean?" Ask him.

"What?" Ask Fara back to me.

"You want to play games with me. I miss you so much. I want to hug you, so please don't play me this time." Saying to him.

"I have a plan to surprise you. So you're in the game right now." Fara Say.

The driver in front of me bowed his head to me and gave me a card. I raised my eyebrows in confusion.

"Have you got it?" Ask Fara over the phone to me.

"Huh?" I'm confused.

"Open up and look at it." Fara and I did what she said.

"I..." I read the contents of the card the driver gave me.

Fara spoke again.

"If you find another word on that card, then you'll be able to see me. I'll lead you." Fara Say.

"Well, where should I go?" I asked him to be impatient.

"The driver will take you." Fara Say.

15 Minutes later, we were in front of a mall.

"At the mall?" I asked Fara.

"Yes, it's still morning and I know what your morning routine is. Grab a coffee at the coffee shop and say your name and the first alphabet of your name." Fara and I quickly rushed towards the coffee shop.

"Latte coffee. Ammar A." I said and the worker smiled as he nodded his head at me.

With the latte coffee he gave me, he also gave me a card. I opened the card and read it.

"WAITING..." I read the writing on the card.

"Yes. Now go to the next place, the flower shop. Say your name in the second alphabet of your name." Said Fara and I quickly went there.

"Ammar M." I said and the florist smiled again and asked me to wait.

Soon after, she gave me a bouquet of pink roses and a card.

"YOURSELF? I'm waiting for you..." My words tried to combine the three words from the paper I had obtained.

"Now go to a mascot who wears a Doraemon costume and don't forget to mention the third alphabet in your name." Say Fara again.

"All right, Madam." I ran towards the mascot.

"Ammar M." My speech.

The mascot took some action and took a card.

"Congratulations, you've already passed half the way." Say that mascot.

I smiled and opened the card.

"TOGETHER..."

"Now go to the watch shop on the 2nd floor. Keep saying your name with the next alphabet of your name." Fara and I went there.

What exactly is he planning? I really couldn't help but hug her. I really want to hug her right now.

" Ammar A."

"Congratulations for 1 year of your marriage." The shopkeeper gave me a gift box with a card.

I walked out of the store and read the writing on the card.

"WITH...."

I put all his words back together.

"I'm waiting for you to be together with..."

"Happy birthday dear." Fara said and I smiled.

"I know you haven't prepared a gift. So you have to buy me chocolate on the third floor. Don't forget to mention your next alphabet."

I laughed because I definitely remembered our wedding anniversary. I actually prepared a gift for him.

I followed her by going to the chocolate shop and saying my name.

"Ammar R." My speech.

I was curious to open the card they gave me but there was half the writing that disappeared.

"....... WE'RE. I'm waiting for you along with ... we."

"Congratulations." Said the shopkeeper and I was getting confused.

"What does this mean. I don't understand, why is there text missing?" I asked Fara.

"Last of all, go to a restaurant. That's where you're gonna meet me." Fara Say. "When you're about to enter that restaurant, someone will give you the last card on condition that you have to mention my long name." Say Fara again.

I went to the restaurant and a guard gave me a card after I mentioned Fara's name.

I went inside the restaurant and I saw Fara who was a few meters away from me as she smiled.

"Now open the card." Fara Say.

"INFANT..." I'm confused.

I then connected all those words carefully.

"I'M WAITING FOR YOU WITH OUR BABY..."

"Yes." Yeah." Fara said with a smile.

My hands were shaking with all the paper. But I immediately ran towards her and hugged her as well kissing her forehead very gently.

"When you...."

"Yesterday." Fara answered the unfinished question. "Take me to the hospital after our breakfast." Fara.

I nodded my head with my eyes that still felt watery because they were so happy.

...----------------...

I have no more energy left in my body. Now I feel sad to see Fara when she has to feel the contractions and all the pain in her body. But more than that, I feel sorry for myself.

For 8 more months I have been helping Fara at all times and whatever I can do for her.

The midnight cravings she went through were the thing I was most afraid of. He could've woken me up and told me he wanted to eat this and that in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on the streets to get what he wants. But all my efforts only ended up eating something she wanted because she was already soundly asleep when I returned home to bring her ordered food.

He hated it the most when I interrupted his sleep. But what I saw most often was, the adorable reaction from her that I had never seen in a time when she wasn't pregnant.

She was very happy to know that the gender of our baby was female. Even though he initially wanted a baby boy instead of a baby girl. The only reason he wanted to get a boy was because he wanted to have his son who could look after his little sister. But at the same time, she was also very happy to know that it was a baby girl. So she could put on a dress and make a pretty hairstyle for her baby.

I really can't read his mind. Besides me, my mom and my mom will always be with him. In fact, often the two of them took turns to spend their time together with Fara.

Fara's friends and cousins visited us often and they all seemed very happy because they too would become Aunts soon. They brought many types of books for Fara to read to eliminate her boredom.

Those books were something I never knew that such a book existed in this world. Fara sometimes reads the book for our baby, when I usually put my head on her lap and listen to the book she reads for the baby inside her stomach. I also often fell asleep while listening to her read the book.

One day we were talking about our baby. At the time she said that she had a desire about what she expected of our baby. But I just told him that he shouldn't force our baby with his thoughts. I told him to let our children enjoy what they want, because we as parents have to give them the choices they themselves want without forcing them.

Again, it was a mistake for me. She thought she was not a more mature woman to be a mother. I tried to convince her not to think about it and told her that she was not a woman who was not mature enough.

After that day, he never thought about her becoming immature. She began to do normal activities as usual and talked to the baby in her stomach and even began to pay more attention to me than at the beginning of her pregnancy.

His attention to me actually never lessened, although in fact his attitude was sometimes quite annoying. But I understand that because of her pregnancy. Whatever happens, maybe it's all God's scenario and I'll try to take care of him and he'll pay attention to me.

We don't actually need to change by saying that 'i love you and I like you' just to show that we take care of each other. What we both have to do is understand each other and that is what will make our relationship last all our lives. And all that was enough for us to live our lives with happiness.

Right now, I really can't bear to see Fara fighting so hard. I remained faithful to accompany her when she was about to give birth. She was so struggling and screaming with her tears that kept falling down her face. I don't know how to calm him down. I could only hold her hand as she seemed to push her baby and her breathing was unstable as it continued to push her baby out.

My tears began to fall looking at him who was struggling like that. One loud cry and then she looked calm as she heard the sound of our baby crying. I only once glanced at our newborn baby, then I looked back at my wife who was giving a new life in this world. After that I kissed her forehead.

"Look, baby girl, we're with us now." Saying to him.

He seemed to smile at me. His eyes were filled with tears of happiness. Shortly after, the doctor gave us our daughter and placed her on Fara's chest.

Now Fara has been transferred to the recovery room and our baby girl is still in the incubator. He seemed to be soundly asleep. I can't say who he is more like now. But her hair is so black that it is also very thick compared to other newborns. Her fingers were so long and flat and it was explained that she took all that from me, because Fara had a slightly short fingers.

Her eyelashes looked plump and her lips were so tiny. I just sat there admiring him.

"Once you see our daughter, you slim down forget my presence." Fara Say.

I then looked towards the entire family standing near Fara with sharp gazes on their faces.

"He looks so adorable. He made me forget about the world around me. I said and then approached Fara.

"You have to get used to it, baby. Don't let you forget the world around you just by looking at our daughter." Fara and the whole family laughed.

Ria was standing outside the incubator staring at our sleeping baby.

"Baby blinked. He's looking at me." Ria looked so happy.

Ria stood on the chair and looked towards her little cousin.

...----------------...

We planned a welcome party for our baby by waiting until our baby was 9 months old.

"Honey, it's enough to make our baby look like a very beautiful Princess. Now you need time to prepare yourself." I looked up at our adorable daughter.

"Mr Princess, you look so beautiful." I said as I took it from Fara's sling.

"Wait for Ammar, our baby's hairpin isn't tidy yet." Fara Say. "Now our Princess Sofia is ready." Fara said after fixing a round-shaped object in our baby's hair.

I'm still not used to the accessories given to my daughter. But there is free time for me to learn that.

Sofia smiled with her teeth that had just come out in her gums.

"Daughter, tell Papa...." My speech.

"Paa..... Pa.... Paa...." Sofia said to me.

I felt so happy after hearing Sofia's voice that sounded so adorable.

"I'm ready. How do I look?" Fara asked as she spun in front of the mirror.

"Well, that was fast. You're prepared in less than 15 minutes." My speech.

"You have to get used to this, baby. I'm a mother now. So, there's no time for me to linger changing clothes." Fara said then straightened her hair and walked closer to me and held my hand.

Seriate....
