Rayhan finally quits his charade after Izzah says love. Izzah who was crying immediately stopped because he saw Rayhan sitting in front of him.

Izzah felt so stupid for lying to Rayhan.

"A.a.what does this mean? Why are you guys doing this? Why are you playing with my feelings?" shout Izzah.

Lisa and Aaron's doctor just bowed down, they were silent a thousand languages. Rayhan tries to grab Izzah's hand to calm his anger.

"Dengerin Zah's brother." said Rayhan.

"Enough...! I don't want to hear anything else." isak Izzah.

"Izzah please listen to your brother first" said Rayhan memelas.

"Son, I don't want to hear anything." cried Izzah hysterically.

"Calm Izzah, calm yourself. Listen to my brother's explanation."

"Tidaaaakkk." cried Izzah.

"Ywazaaaahh. Diaammes. Please calm yourself, and listen to your brother's explanation first." said Rayhan yelling at Izzah.

Izzah was silent for a moment, only the sound of his cry was heard.

"Sorry Zah, brother didn't mean to snap Izzah. Brother just wants Izzah to hear brother's explanation first." said Rayhan.

Izzah's breathing rose and fell along with his sobs that began to subside.

"Listen to Zah, my desperate brother doesn't know what else to do. So you're doing this." Rayhan continued.

"I'm sorry, Izzah, actually this is all a crazy idea from me. I can't stand Rayhan messing up, he hurt himself because he couldn't afford to lose you Zah. Rayhan is really in love with you Zah. Izzah looked at Rayhan with puffy eyes.

"Just Rayhan's a little crazy Izzah" Lisa said.

"Not a little, but a lot." chirped doctor Aaron who had just been silent.

Rayhan immediately glared at Aaron's doctor. Suddenly Aaron's doctor held back laughter at the behavior of his best friend.

You're crazy Rayhan. You're going crazy for love. Basic bucin, murmured Dr. Aaron.

Lisa approached Izzah, and sat down next to her. Then Rayhan stepped back and stood beside Dr. Aaron.

"Izzah I'm sorry, this charade happened because of an idea from me. I know you love Rayhan very much. You can't hate him. So I gave you the idea to do this because I remember how worried you were when Rayhan had an accident. I'm sure you'll come right away when you find out Rayhan was in an accident. "What the heck do you use to discuss the past of everything" said Rayhan while menoel Harun's chief doctor.
