Arriving at the Rayhan hospital immediately took Izzah to the ICU room. Doctor Aaron who was on duty looked surprised to see Rayhan carrying Izzah's body.

Doctor Aaron immediately examined Izzah who was not yet conscious. While Rayhan looks panicked, he keeps pacing back and forth in front of the ICU room.

Soon Doctor Aaron came out to see Rayhan.

"Where's my wife Run?" ask Rayhan.

"No need to worry Ray, Izzah is fine. She was just exhausted, and Izzah seemed to be pregnant with Ray." replied Doctor Aaron.

"Well.pa? Izzah's pregnant?" exclaim Rayhan.

"Yes Ray, need further examination to ascertain whether Izzah is really pregnant or not. Izzah we should take it to the polystyrene." replied Dr. Aaron.

"Thank God, may Izzah really get pregnant" Rayhan said.

Then Izzah was taken to the poly room. Doctor Nurul immediately did an examination on Izzah. Conduct USG and other checks.

Izzah woke up when the doctor applied the cream on his stomach.

"I where?" izzah.

"Honey, we're in the hospital." Rayhan replied, holding Izzah's hand.

Realizing that, Izzah immediately let go of Rayhan's handrails. Rayhan felt so sad about Izzah's attitude.

"I want a dock?" ask Izzah.

"We will do USG bu Izzah" replied Doctor Nurul.

"USG?" exciting Izzah.

"Yes ma'am, we want to make sure if there is a fetus in the stomach of Izzah bu." replied Doctor Nurul.

"I'm pregnant." murmured Izzah.

Izzah's tears suddenly fell. It makes Rayhan sadder and more guilty.

"Look Rayhan sir, here comes the fetus, still very small. He was about four weeks old" said Dr. Nurul.

"That means my wife is really pregnant doc?" asked Rayhan to make sure.

"That's right Rayhan sir. This Sir Rayhan can see for himself on the screen" said Doctor Nurul pointed to a small clot in Izzah's womb.

"Goddessa, thank goodness. It's a shame we're gonna have a kid" said Rayhan stroking Izzah's head.

Izzah's gaze was empty, there was a sense of happiness as well as sadness that he felt.

"But remember sir, Miss Izzah can't be too tired. Miss Izzah has to take a complete break, bedrest. Because Izzah bu had previously been in a cesarean section because of premature delivery, so the content of Izzah bu is a little weak" explained Dr. Nurul.

"Definitely doctor. Izzah won't do things that will make him tired." Rayhan replied.

Rayhan and Izzah were discharged from the hospital. Doctor Aaron approached them.

"Where did Ray go?" ask Dr. Aaron.

"Izzah is really pregnant. I will be a father." said Rayhan with a happy face.

"Congratulations Zah, I'm sure you and Lisa can share a story about pregnancy" Dr. Aaron said.

"Lisa's pregnant too Run?" ask Rayhan.

"Yes Ray, it's only been two months" replied Doctor Aaron.

"Congratulations to you Run. It turns out we'll be fathers in the near future." Rayhan exclaimed.

Doctor Aaron smiled, but his gaze towards Izzah looked gloomy and more silent.

"You why Zah? Still dizzy, huh?" ask Dr. Aaron.

"I'm okay, just lemes. Say hi to Lisa. Sometimes I want to invite him to meet." said Izzah.

"Sure." replied Doctor Aaron. "Oh yes Ray, Izzah better use a wheelchair just so as not to fatigue the road to the car." suggested Dr. Aaron.

"No need for a wheelchair, I'm still strong" Rayhan said as he quickly carried Izzah's body.

Doctor Aaron laughed at Rayhan's behavior.

"Gue went back to Run" said Rayhan.

Doctor Aaron nodded, Rayhan then walked out of the hospital carrying Izzah's body.

Along the way Izzah rebels want to be put down. Izzah felt ashamed that all eyes were on the two of them. Until Rayhan arrived at the car, Izzah was dropped off. Rayhan quickly opened the car door and led Izzah into the car.

Their car drove in the middle of the traffic.

"Izzah wants a divorce" said Izzah suddenly.

Rayhan was so shocked to hear Izzah's words that he braked suddenly.

"Why did Izzah say that?"

"Here you go, better go. Izzah wants to rest." said Izzah.

Rayhan then drove his car again. Until they arrive home soon. Rayhan was about to open Izzah's door, but Izzah quickly got out of the car without waiting for Rayhan to open the door.

Izzah then walked quickly to his room followed by Rayhan who followed his steps from behind. Arriving at the room, Izzah went straight into the bathroom to clean himself and change clothes. Izzah did not care about Rayhan sitting on the bed.

To Izzah, Rayhan was as if he wasn't in the room. Izzah was busy doing his activities without caring about Rayhan's whereabouts.

A seemingly ignored Rayhan quickly pulls Izzah in and holds him.

"Lepasin." cried Izzah.

Rayhan hugged Izzah. No matter Izzah who thrashed trying to escape from Rayhan's decapitation.

"Please cry brother first, baby. You can explain everything." said Rayhan.

"So, there's nothing to explain anymore. Everything is clear." cried Izzah.

"Everything is not what Izzah thought."

"Whatever, Izzah wants a divorce." Izzah cried with tears pouring down.

"O dear God, how can Izzah intend to divorce from brother? Especially at this time Izzah is pregnant" said Rayhan.

"Biarin, Izzah is fed up with his brother, Izzah is disgusted" said Izzah.

Rayhan then let go of his embrace. Rayhan's tears burst upon hearing Izzah's words.

"Honey, brother wouldn't have divorced Izzah. Brother loves Izzah, really. Everything Izzah saw was wrong. Everything is not what Izzah thought." Rayhan explained.

"Izzah doesn't care, which is clear all the evidence shows who the real brother is. It turns out that brother is really a man who can not change, brother still play women. Izzah couldn't stand it. Please free Izzah from this bond." isak Izzah.

"Darling." cried Rayhan.

Rayhan quickly came out of the room.

"How do I get Izzah to know that everything he thinks is wrong. It's all because of Bella. Aldi was involved. Damn them both." said Rayhan.

Rayhan then heads to his car intending to go to Bella's house.
