"What did you do, Oma?" ask Varissa not understand. If the massage is sore, then it is better Varissa refused. Of course it is not nice if he let Bu Ami who incidentally guests even do such a thing.
"You're getting pregnant fast, aren't you?"
"Eh?" Varissa is confused. Widya's Grandma, Wildan and Sani take turns. "M-want," he answered.
"Bunches, huh?" Widya's grandmother chuckled at Varissa's cute expression. "So, Miss Ami is smart to massage to make people quickly get pregnant. The term, fertility massage is that loh!"
"It's not smart, it's just helpful, Ms. Widya. Whether you're pregnant or not, that's destiny above." Ms. Ami corrected Grandma Widya's speech.
"But, that's Miss Ami massage, the average immediately pregnant, right?"
"Yes, Alhamdulillah," replied Bu Ami a little bit smirked.
Instantly, Varissa's eyeball was filled with twinkle. "Varissa wants to, Oma!" said excited. Whatever she does to get pregnant fast.
"Wow, can't wait for this beautiful child," said Bu Ami as she pinched Varissa's cheek.
********
"Don't forget, eat a healthy diet huh, son! Don't be tired of not thinking too much. Oma is sure, in the near future you can definitely get pregnant," said Ms. Ami after following Varissa.
The white woman in the peach-colored knee-length dress smiled. In his heart was tucked thousands of prayers that guaranteed the words of Bu Ami just now.
"It's Dikta, huh?" Ms. Ami was moved to a long-haired man with white skin whom she had only seen since his arrival two hours ago. "True Dikta, right?" he added while cupping the two cheeks of the handsome man.
A little awkward, Dikta nodded. Then, a warm hug he received from Bu Ami who looked so happy to see him.
"Oh my God, son! It's this big you are now. Where dashing anyway," praised Bu Ami as she shook her head. Dikta headed to the living room. Joining the other family who had been faithful waiting for him to do a special massage for Varissa.
Kagok was definitely Dikta felt when he had to sit next to Grandma. Their views had met and soon he turned in another direction. And, Grandma Widya just smiled understandably. The old woman could only breathe deeply. Trying to encourage and re-energize her energy to get her granddaughter back intact in her arms.
"Have you eaten, son?" ask Grandma Widya. His hand accidentally grabbed the grandson's arm.
"Already," replied Dikta flatly.
Grandma Widya smiled again. Uh! Frozen in the nature of his grandson. Exactly with the nature of his late son first. But, Dikta felt much colder twice as much.
"Mumpung Bu Ami here, you want to make Coto Makassar? In the past, when you were a child, you would love Coto made by Bu Ami," said Grandma Widya enthusiastically.
Dikta turned to him for a moment. Then he looked at Ami asking for approval.
"You want? Oma can make. Anyway, tomorrow Om Wilsyan will come to pick up Oma from Bandung."
Thinking for a moment, Dikta finally nodded timidly. His grandmother still holds a powerful weapon to melt his anger. In the past, if you were craving or disagreeing with something, Coto Makassar made by Bu Ami is the most adjunct bribe to make it melt. And, it seems like it still happens today.
"When do you want Grandma, Auntie and you, Ta?" ask Varissa when they are alone now while watching television.
Wildan and Sani are out to buy some necessities. Meanwhile, Grandma Widya and Bu Ami were busy struggling in the kitchen to make Dikta's favorite dishes. Varissa actually wants to help. However, the two parents strictly forbid and asked Varissa to work in the tasting section only.
"I didn't cuddle them" Dikta replied. He who was lying on the lap of the wife sounded like a person who was heavily sleepy.
"Keep, what's his name? Since they've come, I've never heard you talk to them."
"They're not my negur. Why talk if not reprimanded," said Dikta while slacking his shoulders.
"So you wait to be asked first? You're a child, Ta. Should've given up more."
"Why should children always be told to give in, Va?"
Dikta's successful question made Varissa furrow both of her eyebrows.
"So, you refuse to be close to them?"
"Don't refuse," ring Dikta slowly. "I'm waiting for them to come back to me like when I was a kid."
Varissa took a deep breath. This is a new problem for them. However, the case is not that severe. There is a time that plays an important role in bringing Dikta and his family back. And, Varissa believes that one day the warmth of the family will surely come back on the sidelines of the husband's life.
"So, why are you the same Oma Ami in the room?" tanya Dikta switched the conversation.
"Ugrimage routes. He said, let's fill it up quickly" replied Varissa sumringah.
"You really can't wait to have kids, Va?" ask Dikta. He changed his position to be on his back until he could look at the beautiful face of Varissa freely.
"Wrong, if I wish?"
Dikta. The wife really wanted a child.
"No, you're not wrong. And, I am sure that your hope will be realized soon," said Dikta full of confidence while rubbing the cheek of Varissa.
"Are you sure as that?"
"Because I'm Dikta. Not that Erik letoy is your ex" Dikta replied confidently.
"Gee!" Varissa flicked Dikta's forehead. "Don't carelessly do anything about people" Varissa said.
"Why? Don't take it?"
"Not." Varissa. "Erik isn't tired, but he's basically a sissy. Cowards don't know themselves, cardboard men."
Suddenly Dikta rose from the lap of Varissa. The handsome man raised both his eyebrows with a palm that covered his own mouth. His eyes squinted towards Varissa while shaking his head.
"What the hell?" ask Varissa who is starting to feel unnoticeable like that.
"I didn't expect your mouth to be so much worse than mine, Va. Yes, said people. The mouth of a woman with a grudge is indeed the sharpest," said Dikta.
"Have a son," delik Varissa did not accept. The pinching of the husband's waist screamed in pain.
"Don't yell, Ta!" Varissa tried to smother her husband's mouth.
"People who are pinched must be sick, Va! It's only natural that I shout," said Dikta in self-defense.
"But, the cry does not need to be that selebay, can it not? Shame to be heard by your extended family."
Suddenly Dikta has a prank idea to prank his wife. The man again deliberately shouted loudly so that the entire house could hear.
"Aakkh....Aakkkh."
"Dikta," ringis Varissa was getting upset. As powerful as he tried to smother the mouth of Dikta but always failed.
"Why are you, honey? Patience, it's still late in the afternoon" cried Dikta who increasingly added to Varissa's fear.
"Diem, Mother! Really bad, anyway!" Varissa's defender still failed. In fact, even in a position on the lap of Dikta, her hand always failed to cover her husband's ignorant mouth.
"I'm tired, honey. Later, yeah! I'm limp!" said Dikta again. Of course with a louder voice.
"Why are you riding on horses in the afternoon?"
And, the reprimand immediately made Varissa gaped. Destroyed his reputation in front of Grandma-in-law.
