I know you're cheating

I know you're cheating
Who?

The day of the divorce finally came. Immediately, after the ruling of the court of Religion legitimately declared Varissa and Erik officially separated, a twinkle of relief seemed to fill Varissa's face. Erik can't do anything. In fact, the denial of all evidence of his affair was nothing he issued. The man remained silent during the trial for the past few days. He even confidently said the reason for the affair was precisely because Varissa was unable to give him a sense of comfort and descent.

Although it got a little guess that made Varissa gawk in disbelief, but the woman could only smile a little. Thats okay. Let Erik slander as they please as long as they are now back as strangers.

"You happy with all this, Va?" erik asked right after they got out of the courthouse.

Lazy. One word that crossed the mind of Varissa when the man who was officially her ex-husband status came to say hello.

"Until when are you going to stay this angry, Va?" Erik sighed as the woman standing in front of him looked unmoved. There was no sign of Erik responding.

"God, Rik! Why also you have to be kind with women do not know in profit," said Retno who had just come with her prospective daughter-in-law.

"Mas!" greet Mauren as she wrapped her hands around Erik's arm. At first glance, he seems to smile triumphantly because he has succeeded in removing Varissa the rightful wife from the life of his lover.

"Where's the examination? Our son's fine, right?" Erik kissed slowly Mauren's cheek as his hand stroked the lover's stomach which still looked flat.

The ear of Varissa who heard Erik's words inevitably sent a signal to his brain to order the pair of beautiful eyes of the woman to glance at the ex-husband and his dream lover. Is Mauren pregnant? Varissa curious.

"Our son is healthy, Mom! I'm going two months" replied Mauren.

"No, look! Mauren is now pregnant. Meanwhile, your ex-wife for almost three years could not be. Indeed, you barren woman!" sindir Retno.

Varissa grunting. He opened the sunglasses perched on his nose and smiled at Erik and Mauren. There was no hue of heartache let alone regret on the beautiful face he had. In fact, it was precisely now Erik who was fascinated. Varissa's face somehow since when it turned brighter and more beautiful than before.

"Congratulations, Mom! Finally, you will get the child of the woman of your dreams!" varissa.

"Don't be sad! Even though you have been dumped by Erik, you must not despair and want to kill yourself! Okay?" Retno approaches Varissa. Patting the shoulder of his son's ex-wife while smiling disdainfully.

"Please, Auntie! I'm not that desperate!" Varissa took Retno's hand off her shoulder. "In fact, Aunt who should not commit suicide if it turns out that the child conceived by Mauren is not the son of Erik, yes!"

Retno. His eyes bulged with annoyance as his hands raised about to give a hard slap to Varissa's cheek.

"What are you, huh?"

"Tante has no right to slap me!" varissa said as she slammed Retno's hand hard.

"Va! Don't be so rude to my mom!" sweat Erik with a sharp voice.

"Can't you see, Mom? I'm just defending myself" Varissa replied guiltlessly.

"Va! You don't have much behavior! Do you want our relationship to get worse?" Erik looked at his ex-wife with a pleading gaze. I don't know what that means.

"Our relationship is already bad, Mom! Now we are strangers. So, tell your mother to stop bothering me or I'll report her with an unpleasant claim" Varissa said firmly.

Erik doesn't believe everything Varissa says. Is it true that this woman was the one who had loved her before? Why does it feel so different?

Unknowingly, Erik took off Mauren's grip from his arm and then stepped forward toward his ex-wife. Clutching both shoulders of Varissa firmly while looking at the woman's eyes sharply.

"Let go, Mas!" Varissa rebelled about to break away. It felt disgusted to be touched back by the man.

Suddenly, a new black Maybach came along and stopped not far from where they were standing. The figure of a handsome man with a height of about 187 cm came out from inside there with a sharp eye gaze even though his facial expression looked flat.

The man approached them. Pushing Erik's body spontaneously until Varissa's ex-husband was pushed back and almost sat on the ground if Mauren did not hold it.

"Don't you dare disturb him!" The sound was so low but full of threats. And, as a fellow male, Erik knew very well that the man who was staring at him fiercely was defending something that he thought was already his. His responsibility.

"He hurt you?" This time, the stranger turned to his ex-wife. Staring at the woman was full of gentleness while gently rubbing the top of Varissa's head.

Erik. Something suddenly heats up inside her when she sees Varissa just quietly being touched by the stranger. In fact, his ex-wife smiled very sweetly and looked so comfortable being treated like that by the foreign man.

"Who is he, Va?" asked Erik curiously.

"It's none of your business" replied Varissa flatly.

"Go home, yuk!" Varissa took Dikta's hand. Grasping the man's sturdy fingers without any more restrictions blocking them.

Feels warm. The sturdy fingers protected all his tiny fingers. Feel safe and soothing. Exactly, as he had been imagining before picking up a dream every night.

Dikta just keep quiet. I want Varissa without any objection. At first he had thought that their relationship might feel stiff at the beginning. However, it turns out that his guess was wrong. Everything was going well and it was far from the anxiety he had been thinking about.

"Who is he, Va?" yelled Erik loudly. He still did not give up before getting a satisfactory answer.

Varissa stopped her steps. Gone for a moment at Dikta then looked at Erik with a cold look.

"Pradikta Ananta," Varissa answered briefly before pulling Dikta back towards the car.

After the black Maybach darted away from the Religious Court page, Erik was still trying to remember the name. He sure heard it somewhere. But, where?

"Whose man is it, Mas?" mauren asked as she looked at Erik's expression looking displeased.

"Pradikta Ananta, Pradikta Ananta.," Erik continued to mutter the name while trying to remember.

"Papa Hadi's adopted son?" when that memory finally succeeded.

"Who, Mas?" mauren repeated his question. Erik's voice was too small. He can't hear anything.

"He's Papa Hadi's adopted son. Yes, I'm sure!" answer Erik. "But, why did that guy just show up now?" murmured Erik curiously.
