Seen Dikta casually lit a cigarette while leaning on one of the front poles of the police station. Her lawyer and Erik are taking care of Tika's release inside. Meanwhile, he just waited and reluctantly got too far involved in helping Erik.

That thick white smoke floated in the air. The owner looked up at the gloomy sky above. There are no stars that glitter. It is only dark that indicates there may be heavy rain in the next few hours.

"Sir Ryan," said a man in his 40s politely to Dikta.

The man looked. The cigarette that he smoked immediately he threw out and was turned off by stepping on it. The establishment that was leaning was now upright with both hands hidden in the pocket of Chino pants that he wore.

"How's it?" ask Dikta.

"It's done. Everything went according to your wishes" replied the man.

"Thank you" said Dikta, nodding his head.

"Yes, it's my duty as your team of lawyers" the man said again, bowing respectfully.

Not long after, Erik and Tika came out. There was a smile on Erik's face even though it wasn't bright. Meanwhile, Tika's face looked flat. His eyes even look empty.

Arriving in front of Dikta, Erik immediately thanked him sincerely.

"I don't need your thanks." Dikta says flat.

"I will keep my promise to leave this city."

"You know what consequences you have to face if you don't keep your word?" dikta's thin grin looks as the sentence comes out of his mouth.

Erik took a deep breath. "Yes, I know."

Tika looked inexplicably towards her brother. However, the girl also refused to ask. In addition to still not being able to normalize himself after the incident that harmed Mauren, he was also intimidated by the presence of the husband of his former brother-in-law. For some reason, Tika never felt comfortable near Dikta. There is a gripping feeling that always stings even though the face of Dikta looks so handsome and attracts the eyes of every woman who sees.

Dikta seemed to extend his palm to the side. Precisely, in the direction of the Lawyer who was taking care of Tika's release. Then, as already understood, the Lawyer immediately opened the briefcase that he had brought and handed a brown envelope to Dikta's hand.

"Take it for your sister's college tuition!" tukas Dikta while handing the brown envelope containing 50 million cash to Erik.

Erik caught the envelope. He opened the chocolate envelope and then opened it when he saw the contents.

"Why did you give this, Dikta?"

The question held back the steps of Dikta who had been a bit away. The man in a black shirt with the top three buttons open turned back. His gaze was flat as usual.

"I didn't give it to you. But for your sister!" he said while looking at Tika briefly.

Tika who was stared at reflexively lowered her gaze. A sense of reluctance spread throughout his body to the husband of his ex-sister-in-law.

"Why are you still being kind to us?" asked Erik with teary eyes. He doesn't believe. When he slumped like this, it was a helping hand that was not from the family he used to like. Nor from friends who used to swarm when he was still a lot of money. Instead, it was from the family of the ex-wife he had betrayed. Really am! Erik feels really slapped.

"You think I want to?" Dikta. His face does not seem to like it. "I just don't want Varissa to constantly worry about your sister's future. If it wasn't for my wife, how could I help you!"

"Sister, say thank you to Ms. Varissa," said Tika without daring to look at her interlocutor.

Dikta did not answer. Instead, he just kept staring intently at Erik who had already felt very intimidated.

"Remember your promise, Erik! If you deny, you will see how crazy I act! My men will always watch wherever you are."

Cold pierced Erik's skin as the threat Dikta presented. With difficulty, Erik gulped. The threat is no joke. Moreover, his eyes were wide open now. Varissa's husband is not a random person. Ryan Edgar's name has been bogged down in the foreign business world as a young investor. Moreover, the Lawyer he brought was also not from a law firm haphazardly. The firm that oversees the lawyer is one of the most classy law firms in the country.

After successfully making Tika so as not to be arrested, Erik rushed back to his boarding house with his sister and his mother who he picked up at the hospital. Retno, whose condition was still weak after fainting, seemed confused to see Erik, who was fixing their clothes, go back into the bag and suitcase. Meanwhile, Tika was silent. Sitting on the bed with knees bent and not thinking what.

"Well, Rik? How are our clothes in the suitcase again?" ask Retno curiously. Leaning against the head of the bed, the middle-aged woman seemed to be gasping for breath while holding her chest.

"We're going home to Jogja tonight, Ma!" beat Erik without turning around. Strands by strands of clothes in the closet he moved dexterously. His tangled face was very visible as he was harboring pain due to the self-esteem that was completely absent.

"Loh, what? Mama doesn't want to!" reject Retno firmly.

Erik breathed. Despite hearing the rejection from the mother that he had guessed would happen, the emotion still peaked in Erik's chest. It is not only Retno who does not want to move to the hometown where the families of the Father are so demeaning to them. Erik was too. Moreover, he knew that with his current condition like this, the scorn they would get would probably be much more painful.

But what can Erik do? This was the exchange he had to make in order to prevent Tika from languishing in prison. Plus, a Pradikta Anantavirya had made him sign a treaty forbidding Erik from reappearing in the capital let alone approaching Varissa.

If it is violated, then Erik must be prepared to face lawsuits that have been suspended by Varissa for him.

"Sir, can you help my brother?" Erik turned to look at the sister who was still sitting daydreaming beside her mother.

The girl was a little surprised. Then, a faint nod before getting off the bed and approaching to Erik's side to enter the clothes into the large suitcase.

"You're all right, right?" erik asked, stroking his sister's hair.

The girl nodded again without a sound.

"You mind if we move to Jogja?"

Tika looked again. Staring at Erik's gloomy face for a few seconds then nodding for the next time.

"What the hell are you guys? You don't hear me, Mama said what? My mom did not want to move to Jogja. Mama doesn't want to!" yelled Retno riled.

"Ma, stop! Mama thinks, Erik wants to? This is all for Tika. For the sake of all of us," replied Erik desperately. He could only hope that his mother would understand.

"For us? You don't think what your Papa's family's response will be like there? They're gonna make fun of us broke, Rik! Mama doesn't want to!"

"Keep, what do we do, Ma? If we do not comply with the request of Varissa's husband, the future of Tika will be more bleak. Mama wants, Mama's daughter to be an inmate?" Tears began to condense in Erik's pair of narrowed eyes. Glanced at the expression on Tika's face next to her. Pity burst when he saw his sister could only be bowed by the hand that continued to neatly arrange clothes in the suitcase.

"You, anyway! Why also use the event to ask for Varissa's husband. You should have met Varissa. Mama is sure, Varissa will definitely release Tika without any ridiculous agreement like this."

"Dikta is now Varissa's legitimate husband, Ma. Naturally, if all the decisions, Dikta took over." Erik. Inexhaustible with his mother who still maintains his ego and stubbornness.
