"Why the hell are you, tell me to buy all the kitchen knives?" sumpul Fara with a sour face as soon as he entered and placed Mauren's ordered goods on the nightstand.

Mauren's best friend then sat in a chair right next to the gurney where Mauren was sitting with his hands still stuck in an infusion hose.

"I'm afraid that the one who made me go wrong suddenly appears here" Mauren replied with a frightened face.

Fara's face looked gawky. Friend since childhood Mauren can only shake his head when he saw how parnoya woman is today.

"You still think Miss Varissa was really behind your accident?" ask Fara.

"Who else does it matter? No, there are people who would be so vengeful as me other than that ugly woman?" mauren looked annoyed. Given how Erik defended his wife just a moment ago, Mauren wanted to grab the man's rightful wife's hair.

Fara shook her head again. "Come, Ren! Obviously you were drunk at the time of the accident. Can you, you're just halu doang? I doubt that Miss Varissa is really the one who made you wretch."

"You don't trust your own best friend, Fara?" mauren asked in disbelief.

With a guiltless face, Fara shook her head again. "You should have repented, Ren! Mr. Erik is a man's husband. Maybe, this accident happened so you realize that the thing you've been doing is wrong!"

"Kok you even impressed his wife Mas Erik, anyway?" mauren's murmur was growing increasingly upset.

"I don't defend anyone, Ren! I'm neutral. I'm just talking according to the facts. Rich men are single, many. Why the hell, even do it with men?"

Mauren's ears were about to break upon hearing Fara's words. He can't take it anymore. Immediately, he kicked Fara out of his ward.

"Mending you home! I don't need you here!" mauren firmly.

"Loh, why?"

"My ears hurt hearing a talk from a holy man like you," Mauren said.

Fara let out a long sigh at how stupid Mauren was now. In fact, Mauren was not like that. Perhaps, free association has changed his best friend to be lost direction. Just thinking of the world without caring that his pride no longer exists.

Fara then rushed to get her bag back. Before leaving Mauren's room, she said, "I'm talking like this because I love you, Ren! But, if you do not need me anymore, please find your friends who are said to be loyal to that friend. Let's see! Are they really there when you need them, or are they only there when they need them!"

"You're going to lose because of that ugly woman, Fara! Look at it later!"

Arriving at his apartment, Dikta was only greeted by silence. No one is waiting. However, the man did not bother much. He is used to himself. In fact, being lonely for him was not a forever bad friend. Sometimes, loneliness can actually be a good friend when even humans are reluctant to listen to the story.

A bottle of wine at a mini bar inside the apartment he opened. The red liquid was placed into a long-stemmed glass to fill a quarter of the space of the object. Then, the shirt he wore rolled up to the elbow. The glasses perched on his nose were removed before walking to reveal the curtains covering the transparent glass walls of his private apartment.

While observing the night atmosphere of the capital that was always densely creeping, Dikta enjoyed his wine in silence. His right shoulder rested on the glass. Every now and then, a faint smile appeared at the corner of the man's lips.

"Don't get hurt? Don't get hurt? Why is the cave injured?" muttered the man with a thin grin at the corner of his lips.

His head shook slowly. It seems, the feeling that once Dikta buried deep back sticking out to the surface.

"Fell in love with the same person again, is it possible?" he muttered once more.

The corner of Dikta's lips was again attracted. In fact, this time the man had laughed even though it only lasted no more than 5 seconds.

"Come, Ta! You were rejected outright, what now?" continued Dikta with a small stinging pain in the chest.

If you think back to past memories, Dikta's confidence suddenly disappears. He still remembered when Varissa loudly shouted before many people about the position of Dikta and himself. For the woman, Dikta is nothing more than a longing ridge that can embrace the moon. The memory still haunts Dikta until now. In fact, the reason for his departure abroad was because of the words of Varissa at that time who asked him to go far from the life of Varissa and her father.

Hate it? Not at all. It never crossed Dikta's mind to hate Varissa. In fact, if Varissa had done much more harm to her, that hatred would never have grown. How could Dikta possibly hate someone who had already stolen his heart? How could Dikta be able to hate the daughter of the figure who had made her what she was today? Hows it?

The ringing of the cell phone finally cut off all the daydreams. The name of a person who some time was deliberately to avoid Dikta. First call was rejected. Second, also rejected. Then, the WA message finally became the only thing that can only be read by Dikta but was reluctant to reply like chat-chat in the past days.

"When did you come back? In fact, even when you left you did not know me. Actually, have you ever considered me a part of your life?"

Dikta closed his eyes for a moment. The message came back he ignored. Although he knew that the sender might be hurt, Dikta still did not bother him. Not because he doesn't care. However, he just did not want to give hope for something impossible to happen.

Michelle Shine's. German-Indonesian girl is a figure who loves Dikta since first met. They are a college. It could be said, only Michelle was the only person who was friends with Dikta during his study abroad. However, as years passed, the feelings for Michelle could never grow. Something from the past continues to take over her feelings until the news of Varissa's accident finally becomes a turning point for Dikta to re-make sure of everything.
