For some reason since seeing Alina at that time, Heru's heart became unsettled. They have very rarely met or just met. But Alina's beautiful face suddenly appeared everywhere. When Heru was reading a book, when Heru lifted the hood, but the most frequent is before his bedtime, where sometimes Heru forgets to read prayers, but never forgets the look on Alina's face. Heru never expected himself to be a match with Alina, the daughter of a respected doctor, the owner of a hospital and a benefactor who became a permanent donor at the home where he lived.

So, Heru chose to harbour her feelings and bury her hopes deeply into Alina. Yes, even though the occasional face of ayu still flashed suddenly in his mind. And if, every now and then, Heru goes to the house of Doctor Hendra, in the name of the good relationship that has been fostered so far, occasionally Heru crosses paths with Alina. Although his lips were smiling yet his heart ached having to endure a feeling that was impossible to reply.

In the end, Heru chose to concern himself with the focus of learning and continuing to learn. Heru busied himself with various academic activities and all that is still facilitated by the generous Doctor Hendra. So how could he possibly have the pride to approach his daughter. Heru's dream is to become a doctor, motivated by Doctor Hendra, a figure he has always admired. For that Heru must try and work hard so that it can be accepted at the faculty of medicine in a state college. Day and night Heru continued to study and study. Heru was born with above average intelligence. But Heru also realized there might be hundreds of thousands of people competing to get into the medical faculty. Therefore Heru did not want takabbur and continued to try to exert all his abilities. Heru wants to go to public universities with scholarships so as not to rely too much on Doker Hendra, although Doctor Hendra has promised to bear his education wherever later Heru studied. Heru also wants to prove his own ability so that Doctor Hendra does not feel in vain to have facilitated it with the best education. Results do not betray effort. Heru was finally accepted into the medical school with a scholarship.

After successfully entering the medical school, Heru continued to focus on learning and busying himself with a variety of positive activities. Although her days were full of routines that sometimes made her brain almost explode, but somehow in between her time, the occasional face of Alina still crossed. And for some reason despite the start of many girls who try to attract and seek his attention, Heru is not interested and not interested in opening his heart to any woman. Heru just keeps focusing on his dreams and future. Until then, four years later, Alina entered the same department and faculty, as her junior.

Armed with all that Heru became self-confident. Heru who had kept his feelings for so long finally ventured to approach Alina slowly. Time turns Alina into a different figure in each phase of her growth. In childhood, Heru saw the figure of Alina who was cheerful, spoiled and wanted to always be the center of attention. In her teenage years Alina tends to be jutek and pretentious busy with her life outside the house, so Heru like not knowing Alina. But in his adult life, Alina in the eyes of Heru transformed into a soft woman who is smart and polite, just like his mother, but still Alina did not lose her potent nature. And it makes Heru more fascinated and become convinced that Alina is indeed the woman of his dreams.

Alina was seen to welcome Heru's approach. Alina did not refuse when Heru drove her or invited her to eat together. Alina was always kind and polite to him. Heru thought it was all a fluffy light signal. But Alina, it turns out, is just a creature like most other women. His heart is not easy to guess. Behind all his open attitude, I don't know what is really in his heart and mind.

And when Heru ventured to express her feelings, Alina rejected him. Heru's feelings back then shattered beyond measure. The hope he had nurtured for so long had been ravaged. However, Heru still tried to appear calm. Heru tried to remain heartened by Alina's decision. The heart cannot be forced. And shouldn't love have? As soon as Heru tried to amuse himself? Heru still behaves like a brother and a friend to Alina.

But then, there was something else that further destroyed Heru. Only a month after Alina rejected her love, Heru found out that Alina had chosen another man to be her boyfriend.

Heru's heart broke again for the second time because of the same woman. And from then on, Heru preferred to stay away from Alina.

Heru is not a stupid man who will lament his sad love story. Heru immediately got up and pursued his dreams more vigorously. Heru focused on completing his education faster because the scholarship program he received had a deadline. Heru finally managed to graduate, then continued with koas, until then Heru served in an area hospital. Heru tried to enjoy every process he went through and slowly, Alina was no longer the focus of his life. Heru has yet to find a woman who can melt her heart like Alina. But at least Heru had lived quietly without having to think about a romance that would only waste his energy.

And when everything was going as it should, Alshad suddenly came with a shocking news where he was forced to deal with Alina again.
