HEAVEN LOVE IN BISMILLAH

HEAVEN LOVE IN BISMILLAH
THE PAST 6

"What, Son? You didn't hear me wrong, did you? You want to marry her daughter, Miss Zainab?" A reaction of surprise emanated from the look on the middle-aged woman's face, while her husband was silent, calmly sitting on the living room couch where they were chatting that afternoon.

"Mom... Name's Zahrana... What happened to Zainab, Mom? Why does Mom always dislike her family about Zainab's mom?" Ask Ari.

"She's just your nanny, Ari... Not worth our family. What's the point of you going to high school, if the edges are paired with an ordinary girl?" Ketus Ari's mother without thinking about the feelings of Zahrana who was also there.

Ari was stunned to hear her mother's heartless speech. He grabbed Zahrana's hand beside him, and grabbed it. He hinted that Zahra would not give up and continue to fight with him.

"So you'd rather marry her than hear your mother's words?"

"Yes, Mum... Ari wants to marry Zahra..." Answer Aridiansyah firmly.

Zahrana just looked down full of fear beside Ari.

"Murray..." Call Ari's mother to the girl.

Zahrana raised her gaze slowly towards Ari's mother. "L-yes, Mom..." His mouth with lips twitching.

"I'll give you any money you want, but please leave my son..." Tukas Ibu Ari was full of emphasis.

"Yes...." Ari rose up against her mother's words. His gaze was sharp with anger.

Zahrana's tears rolling. His pride seemed to have just been offered by someone who would become his future father-in-law. Her heart ached when Ari's mother valued her love only for money.

"I'm sorry, Mom, sir... Excuse me, Assalamualaikum..." Zahrana got up and left the house immediately.

"Za-Zahraa..." Ari's call tries to hold him. But Zahrana did not turn her head at all, instead speeding up her steps to leave from there.

"Mom is really outrageous..." Ketus Ari while running after Zahrana.

"Ariy..." His mother tried to stop Ari's departure. But he did not heed his mother's call at all. "Basic! Look, Dad... Your stubborn son..." Bait him while yelling into his room.

Ardiansyah was so upset to see Zahrana being treated like this by her own mother. He continued to pursue Zahrana until he left his house.

"Airraa... Please stop..." Exclaims.

Zahrana stopped her steps then turned to Ari who looked desperate at that moment. Zahrana was waiting for Ari from her position.

Ari smiled at Zahrana who wanted to stop at her call earlier. He ran faster towards Zahrana and hugged the girl tightly.

"You believe me, don't you?" Ari asked so worriedly with her feelings that Zahrana changed her mind again.

Ari inched backwards, loosening his hold onto Zahrana's body.

"So, you'll be willing to go through this all together with me?" Ari asked so cheerfully.

"Don't you already say that there will be no barrier to your love for me? And I need proof for that, Ari... Aekarang... Persuade your father and mother to respect our relationship. I'll wait for you to come to propose to me..." Zahrana's order persuaded the man who suddenly turned whiny that day.

Ari looked grim back. He hesitated, but he nodded. She knew Zahrana was not a woman who would allow herself to do things without parental blessing.

"You have to promise to wait until I come to propose to you..." Pinta Ari.

"Yes... I promise, Ari... I will prepare myself for your arrival. But don't let me wait too long. Until that happens, I'll accept another man's proposal..." Threatening Zahrana tease.

"Just try, I'll kill the guy..." Ari's reply threatened.

Zahrana. "I won't let you be a murderer... I'll wait for you..." Pledge Zahrana while poking Aridiansyah cheeks.

After Zahrana's departure, Ari returned to his house. Inside, he only found his father who was still sitting on the sofa.

"Can't you understand a little? Why do you always keep quiet?" Ari asked in a sorry tone to the figure of the man who was still calm before him.

Ari's father without shaking his head, "All your life decisions, I leave them to you, son... You're old enough." Ari's father got up leaving the room to go to his room.

"Well... At least talk to mom. I just need to be happy, Dad... And my happiness lies with Zahrana..." Ari said making her father's step stop for a moment, but then went back on his steps without leaving any explanation.

"You've never been there for me all this time, except for the money that replaced your figure on my side..." Shouted Ari groaning.

Ari sobbed, then slowly dropped herself onto the sofa.

Oh Allah... Soften their hearts...~ Inner Ari. He rubbed his head rough all over his face that felt hot and humid.
