Gendis, Love on the Brink of Boundaries
Stay

"You guys just stay here! Aunty has prepared a room for you." said Aunty Halisa when they chat in the back pendopo.

Only Halisa, Om Rendra, Bram and Gendis are now sitting together. Meanwhile, Ambar is seen with three friends who will stay overnight, they seem to be engrossed in different places.

"But, we have no preparation for the stay, Tan." replied Gendis, she tried to subtly refuse.

"I've brought you clothes, Ndis." sidelines Bram make Gendis turn to the man next to her.

"Tuuuh, Bram is ready, Ndis. Anyway, tomorrow is also Sunday, once staying at Om Rendra's house." urged Halisa make Bram smile.

"Yes, Ndis. After all, kill Bram if you go back to town. Later, you guys get to the apartment around 11" Om Rendra's timpal made Gendis just smile stiffly. If this was the case, the girl who was just bowed could not dodge anymore.

For a moment they stopped the chat. The two men there were sipping cups and enjoying the still warm black coffee.

Om Rendra held out a cigarette to Bram, causing Gendis to glance at the man next to her. As far as Gendis is concerned, Bram does not smoke but out of a sense of hesitation, makes the man accept Om Rendra's offer.

"After marriage, Gendis now changes a lot huh, Mah." said Rendra to Halisa but his gaze glanced at Gendis who now blushed.

"Yes really, now more mature, more calm and cooking pinter." praised Halisa while smiling at Gendis who was still shy.

"You made a good priest, Bram. Can guide Gendis so much better." welcome Rendra made Bram smile widely, while glancing his eyes fixed on Gendis who had obliterated his smile.

"Gendis is indeed a pious wife, Om." Bram replied by taking his wife's small hand and holding it. A smile continued to cling to his handsome face, he also still held Gendis' hand in his grasp even though his wife was trying to thrash.

As they chatted, Ambar's laughter with his friends made Gendis turn her head. Actually, he was envious of them. Supposedly, he would also go through his youth like them. No, stuck in a complicated marriage.

"You guys better get some rest! Kasian Bram, he must be tired after a day of teaching and must drive up here." said Halisa while looking at the clock hanging on one of the pendopo pillars.

Halisa walks Gendis and Bram to a room located between the living rooms. The room is arranged with classic Javanese nuances and some photos of elders neatly plastered.

The woman showed me a room where many of Hastanto's belongings were kept as children.

"Please take your own home. Remember, Ndis! This house used to be also the home of your late father." said Halisa reminded Gendis so that he did not attempt to hesitate while in their ancestral home.

Halisa says it all because she sees Gendis quite different from the Gendis she once knew. If in the past, Gendis always did what he thought was not wrong, but Gendis who is now more likely to maintain the attitude.

"Thank you, Tan." said Gendis, smiling warmly at Halisa.

Halisa leaves Gendis and Bram. Both of them went straight into the room. It's true, this room is different from before. The nuances of his papa as a child so thick decorate in every detail of the room.

"Papa.." murmured Gendis in the heart. I don't know why this actually made him recall his papa.

After being satisfied to see a photo of his father's memories, Gendis went into the bathroom. The girl intends to clean herself up and intends to sleep. All day, she helps Halisa cook, making her body feel tired.

A few minutes through, the beautiful face without polish looked very fresh after coming out of the bathroom.

Gendis stopped her steps, upon hearing the fine snoring from the bed. Bram had already closed his eyes with both hands as a focus.

Gendis looked at him for a moment. Although it looks tired, but the face that gives the impression of manly is indeed very handsome. It is natural that Bram has a high level of confidence, a handsome face, smart, established and one that is not everyone has, he said, strong charismatic makes it always a magnet that attracts the attention of everyone around him.

"But baby, he's evil." muttered Gendis, trying to avoid any admiration with disappointment and anger at what Bram had done to him.

Her hand was stroking the cheek where Bram had slapped her, it was very painful. Not to mention his heartbreak made Gendis undo his intention to wake Bram who fell asleep wearing a shirt he had been wearing all day.

Gendis put her dirty clothes on a bag she had prepared. Then, he chose to sit in front of a mirror, combing long hair and applying a moisturizer so that his skin does not dry.

For a moment he looked at her face in the mirror. It turns out that there are many things that he must prepare if he chooses to separate from Bram, including facing the Mother-in-law who is so fond of him. Weight, that's what makes Gendis so heavy.

The inner upheaval of the girl made her not realize that Bram had been watching her since. The man woke up after Gendis came out of the bathroom and noticed she was still closing her eyes.

"Why not wake up, Mom? Until when will you continue like this, Ndis." said Bram makes Gendis who moved from his seat was shocked. The girl was misbehaved when Bram looked at her so sharply and deeply.

"What does Bram want from me?" challenge Gendis. He was tired of everything, too.

Gendis' question makes it difficult for Bram to answer. The man then paused for a moment, without taking his gaze away from the petite, beautiful figure.

"What do you have to do to forgive, Mom?" tanya Bram, a fierce face that is usually seen, now looks clear until Gendis chooses to turn her eyes away.

Gendis fell silent, replacing her confused self looking for answers to Bram's questions. If this is continued the aftermath will definitely be debated again and their position is still in the place of others.

"Don't discuss the matter now. This is a people's house, Mas. All I have to think about, where, Mas, will sleep." Gendis placed her weight on the edge of the bed on the different side than what Bram currently occupies.

"There are no lounges, no carpets and no sofas." continued Gendis by pulling the quilt intending to go to bed immediately.

Bram looked for a moment at every corner of the room he occupied. There is no mention of Gendis.

"This bed is big enough for both of us." Bram's sentence made Gendis swerve towards him. He doesn't want to sleep with Bram.

"It would not be sinful if we were one bed, Ndis. In fact, we'll get a reward." explains Bram, who couldn't possibly have slept on the floor because he felt his body was already very tired.

Gendis smiled wryly at Bram's camouflage reasoning, "how can a person who has betrayed his marriage talk about sin and reward?" gerutu Gendis was annoyed. He wanted to go to bed immediately and did not want to prolong this debate.
