Forced to Marry Alula

Not Loving her

This morning Alula was getting ready to go to her new campus to sign a contract with the university. As Alula was wearing pentopel shoes, she saw the food box she had made for Kaivan left on the dining table.

"Kai is really careless. He forgot his food supply," Alula picked up the food box.

"I have to deliver it before I go to college. He must be hungry at rest later," Alula immediately rushed off and intercepted the taxi.

Alula got out of the taxi and immediately got into her husband's office. He was visiting Kaivan's office for the first time.

"Good morning, Miss. Can I help you?" Said the security guard who intercepted Alula at the entrance.

"Good morning, sir. I want to meet Kai," Alula replied kindly.

"Miss has made an appointment with Mr Kai?"

"Yet. I just wanted to deliver food for her" Alula showed me the food she was carrying.

"If I may know, whose lady is Lord Kai? Usually the only one who delivers food is Miss Arabella," asked the security officer in a surprised tone, because there are those who dare to deliver food other than Arabella. Arabella always delivers food to Kai.

Alula feels disturbed after she finds out that Arabella always delivers food to Kai.

"I'm his wife, sir," Alula smiled clumsily.

"So miss Kai's wife? I'm sorry miss! I don't know if you're Mr. Kai's wife, because I just first saw Miss in the office. Please enter Miss, Master Kai's room is on the 10th floor !" The security guard seemed shocked to learn that Alula was the wife of the owner of the company she worked for.

"It's okay, sir. Thanks, then I'll go in first."

Alula passed through the office lobby to take the elevator to reach the 10th floor. All the servants on the first floor noticed Alula.

"That's Mr. Kai's wife, right?"

"Yes, that's his wife. Beautiful huh? I saw their news at the honeymoon. Truly a lucky woman."

"Ah, I envy him. But I'm afraid of Miss Arabella, too. She's been dating Mr. Kai all along."

Those were the murmurs that Alula heard from her husband's employees.

Alula got in as soon as the elevator opened. He immediately pressed the 10th button to get to the 10th floor. Alula ignored the person standing next to her, as she entered the elevator with one person inside.

"It's so hard to be you" said someone. Alula turned her face. It was Beverly. Alula was silent and did not speak.

"You're his wife, but he came to this office for the first time. Know it? Arabella who often delivers food for Kai here. You're his wife but just came today?" Beverly smiled cynically.

Alula only breathed her rough hearing Beverly's deliberate speech to ignite her emotions.

Alula smiled, then she said, "more powerful is my fate than yours. Kai is my husband now. Whereas, you? Kai glanced at you just didn't."

"YOU!!" Jerky Beverly. He seemed to hold back his emotions and immediately came out when the elevator opened on the 8th floor.

Alula looked at Beverly's back who was walking away from her.

"You were my best friend. Just because of men, you can throw me away to be your best friend" said Alula.

Alula exited the elevator, walking towards her husband's room on the 10th floor. Alula was so excited that she was about to meet Kaivan. Alula is about to enter Kai's room, but her intentions are unsettled when Alula hears Kai chatting with his father in his private room.

"Kai, daddy doesn't want to know, anyway you have to divorce Alula and return to Bella," exclaimed William in a voice that could be heard by Alula who was outside.

"You hear daddy didn't? Your company needs Arabella's parent company, you have to remember that!"

"But dad, Kai likes Alula," replied Kai.

"You just love it, Kai. You don't love her. After you get divorced, your race will disappear. Trust daddy!"

"You must not forget Arabella who has been by your side. You don't throw it away just because your wife isn't worth Bella! Your wife is not the son of a businessman. While Bella?" William compares Alula and Arabella.

Alula's eyes began to turn red to hear her in-laws.

"Tell daddy if you're going to divorce him!" Urged William.

"I-" Kai hesitated about what he was going to say.

"Say!" Jerky William.

"I think you're right, Dadd. Kai just likes her and doesn't love her. Kai will divorce Alula when the time comes" Kai replied.

Kaivan said like that so that his father would get out of his room immediately. The office is not a good place to argue. Especially if the employee is listening. Kai will talk about it again if he is at his parents' house. At his parents' house, Kai can immediately ask for William's blessing with the support of Sofia, he thought.

It is different with Alula. He could not help his heartache anymore hearing Kai say. Alula immediately ran towards the elevator and descended back to the 1st floor. Tears kept coming out of his eyes until people were surprised to see Alula crying in the office area. Alula bowed her face and walked quickly outside the office.

"Miss, are you okay?" Ask the security guard who was interrogating Alula. Alula did not answer, she continued walking and immediately intercepted the taxi.

"Why does my heart hurt like this when I know he doesn't love me? Turns out his good nature to me lately is just a pretense?" Alula muttered as she sat in the taxi seat. His hands were constantly wiping away the tears that were constantly breaking. Meanwhile, the taxi driver Alula was riding just glanced from the rearview mirror when she heard Alula's sobs.
