Alula was walking towards the meeting room. It's the first time, he'll be meeting with other lecturers. When Alula was about to enter the meeting room, Alula's steps immediately stopped when she heard the conversation of two lecturers who had occupied her inside. One was a male lecturer and the other was a female lecturer.

"Oh, what's Alula Claire's name?" Exclaimed the male lecturer who was in the room.

"What's wrong with her?" Further.

"Yes, he can teach on this campus because it uses the power of insiders. Her husband came here, and went straight to the rectorate. He told the rector to accept his wife to work here" said the female lecturer.

Alula was so shocked by what she heard. Alula did not think something like this could escape her attention. He should have been suspicious, when Alula was only on the test alone during the interview and micro teaching tests.

"Then what, Miss?" Said the man.

"Yes, so the rector has refused because the quota of teachers is full. But her husband threatened to stop being a donor at the university. You know, her husband is Mr. Kaivan Allen. She and Mr. William are the biggest donors to dozens of universities and schools in the city" the lecturer said.

Alula immediately retreated back and rushed out of the university. Alula didn't expect Kai to make it this far. Alula is not the type of person who likes this way, she is always taught by her parents to always say and do honestly, including in terms of finding a job.

Alula immediately intercepted a taxi to return home. When Alula was daydreaming in a taxi, her phone rang as a sign there was a message to her chat application with a green phone icon.

Alula opened the message sent from a number she did not recognize. Alula is shocked to see a picture of Kaivan hugging Arabella. Her heart was hurt to see her husband's intimacy with other women, especially the woman was her ex-lover.

"Even this hurts more than being dropped from a height all at once" Alula held onto her chest. He held back his tears from spilling. Alula took a breath and hit her chest so she wouldn't cry.

"Sir, turn right?" Alula's orders to the taxi driver. Alula decides not to go home or to Kaivan's house. She did not want to meet her husband. Alula is going to her best friend Chelsea's house.

Alula went down in Chelsea's residential area. He stopped by a pharmacy in the Chelsea complex to buy something. After coming from the pharmacy, Alula immediately walked back to the Chelsea house.

"Chel?" Alula knocked on her best friend's door since High School.

"It looks like there's no one in the house" Alula didn't hear any activity inside the house.

"It looks like Chelsea haven't come home from work. I just wait," Alula sat in the chair on the porch of Chelsea's house.

Alula had been waiting for 3 hours, finally the person she was waiting for came. Chelsea's car was seen entering his garage, Chelsea immediately went down and removed his sunglasses.

"Chel?" Alula runs towards Chelsea.

"Al, are you here?" Chelsea were surprised to see Alula suddenly at her home.

Alula did not answer questions from Chelsea. He immediately hugged Chelsea and cried in the arms of his best friend.

"What's wrong with you, Al?" Chelsea knew Alula had a problem.

"Calm down!" Chelsea rubbed Alula's back gently.

"I'm sorry I wet your clothes!" Alula pulled her body.

"I'm used to this prilakmu. But this is much better, usually your snot will be left on my shirt," Chelsea pursed her lips.

Chelsea's words made Alula smile again.

"Yes, let's go in!" Chelsea took Alula's arm into her house.

"Why don't you call me if you're here?" Chelsea opened the door.

"I don't want to interrupt your work time. Chel, why is your house so quiet?" Alula asked as she entered the house.

"My parents were going to visit grandma and grandpa in Oklahoma, United States," Chelsea put her bag on the couch in the living room.

"How long have they been gone?"

"About two weeks, Al. Why why?" Ask Chelsea for wonder.

"Can I stay here, Chel? Later if both of your parents come home, I will also go home" Alula told Chelsea.

"You're fighting Kai?" Chelsea guess.

Alula nodded her head.

"So, can you Chel?" Please Alula is back.

"This house is always open to you. Want you to stay a month or a year is not a problem for me, but, what about Kai? He must be looking for you."

"He won't look for me. He was having a good time making out with his girlfriend" Alula's eyes welled up.

Chelsea saw that, he immediately sat down next to Alula and stroked her shoulder.

"Chel!" Alula hugged Chelsea and cried back.

"Cry! Because Pascal said tears are the main weapon of women when they are betrayed by a smile," Chelsea rubbed Alula's back.

"I didn't expect falling in love would hurt this much" Alula sobbed in Chelsea's arms.

"What did Kai do to you?"

"Why don't you ask Kai for an explanation, Al?" Chelsea looked at the photo.

"There's no need to explain. Kai still loves Arabella. Even her papa told Kai to marry Arabella after divorcing me," Alula wiped the tears with her hands.

"I've guessed, Al. William is a man of reckoning. Then you can stay here as long as you want" Chelsea took a tissue from the table. Then, he helped dry Alula's wet eyes.

"Thank you, Chel. You are my best friend."

"Either. You are also my best friend. You used to support me, too, when I ran away from home," Chelsea laughed in light of her High School days with Alula. For a moment, he was able to forget his sorrow regarding Cleon.

"Yes, hurry up to my room! I picked out a shirt for you that you could wear here, "Chelsea stood up from his seat and rushed into his study.

"Chel, you don't have to give me new clothes. I'll just put on your old clothes" Alula refused. Since Chelsea became a designer, if Alula stay he will definitely give new clothes to wear at home.

"It's okay. Usually you're happy I give you a new shirt, too" Chelsea laughed as she recalled Alula who was always enthusiastic when she was given a new one.

"You really know me" Alula chuckled.

"Al, here's a shirt" Chelsea went into his room. He rounded his eyes when he saw Alula watching the dozens of medicinal pills in her hands. Chelsea immediately ran towards Alula who was sitting on her bed.

"What are you doing?" Shouted Chelsea while fending off Alula's arm so that the drugs fell from her arm. Chelsea took hold of Alula's body.

"Take me off, Chel! I have to eat the medicine," Alula cried back.

"Al, relax! What are you doing? It's like I don't know you" Chelsea snapped to Alula.

"I'm just confused, Chel!" Alula removed Chelsea's arm from her body.

"You don't want to kill yourself, do you? What medicine is that???" Chelsea are back. He was so afraid that Alula did something fatal to his body.

"No. It's just a contrast pill*psi. I bought a few pills at once, because I didn't know which one worked" Alula sobbed.

"Why are you going to take that medicine?"

"I was just afraid to see a picture of Kai and Arabella. I was afraid of getting pregnant and Kai left me," Alula roared.

"Calm down, Al!" Chelsea was so excited to see the mess of her best friend.

"I'm scared, Chel," Alula clasped Chelsea's arm tightly.

"You've been sleeping with Kai?" Ask Chelsea carefully.

"Yes. Two days ago Kai forced me to sleep with him" ringis Alula.

Chelsea's eyes instantly noticed Alula's neck was filled with a red mark, even though the mark had faded.

"I didn't expect Kai to do that with you. I know he doesn't fuck women just as much."

"You know where it came from? He must have done it with Arabella" Alula said with a whim.

"I'm a friend of Junior High School, her High School. Of course I know. Back then, I heard Kai talking to Nino and Alden. He said he would only sleep with the woman he was going to marry" Chelsea told Alula.

"That's when Junior High and High School. We don't know how next. Moreover, Kai lived in America with Arabella while in college," Alula held tightness in her chest when she mentioned the name Arabella.

"You're jealous of him. You're in love with Kai. Aye right?" Ask Chelsea full investigation.

"I think so. When I was with her, I was able to forget about Cleon. My heart ached as he re-engaged with Arabella" Alula said.

"You're in love with her." Chelsea have concluded.

Then Chelsea crouched down and picked up the pills that belonged to Alula scattered on the floor.

"You don't take contrast pills*psi. I've heard it's not good for someone who hasn't had a child, but I don't know the truth, I'm not a child of health" Chelsea put the medicine in plastic and intended to throw it away.

"Obviously you don't take drugs like this! If you're pregnant, it's good for your relationship with Kai, right, Al? That way his papa will approve of you always being together."

Alula was silent and seemed to think.

"That's it. Do not carelessly take drugs that you do not know the side effects, contradictions and others. That could be dangerous. What if your body is allergic to such drugs? moreover, you bought it not by prescription, "Chelsea tried to advise Alula.

"You're right, Chel. I'm just frustrated because of the pictures of Kai and Arabella, while I've been sleeping with Kai. I just got upset. Thankfully I haven't taken any of those medications. Thank you Chel always reminds me," Alula smiled sincerely.

"Either. Take your snot off!" Said Chelsea who made Alula pinched her lips held back upset.

Chelsea laughed and went straight out to dispose of the pills that Alula had bought when she stopped by the pharmacy.
