Forced to Marry Alula

Forced to Marry Alula
Chelsea and Alice

Today Cleon went to a Chelsea boutique. He wants to convey his mother's mandate to discuss his meeting with Chelsea tonight.

"Darling, why didn't you tell me you were coming here?" Chelsea opened her boutique door for Cleon.

"I just want to give you a surprise" Cleon replied with a non-fading smile on his face.

"You are!"

"I want to talk to you" Cleon told Chelsea.

"What's wrong? You're making me gnarly," Chelsea touched his chest.

"We better sit down first."

"Geez, I forgot. Let's talk upstairs!" Chelsea immediately went up the stairs followed by Cleon.

"So, what's up?" Chelsea seemed impatient with the intention of the arrival of his lover.

"Tonight my mother wants to see you, can I?"

"Would you like to see me?" Chelsea looked surprised.

"Yes. Can you?" Cleon asked back.

"Why do you want to see me?" Chelsea asked worried.

"Mama just wants to know you."

"really?" A smile adorns Chelsea's beautiful face.

Cleon nodded his head.

"But, I'm not very good at talking to parents, Cleon. I'm afraid if there's any wrong words, "Chelsea are worried.

"Be as you normally would in front of your mom! You just have to be yourself! Don't worry, you'll only meet my mama, not Queen Elizabeth" Cleon smiled at Chelsea's worried face.

"Even this is more tense than meeting Queen Elizabeth or Prince Philip. May your mama like me" Chelsea slowly put away the worry in her.

"But I can't pick you up tonight because mom said she wanted to go with me. Is it okay?"

"It's okay. I can go alone. Let's meet there. Where will we meet?"

"In Himalayan Restaurant, how about?"

"All right."

Her night.....

"Has my mama's makeup been tidy?" Alice asked her son's opinion.

"Already, Ma. Let's get angry!" Take Cleon who's been waiting for her mom to dress up for an hour.

"Darling?" Call Alice to her son who is driving.

"Yes, Ma?" Cleon's eyes were still focused on watching the streets.

"Tell me about your girlfriend!"

"Chelsea Cleon's High School friend, Ma. But different classes," Cleon began to explain.

"Where did his parents come from?"

"Formerly a British citizen and his papa a citizen of the United States" Cleon said.

"Wait on! So your girlfriend is American?" Alice looked at her youngest son.

"Yes. Why why?"

"You're sure the association's not wild, son?" Alice asked worriedly.

"Why ask like that?" Cleon seemed to not accept the question of his mother.

"Chelsea's a good woman, Ma. She's not the type of woman who has a wild social life" Cleon argues.

"Mama, I haven't met Chelsea yet. Mama's already concluded the no-no."

"Mama's just worried."

"Not to worry, Ma! Chelsea is a good woman" Cleon tried to allay concerns about his mother.

Soon, his car arrived at the Himalayan restaurant. Cleon and Alice immediately got out of the car and walked towards the table that Cleon had booked.

Chelsea are not here yet. Cleon and Alice immediately sat in their seats. Cleon instantly recalled the events of last year, when he booked this entire restaurant to express his feelings to Alula.

"I hope this restaurant now gives me good memories," Cleon's inner self as he recalled his old memories. Then he immediately ordered food and drinks for his dinner tonight.

"Hey Cleon? Mama?" Chelsea walked hurriedly towards Cleon and Alice.

"Sorry I'm late! There was a moment's business, "Chelsea felt bad for Cleon and Alice.

"It's okay, Chel," Cleon replied.

"Mama, meet me Chelsea!" Chelsea smiled and thrust her arm towards Alice. Alice watched him from foot to head and then stood up.

"Alice, Cleon's mother," Alice introduces herself.

Cleon felt his mother did not like Chelsea. Since Chelsea came, the smile disappeared from Alice's face and she looked at Chelsea sharply.

Chelsea immediately occupied himself with such an awkward feeling. This was the first time he met Alice, because when he often delivered supplies to Cleon, Chelsea never once met Alice.

Chelsea lowered her face in confusion as Alice watched him so sharply. Cleon watched his mother and lover take turns. The atmosphere was filled with silence. No one starts to talk.

Before long, several waitresses came to deliver Cleon's food and drinks order.

"Ma, Chel? I'll let you go to the toilet for a minute!" Cleon stood up from his seat.

"Yes" Chelsea and Alice answered.

Cleon then walked straight towards the toilet. Along the way, he was very worried. Her mother did not like her lover.

"How's this? What if you don't like Chelsea?" Cleon spoke to himself in front of a sink in the toilet.

Cleon daydreaming inside the toilet. Thinking if his mother really disliked Chelsea and even, Cleon was afraid that her mother told him to cut ties with Chelsea.

"Ah, no. Only Chelsea can make me forget Alula" Cleon tried to shake his bad thoughts.

Busy with his daydreams, Cleon did not realize he had been in the toilet long enough. Cleon exhaled a rough breath and immediately walked back towards his desk earlier.

When Cleon got near the table, he was so shocked when he saw the scene before his eyes.

"Mama? Chelsea?" Cleon walked quickly towards his mother and lover.

"Cleon, your lover really has very good taste," Alice said floweryly.

"Mama and Chelsea are discussing contemporary fashion. Is your boyfriend a designer?" Ask Alice again.

The thing that stuck in Cleon's heart immediately disappeared when he saw his mother and Chelsea were talking warmly. Cleon sat back in his chair with a smile on his face. He wanted to know how they could get along with each other in such a short time.

"Ma, mama should try the Red Velvet cake here! Try this, Ma!" Chelsea thrust a spoonful of red velvet cake into Alice's lips.

"Thank you, baby," Alice said as she ate the food that was fed by Chelsea.

"Try this, baby!" Alice turned to Chelsea. Cleon smiled at the scene before his eyes.

"Darling, do you know Bev?" Alice asked Chelsea.

"Of course, Ma. Bev's Chelsea's best friend. At High School, we formed a gang and consisted of three people" replied Chelsea enthusiastically.

"The gang? Single gang?" Cleon was trying to chimed in on the conversation of the two women in front of him.

"Of course not" Chelsea replied to her lover.

"Ah, thank goodness! Later if you marry Cleon, Bev has a sister-in-law who is already familiar with him" said Alice kindly.

Their chatter also expanded to and fro, while Cleon only listened to the talks of the two women he loved in his life.
