Forced to Marry Alula

"Al, what's wrong with you?" Chelsea asked as they were on their way to Birmingham.

"I'm fine," Alula forced her smile towards her best friend who was driving.

"Here you go, you don't have to lie to me. You why?" Chelsea turned towards Alula while her hand was still in control of her car.

"Oh Al you can talk to me! I'm not going to tell anyone" Chelsea saw a doubt on Alula's face to tell her story.

Alula breathed out slowly.

"Chel, don't you remember when I asked permission to go to the toilet when we were in Chester's Meltdown?" Alula turned to Chelsea who were driving.

"Yes, then?" Chelsea asked, his gaze still focused on the streets ahead.

"I went wrong in the toilet. Thankfully, the toilet was empty. But just as I was about to get out, I heard Kai calling in the closed toilet" Alula began to explain.

"Then?"

"I don't know who he called. I'm guessing he called Alden and Nino. He said he was tired of the date and couldn't wait to decide on Beverly for the new year" Alula said.

Chelsea looked surprised, he then slammed the steering wheel to the left, stopped, and pulled his car on the side of a fairly wide and quiet road.

"You're serious?" Chelsea directed her body towards Alula who was sitting next to her.

"Yes, I'm very serious. He said he was going to embarrass Bev at the turn of the new year" Alula looked sad to break the news.

"I was expecting it Al. Kai is such a man. He will get a woman he considers beautiful and after she wants to be his girlfriend, he will look up to her" Chelsea explained

"And it happened to-" Chelsea did not continue his sentence.

"To whom, Chel?" Tanya Alula was curious.

"That's not forgotten!"

"The chel? come on tell me! I told you, '" Alula pulled Chelsea's hand.

"It happened to Cleon" Chelsea muttered softly.

"Oh my god!" Chelsea was upset about the innocence of her best friend. But maybe this time the language of Chelsea that is not understood by Alula.

"You know Amanda's Class 3 E?"

"Yes I know that beautiful head cheers, right?" Alula answered at that.

"Yes. He's Cleon's ex-girlfriend" Chelsea said.

Alula rolled her eyes as if she could not believe what her best friend had said.

"You serious? What does this have to do with Kai?" Alula was getting curious waiting for an answer from Chelsea.

"So in 1st grade, Cleon was dating Amanda. Reportedly they are dating from 2nd grade Junior High. When Cleon and Kai become rivals for the basketball team, they keep their distance from each other. And Kai gets a challenge from Nino and Alden to tease Cleon's lover. And you know what? Amanda wanted to leave Cleon for Kai," Chelsea turned her eyes forward.

"And when he told Kai that he had left Cleon, Kai simply looked at him. He said he wasn't interested in cheap women" Chelsea added.

"It's crazy that guy. You know what, Chel? I really hate him. I hope karma comes instantly for her" Alula looks fiery.

"Yes he behaved like that because almost all the students in our school and other schools crazy about him," Chelsea began to re-apply his car on the streets that began to be covered with snow.

"What's so special about that crazy guy? I don't want to chase after him.don't chase after him, close to him also makes my heart feel hot," Alula grumbled annoyed.

"It's you Al, but most women who know Kai crave it. Which woman would reject a rich and handsome man? Then you're gonna tell Bev?" Ask Chelsea again.

"I don't know, Chel. I wanted to tell her but would Bev listen to me?" Alula looks desperate.

"You try talking to Bev first, Al! I hope he will listen to you" Chelsea gave advice.

"Alright Chel," Alula agreed.

It did not feel like they had even reached the front of Alula's house which ended their encounter that day.
