William is back at home now. He was so surprised that Alula had not visited him once. Even her daughter-in-law was not seen picking her up when she came home from the hospital.
"Did Alula not care about me?" William said to his wife, Sofia. They were chatting on the family couch.
"I don't know, Honey. But I don't think Alula is that kind of person. Alula is a good boy" Sofia replied.
"Then, why didn't he come see me? I want Alula to stay here as long as she's pregnant, so that we can pay attention and keep up with the progress of our grandchildren" William said.
"I want Alula to stay here. I'll call Kai later" Sofia said with a happy look.
"I'm so grateful that our son didn't marry a bad woman like Arabella" Sofia said.
"I'm also very grateful. I'm so sorry I ever sent our son back to that criminal woman. She's a very cunning woman, really" William growled. He remembers where Arabella tried to kill him.
As Sofia and William were chatting, bi Esther came before them.
"Sir, I'm sorry. In front is Mr. Halbert and Mrs Ainsley."
"Have them enter bi" William said cheerfully as he heard his iron coming to his house. He wants to ask Alula where she has been lately, because William only saw Kai when he picked her up at the hospital.
"Mr William?" Call Halbert.
"Halbert? We have not seen each other for a long time" William stood up from his seat and embraced the iron. Sofia and Ainsley embrace each other.
"Let's sit!" Sofia. Before long Bi Esther and two other household assistants came with snacks and coffee.
"No need to bother. We're not guests" Halbert felt awkward.
"How are you doing?" Further.
"I've improved. The wound had dried up" replied William.
"Halbert. Where is Alula? I haven't seen him since coming out of a coma" William looked at Halbert and Ainsley alternately.
"Mr William doesn't know?" Ask Halbert.
"Ah, don't call me sir. We're one family and not strangers" William protested. They laugh together too.
"Alula has long gone to her grandmother's house" Ainsley said sadly.
"Go? Why did he leave? Isn't Kai here?" Sofia said with a worried face.
"They're having a problem" Halbert said.
"The problem? What problems?" William raised the volume of his voice.
"Halbert, Alula's my son too. I should know," William looked seriously at the iron.
"really. We must not be silent when our children have problems" Sofia continued.
"Tell me baby!" Halbert's orders to Ainsley.
"Alula left because Kai told her to go and said he was going to divorce her" Ainsley began to tell her.
"Y-you mean? Why would my son want to divorce Alula? And why don't we know?" Sofia was confused.
Ainsley was unable to continue his story. Now she cries remembering Alula's sadness when Kai threw her away. Sofia sat herself beside Ainsley, she rubbed her iron back gently to calm down.
"When William was unconscious, Kai accused Alula of harming him. Kai accuses you of that because your car's dashcam shows Alula as the last person you'll ever meet" Halbert continues Ainsley's story
"The kid is really stupid! He could have accused his wife of harming me" William growled with emotion.
"Halbert, Ainsley? We apologize for Kai's behavior. From a small age he was angry and also did not want to listen to others. Please don't tell Alula to part with Kai! Give my son another chance!" Sofia said while crying.
"Yes. Hopefully they can solve this problem themselves. I don't want my granddaughter to be born without her father either" Ainsley wiped away her tears.
"I stayed a while. I had to call the boy" William stood up from his seat and rushed into his room to call Kai.
"Where are you?" William asked as Kai picked up his phone.
"I'm on the road, Dad. Towards York City."
"Bring your wife back! If you can't bring him home, don't step your foot back into town!!" William snapped at his only son.
"Dad, you know what?" Kai surprised.
"Why are you so stupid to accuse your wife like that? Where's your brain?"
"I'm sorry Dad!" That's the only word Kai can say.
"Kai promised to bring Alula home."
"alright. Keep promise! Your work problem, Daddy's gonna handle it. Focus on bringing your wife home!"
"Good, Dad. Thank you," Kai closed the phone.
