The Office

Kevin returned to his vehicle.

Both silent. Busy with their own thoughts.

Until not long later, Naya who continues to be pensive all the way was made shocked when suddenly she realized that she was already in the car park of an office.

"Where are we going?" Naya looked at her husband.

"To my office." Kevin took off his seatbelt.

"But what do you want to go to your office?"

"My mood is not good. I want you to accompany me for a minute."

"No. I don't want to. I'm ashamed." Naya hasn't removed her seatbelt.

Kevin quickly approached her. Almost all of their faces clashed, if only Naya did not put her face back when Kevin, who was busy, opened his seatbelt.

The seat belt was open, but Kevin did not immediately get out of front of Naya who was even now looking at his wife's tense face.

Kevin smiles. He immediately returned to his perfect seat, while opening the door of his car.

Kevin walks around the car, then opens the other door to let Naya get out of the car.

Naya had to get down from there. With the hassle of seeing the surroundings.

"I'm ashamed. Later all your employees will ask who I am."

"Just answer if you're my wife. What a hard thing." Kevin drew his wife's hand, tightly linking their palms.

Naya followed her husband's steps. Just until the lobby is right there are already several pairs of eyes that pay attention to both.

Kevin ignored that, he continued to walk while holding his wife tightly.

Some employees greeted their boss, Kevin replied with a small nod. His attention was only focused on Naya who kept bowing insecure.

The two got to the front of the elevator, there were some employees who were waiting there, seeing the boss coming by holding a woman, they shifted to give a place for both.

The elevator opens, Kevin and Naya get into it immediately. But not with the others.

"You're not in?"

"No Sir. Go ahead." One of them answered.

Kevin just smiled as he pressed the button to keep the elevator door closed.

The elevator immediately took them upstairs.

Kevin soon saw his wife.

"Why do you keep putting your face down? Lift up your face and walk confidently beside me."

"Didn't you see how everyone is watching us?" Naya saw her husband was upset.

"Why do you care about others?"

"I don't care what others say about me. But I'm thinking about you. What would your employees think of seeing you bring a woman like me here."

Kevin was shocked to hear Naya's words.

"What kind of woman are you?" Kevin pushed slowly Naya until his wife was leaning against the elevator wall.

The two looked at each other at such a close distance.

"I'm a woman who doesn't deserve you" replied Naya feeling inferior.

Kevin drew his face closer to his wife.

"Should you say that in the face of a person whose origin is unclear?"

Naya gasped at Kevin's words.

"Why are you talking like that?" Naya is overwhelmed with guilt.

Kevin smiled, holding his wife's face.

"Don't talk like that anymore. To me you are precious and special and most importantly I love you very much."

The words that came out of Kevin's mouth managed to make Naya fixated on staring into the depths of her husband's eyes, trying to dig out whether it was just a flutter or indeed something that was indeed felt by her husband.

When Kevin turned his body, instead of panicking, he just smiled casually and uncaringly as he pulled his wife out of the elevator walking towards his room. Leaving employees in disbelief.

No one noticed them, some even seemed to whisper right after Kevin and Naya passed them.

"Who is that woman?"

"That's not her boyfriend who's been here a few times."

"Whoever that woman is, she's obviously very lucky to get Mr. Kevin."

"Yes. Not just that. Mr. Kevin also looks very loving to her."

"But behind her simple appearance, the woman was indeed beautiful. I think he fits in well with Kevin. A matching couple."

A few moments later.

Naya standing beside a large window noticed the hustle and bustle of traffic in the morning that seemed snaking from her husband's office building.

While behind him, Kevin seemed busy talking to his secretary and also his personal assistant.

"This nine o'clock will be changed after lunch."

"Good sir."

"Oh yes, please bring tea and snacks for my wife."

The secretary and his personal assistant looked a little stunned, they immediately glanced at Naya who was standing next to the window.

"Good sir." The two then withdrew while glancing at Naya once again.

"One more. I don't want to be bothered, if it's not too important don't let people into my room."

Again, both obeyed.

After they died, Naya immediately approached her husband upset.

"They were very surprised. You don't have to say I'm your wife, do you?"

"I did it intentionally. They should know if I'm married" Kevin replied as he opened the papers one by one.

"Why?" Naya approached her husband who was sitting on a chair.

"Is there a woman who likes to tease you?" Naya leaned against Kevin's desk.

Kevin immediately kept the file in his hand. Seeing the wife who had a chest stare at him.

"Are you jealous?"

"No. I'm just asking. Not jealous." Naya was wrong.

Kevin smiled widely and moved from his seat.

"Sit sweetly on that couch. I can't concentrate on work if you're standing like this here." Kevin whispered softly, wrapping one hand around his wife's waist.

Naya's body stiffened, especially now that Kevin was looking at her closely.

"Well, I'll sit down." Naya will stand up.

But Kevin instead wrapped his other hand and pulled his wife's body attached to his body.

"What are you doing? Someone will come in." Naya pushed her husband's chest in panic.

"No one will come in." Kevin even taped his arms.

Suddenly the door opened.

A woman with a sharp gaze full of anger looked at the husband and wife who were hugging the intimate.

Claudia walked in with a fist. Unwillingly the lover he loved so much hugged another woman in front of him.

"Sorry sir. We've already banned him from entering." The secretary showed a scared face.

Kevin sighed in annoyance as he asked the secretary to come out and close the door.

"Based on a cunning woman," Claudia sighed softly, with eyes filled with hatred.
