“Black Company, show your destructive fangs to all your enemies.  Dragon’s Maw!” my words released a red arrow that concentrated the air with it, shot out rapidly and struck the Predator's body with a fierce explosion.

“Aaarhhhh!!” shouted the Predator with a shrill voice that hurt the ears. Part of his face was destroyed when he tried to track where the attacker was, but a streak of three red arrows shot at him.

“H-Hen-Hent-Hentikaaaann..!” shouted the giant Malice who then crawled quickly closer to my position. Subsequent to

“Hmph, three Dragon’s Maw has not been able to pinpoint the location of his heart. The skin was hard too,” muttered me who also jumped from one building to another, and flashed an arrow of light that attracted Malice's attention.

“C-C-C-Chrysaaantt?!” shouted the Predator who suddenly smiled widely, “C-Chyrsant.... Chrysant!! Aaaah, Mother... will be happy.. Mom will be happy!” said.

Huh uh? … Where does he know my name? It doesn't matter, my job is to draw Malice's attention to the trap Dagger has set up.

The predator quickly tried to catch up to me. With its spider-like hands and feet, the monster crept up the leaning and fragile building. I smiled and gestured to Dagger who was preparing on the roof of the opposite building.

“Activate Shield,” my murmur activated the magic protector from the magic crystal that Dagger lent.

And along with that a great explosion was heard downstairs, destroying the foundation posts of the fragile building. Losing its buffer, the building collapses in the direction the Predator is located. No time to respond, Predator just trying to reach me with his disgusting smile.

“C-Chrysaaantt!!” he said before being crushed by the tons and tons of weight of the fragile building.

BOOM!!!

When the dust fog was gone, I approached the pool of blood that emerged from the rubble. I bend my eyebrows in wonder, a Malice with blood? Isn't Malice a non-living creature that doesn't need blood to function? Why does the Predator have it?

With the leg of the rocket, Dagger came down to me. Scrambling his waist proudly, Dagger smiled, “Where is my new bomb? Great right?”

I laughed wryly, “I'm so confused are you really a Hunter? Like baisa, you only rely on your Automachina and do not use your magic at all, Dagger,” I said.

“Iya dong's. That was the goal of Automachina. So that everyone can use magic easily,” he said rubbing his nose proudly Then the girl approached the pool of blood left by Predator with the same question mark as me.

“... We actually have defeated a Malice type S?” he said he couldn't believe it.

“Chrysant was in doubt, but no matter how strong the Predator is, he will not survive the weight of the building,” said I who took a sample of Predator blood to a special tube in my small bag, “But… Someone said that the Predator is a malice defective,” I continued who also jumped from other debris trying to track down the Quartz Moon which became the heart of the Predator.

But just as I was leaving Dagger, an earthquake appeared with a familiar rolling sound. I immediately shouted at Dagger,

“L-Run!”

BOOM!!!!

From the ground an explosion appeared, along with the blooming of red hands that crept out of the hole. With a terrible smile, the Predator reappeared. Her long tongue shot out trying to hit the Dagger, but the girl had a strong fighting uniform. Dagger easily parried the tongue with his feet and jumped back and forth.

Dagger's eyes looked around and cold sweat poured out on his forehead, “..... Chrysant, it seems.. we are surrounded, haha,” he said laughing blankly.

In all directions, monsters identical to the Predator also sprang up and blocked the road. Shit, crazy huh?! Who thinks there is more than one Predator?

“Sial, we're stuck,”.

Puffing his chest, the Predator before me also spread all the horns sticking out of his face. The flower of sinfulness was full of thorny pistils that gave birth to bright red rays from it. Chrysant's pale face when he saw the red light, because how much magic energy he felt until static magic messed up his body circuit.

“That red light... has the exact power of an atomic bomb!” dagger analyzed the Predator's magic energy with his glasses.

Ugh, there's no point in panicking. As long as the Monster gathers its power, I have to find a way out of this matter. Suddenly my eyes caught an underground channel too narrow for the Predator to reach. I don't know where the alley will end, but if they don't do anything, they'll be Predator food.

“Prepared Da Vinci, I'll distract him,” orders Chrysant.

Dagger nodded. From his bag, he took out a triangular crystal which Dagger then turned to splash magic flames inside. While I also burned my magic and darted with my two blades, trying to thwart the monster preparing its deadly attack. But another Predator immediately protected him.

BUKS!! TRIING!!

“Hyyaaaarrgh,” I shouted parrying the bow of a Predator who wanted to stab Chrysant with its horns.

Y-kukkh! The wounds of my fight with Khanza have not healed perfectly. But in order to protect Dagger, I burned my magic circuit to overload and ward off predatory horns until he was knocked back. Then I stabbed my two splints on the ground and shouted,

“Oh Black Company, the last and strongest Goddess of this world.  I, Chrysanthemum summon your majesty. Finish off all my enemies in your light.

Indignation!”

Confused, Dagger yelled, “K-You want to kill yourself? How to cast high magic near us anyway?!”

But, Chrysant was too busy to answer. A red arrow he pulled, pointed at the Predator who was gathering its magic energy. The sharp eyes of the woman looked forward to the moment the Predator pointed the red magic ball at them and prepared to fire it, he said,

“Dagger, now!”

Dagger broke the twelve Da Vinci crystal pieces around my magic diagram. Shining brightly in seven colors, the crystal formed a magic field that absorbed the entire magic energy within. The red light in the Predator's mouth is absorbed by the twelve Da Vinci crystals.

“Activate Control - ID: Da Vinci— Register Catalyst: Twin Princess,” I said that channeled all the magic energy that Da Vinci crystals collected on my arrow bow, to ignite my red arrow.

Then thrust the arrow into the eyes of the Goddess in the sky and as all her strength gathered, I blasted her into the sky and shouted, “Morning Star!”

The red arrow broke the goddess's eyes into prisms that reflected her to all corners of the city many times. Countless buildings that collapsed due to its power, the Predators were in a mess trying to avoid the red light but failed and burned down by it. Making use of the chaos, Dagger and I fled to the underground channel.

In haste, Dagger and I broke through the dry sewer, avoiding the holes created by the Predator and finally finding the farthest point that was safe from its reach.

When my body's flood of adrenaline dissipated, a sense of tiredness gushed over me. I sat on the dull wall and let go of my hot bow. Gasping for breath, I smiled at Dagger's worried face.

“... You, the craziest Pathfinder I've ever had,” comments Dagger opened a bottle and swallowed it greedily, “Newly this time I saw a Hunter utilizing Da Vinci to turn the opponent's magic energy into yours.. Moreover, with a timed mepet like earlier!” continued.

Chrysant laughs hollowly, “... Importantly, we are still alive right?” his reply. But shudder at the feather he heard the cry of the Predator who was looking for them. Then there were more foot termites stepping up to shake the ground. It seemed like the roar was summoning another head monster.

Jeez, even with Morning Star, Big Brother's mainstay when he was on duty, it wasn't enough to stop the monster.

Smiling bitterly, I turned on the lantern and continued, “Dagger, any idea for the malignant Malice-Malice?”

Dagger laughs wryly, “Perhaps... We destroy this one city?” she said with a witty smile, sitting next to me.

“Good idea,” I said leaning on Dagger's shoulder. I saw the magic circuit in my hand was overload and useless. I can no longer use that much magic.

The Predator's roar made Chyrsant and Dagger even more tense. However, the sound of the marker grabs my attention. Dagger was doodling the city map in his hand.

“What do you do, Dagger? Willpower?” ask Chrysant.

Upset, Dagger also knocked on my head, “Ih, just carelessly speaking. I don't want to die knowing, Chrys,” scolded him who then led Chrysant's eyes to see the red circles that Dagger marked on the map.

“I was remembering wherever the position of the street holes made Predator. Since the beginning of coming to this city, I wonder what exactly are those holes? After seeing for myself, now I understand,” continued Dagger who then matched the map with the plan of the sewer of Junon city from his big bag.

Chrysant was surprised, “Uh... why find a hole in the middle of narrowness?”

Dagger replied, “Formerly the seven celestial fortresses were a large city in the Underworld. With the disbelief of the Goddess Black Company, the cities were raised to the ground and freed her from the curse of darkness.” Seraphina then marked five points where she found the largest hole in her expedition,

“But in the ancient book, I found an ancient study that said Junon was built on a very fragile salt rock. When the hundred year rain hit, the salt stone dissolved leaving a void. Weighing the city destroyed the layer of soil, collapse filled the void.If not mistaken, people used to call it Sinkhole,” he continued.

I straightened my head and was surprised, “Wait, so the whole city can collapse into the belly of Mars at any time?” much

With a certain look, Dagger nodded and then unpacked the contents of his bag and composed several yellow-colored prisms and twenty Malice cores, stones known as Magicite.

“Hmmm, Five Repeater. Twenty empty Magicites. Hmmm, if we inscribe the Streamburst diagram on the five repeaters, we can create a continuous flow of water to dissolve the salt stone…

But, how long does it take? Although we turn on all five Repeaters, it may take a new week there is an effect.”

I bent my eyebrows and said, “Why aren't Streamburst hybrids with Tornadoes? If we combine these two magic in a Repeater, we can increase the dissolving speed of the salt stone by many times. But if we use this plan, only 2 of these holes that we can attack,” I said that marks 2 giant holes close to each other, namely,

“And these two holes are very perfect. If the position is close, it means we can destroy the limestone in the middle. If we can lure the entire Predator to this central bridge, then in one strike, WOOSH! We can bury them all in ruins.”

“I-Iiih, what the hell, asphyxiate!” I said who refused Dagger's embrace in shame.

Suddenly, Dagger relaxed his tools and stood up excitedly. He reached out his hand to me and said, “If we explain this plan to Saber, he will definitely help us. Come, Chrysant!”

But when I took Dagger's hand, suddenly the tunnel light flashed, leading us to an open door beside us. Surprised both of us when cold air came out from between the door, making our hair goosebumps.
