Clair is the protagonist of this story. Cheerful and ignorant with cold-blooded psychopathic tendencies, beautiful and charming, Clair manages to captivate the hearts of people interested in recognizing him. Clair always let the people's curiosity about him and gave clues that opened up more questions. All to manipulate that person's mind and make it easier to control for his own purposes—become the richest man in the world.

Before becoming a merchant, Clair was the youngest child of the Duke Noctis Family. But her life is not as smooth as a princess in a fairy tale. Clair was the son of the previous Duchess Noctis. Not having the magic talent, intelligence and dazzling looks like his twin brother, Eclair, the little girl always failed to meet the expectations of the Noctis Family. One day, Clair is forced by his own mother to kill his beloved pet Anima, in order to cover up the wrongs of his Brother and Mother. The family (and his mother) agreed to get rid of the girl. At the age of fifteen, Clair was “ killed” and his body dumped in the river.

However Clair is not dead, he is saved by a vampire— who is only interested in making use of his very sensitive nose. Unable to fight, Clair was used by the vampire to produce various magic compounds for the vampire. The dying conditions increase the sharpness of the Clair penghidu therefore every night the Vampire will suck the blood of the little girl and leave her dying. However, consuming too much blood slowly causes the vampire to become a real vampire. With ease, Clair pushed the master into the sunlight and watched him turn to dust.

Taking over his master's business, Clair travels the world and conquers various epidemics with his knowledge as a witch chemist. He did not want money but a drop of blood— which Clair used to develop a cure for his disease, Mutterbeweisen. But far from a panacea, Mutterbeweisen spreads a plague that turns a man into a vampire. The initial stage of transformation into a vampire brought a panacea for “victim” Clair. Miracle after miracle raises the prestige of the witch. The story of the Moon Daemon is spread, and with her connections the girl uses her charm to sell Mutterbeweisen on the black market at fantastic prices.

But all that success meant nothing to Clair. The void wound in his heart grew even more. Fate eventually brings her back to the city of Halamn, only to see her twin sister living happily with her new family. Envy and spiteful, Clair also destroyed the happiness. Seeing his brother crying in front of him, Clair regretted his stupidity. But when he wanted to give it all back as before, his brother was gone.

Broken and messy, Clair also wants to end his life. But instead, the world chose her as the Demon Queen. Clair is cursed in eternity until he destroys the world. The new Pran gave it a new meaning of life— created a new world without suffering.
