I was a young doctor who devoted myself to a small clinic in a remote village, a small town that was very quiet and only had a population of no more than five hundred people living here. A city surrounded by green hills so the air is very refreshing, the hustle and bustle of urban life is not heard in this small town.

The small number of people in the village that I live in makes it very easy to recognize them, of course it was not separated because I was the only person who worked as a doctor in this small village. I also often go to several houses to check their health because of their inability to go to my clinic which is quite far from the city center.

The road to my house is a little uphill and far enough to go for people whose health is not excellent. But being in the corners of this village makes me happy because the view at night is so beautiful, dim city lights at night look spoil my eyes.

As usual one day, my clinic was full of people who wanted to check on her health. I used to open the clinic right at eight in the morning until four in the afternoon, it also depends on whether my patient was completely discharged at that time. At exactly four in the afternoon, when I felt my patient had run out, there was one person who entered my examination room.

"Good afternoon Doctor Lee" said a man with his well-mannered tone.

The atmosphere suddenly became somewhat silent and I was surprised while looking into the eyes of the person. Doctor Lee? yes that's my name, but that's the special name I use as a doctor specifically to deal with mental health for victims of KDRT, rape, rape, the sale of minors and many more cases that make the victim become mentally destroyed.once he returned to greet in his silent atmosphere.

"Shall I call you by your real name? Doctor Andrews Hopkins" said the man again to break the silence between us

My name is Andrews Hopkins, before becoming a general practitioner in this village I was a special doctor who handled the mental health of victims of violence in a big city far from the village I now live in. Doctor Lee was the name I used before I finally decided to no longer work as a special doctor.

"Is there anything I can help you with? Mister....?" I asked him to try to hide my curiosity

"It seems you forgot me, probably because there are too many people you have been helping mentally all this time" replied the man as if he had known me for a long time

The name he mentioned to me and his sentence about mental help honestly made me momentarily nostalgic for my old job, while I was still working in a big hospital that also worked with law enforcement to rehabilitate victims of crime in a big city center that is very far from my village today. I've heard a lot of evil from the victims and a lot of it makes me feel Wow, there are a lot of people out there whose lives are unlucky enough to have a very bad life. Most of them feel dead better and that's my job, making them feel better about surviving.

"I'm Daniel Osborn, the victim of child trafficking whom you saved a few years ago" the man broke the silence in my daydream

At that moment I immediately remembered a child who was a victim of child trafficking, that child could not even express himself at all. The circumstances really make me want to be a human who is said to have a sense of humanity, "Why is there a person who is so cruel to a helpless child?" I asked in my mind. I took care of him personally when he was sixteen and then separated from him when he was eighteen and since then it has been five years I have never seen him again.

"I'm surprised by your change, you've grown so big and look so strong. Look at those muscles, I can barely recognize you" I said happily, as a doctor, of course, seeing a patient who looks healthy is matchless happiness.

"Yes, if Dr. Lee remembers what I was doing back then, I didn't expect it to be like this if I recalled how I was in the past, it all felt like hell" I thought, looking at me a bit sad

"I'm just doing my job as a doctor but you're the one who changed your life, okay.what made you come to a little village like this?" ask me curious

The arrival of Daniel certainly surprised me, Daniel was certainly very serious - really looking for my whereabouts who had left the city and also my job for the past five years. Our meeting left me with a lot of question marks, especially about the involvement of the mafia - the human trafficking mafia that can no longer be saved.

"In addition to my nostalgia for you there's one more thing I want you to do, can we go somewhere more closed?" doorways

I was a bit surprised by his request this time, but I only nodded my head to sign that I agreed with his request. I stood up from my chair and allowed him to go deeper from the house which also included my clinic to the living room, daniel turned around and opened the clinic door and told someone to go into my examination room.

Looking at the scene I could hardly say - words, I could only continue to guide them inside my house which was connected to the clinic examination room. I let them sit on a sofa in the living room, saw Daniel sitting on the sofa but not with the daughter who was with him. I stood still for a moment and it seemed Daniel understood what I was thinking at the time.

"Well, right? I wasn't even this bad at the time Doctor Lee saved me. What do you think?" he asked while looking at me, I could not answer. I sat in front of Daniel and looked at him.

"What's going on?" I was curious about this unpleasant sight.

I then turned my eyes back on the little girl, she saw me sharply looking like she was suspecting me or anything at that moment in her mind. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen a victim staring intently at someone she just met, unlike most victims who are always frightened when meeting new people. This little girl looks very strong, the look in her eyes is sharp looking at me and also the way of its establishment that looks so sturdy.

"His name is Aida, she's a victim of underage sales. Since the age of six, she has been sold by her parents and her hell life began at that time.I was investigating the case and wanted to ask Dr. Lee for help to get information from her" Daniel replied, A few moments later I looked back into Daniel's eyes.

Daniel gave me a secret document and gave me a face gesture to ask me to read it right away, in the document there are so many names of children and photos that are also victims of child sales and it seems Daniel asked me to see the last paper with a hand gesture. I immediately missed some of the many lists but in the last paper I was surprised not to play. How not, the contents are reports of suicides committed by children of child sales victims along with their last photos. I immediately closed the file and then looked back at Daniel.

"I understand what you want from me" I said firmly

"Doctor Lee, I don't know why you're leaving town but it's not going well. I'm one example of your success" Daniel seemed surprised by my decision to leave town, I could only lean back and let out a long sigh and then look up at the sky - the sky of my home.

"It's been a while since we met, when I last separated I left you at the Police Academy and right now you seem to be a great cop, the years passed by and I became less and more powerless to hold my emotions against the world until I felt hopeless. As against the world, there was no end to me doing this" not even my tears dripped as I said it, for a while I wiped my tears and looked back at Daniel.

"I knew all I had to do was Daniel, I just ran away from a problem I couldn't solve and I regretted it. but right now I'm going to focus on helping you solve the mystery you're referring to, I'm going to take care of this girl" I was sure I could.

It turned out that five years of seclusion was not enough time for me to leave the old profession I once had. As a doctor who upholds humanity to special patients, of course, it is not an easy thing to get out of the shackles just like that. Because in reality violence never stops happening, there is always the figure of Daniel next. The high mental load and responsibility pushed me to reopen the old sheet that I had closed especially now that I saw one of the successes in my achievements as a special doctor in Daniel Osborn.

"I believe you can do it Doctor Lee, I'll be gone for a while because there are still things I have to finish" he said, standing up and extending his hand to invite me to shake hands.

I was silent for a while and looked at the girl named Aida, she was still standing looking at me sharply. I was thinking "Hey, you're too tough to be called a victim. If I hadn't seen your scars, I might have thought you were okay". I closed my eyes and then I stood up to welcome Daniel and shook hands.

"I still owe you a great debt of gratitude, Doctor Lee. I'm sorry I'm burdening you again with the trouble you're avoiding, but I don't know who else to turn to for help other than you" Daniel told me with a big smile, her eyes were closed with a smile and then I remembered when she was a little girl and I managed to make her smile for the first time.

After a while Daniel turned to walk towards Aida and seemed to stroke her head saying

"Aida, you're in the right hands. Follow his advice and don't make trouble here"

At that moment I saw Aida staring at Daniel and just nod, then Daniel walked towards the examination room and immediately headed for the exit. I who followed him also let go of the child that I once cared for and finally separated. to be honest, I could not let him go again, but I realized he and I now have a tough task ahead. It was here that my quiet life in this remote city changed instantly.
