Lydia glanced at the waiter who brought her breakfast into the room. The female servant looked down embarrassed for some reason. He barely looked up when he put a small table on the bed, right in front of Lydia. And that made Lydia wonder.
Lydia's eyes tried to sweep through all corners of the room and nothing strange. There were no messy items or clothes strewn on the floor. The bed is also neat and has been replaced with new sheets.
Earlier this morning, Lydia herself took off the bed cover that still felt a bit damp. Not to mention there was still the smell of the rest of her romance last night. And as Lydia recalled, she put it in the washing machine herself, while the other waiters put up new sheets. So now Lydia didn't understand why the servants were acting so bashfully.
“Where is breakfast?” clarissa said hello to her only daughter-in-law.
“Good,” replied Lydia who was up late today.
“Sorry, yes Ma. Lydia can't come to breakfast,” ringisnya slow.
“No problem. Mama can understand. Last night Reino must have made you very very tired, right?”
“Hah?”
Lydia was exhausted by Reino and decided to have breakfast in the room, all wanting to rest again. But the problem is where does Clarissa know about her exhausted self? Did the waiters gossip about her suddenly asking for a change of sheets?
“You know your voice is loud enough,” reply Clarissa grimaced. She didn't want to say this, but Lydia had to know so that next time she could be more careful.
“Means?” lydia asked, looking a little panicked.
“Anu, the. Maybe it was because you guys were playing by the door, so the sound was heard. And the door was a little bit as vibrating and pretty much heard,” whispered Clarissa timidly.
It felt as if Lydia's jaw would fall to the floor as soon as she heard that. He did not expect that his loud voice was heard until it came out.
Oh, my God and what did he say? Door vibrating? Ugh, Lydia must warn Reino not to do it behind the door again. Especially that guy was always violent.
“Good God, Sir. How can I get out of the room like this,” cried Lydia at Reino on the phone.
“Ya. In the room all day and wait for me to come home from work, then we can repeat everything again.”
“DO NOT GO CRAZY.”
“You are crazy. Do you want to make me deaf?” hardik Reino is pretty hard.
“I want to go home. I want to go home today too. Point,” shouted Lydia before hanging up her phone.
“Oh, Lord” muttered Lydia called the name of God somehow for how many times this morning.
Fatigued Lydia broke her break because of Clarissa's sentence. All morning she kept pacing around in the room with a reddened and hot face. It feels like the air conditioning in the room is not working at all.
“I'm really going home,” says Lydia took her handbag.
That handbag was Reino's gift, but he didn't care. Lydia put her wallet and cell phone in. The most important thing now is to go home. He needs to get away from this house.
“Loh, Lydia? Where are you going, honey? Isn't today a holiday?”
Suddenly Clarissa appeared out of nowhere in neat clothes. It seemed like the middle-aged woman also wanted to come out.
“Anu, Mom... That's why I want to see a friend first. There's something we need to talk about,” lie Lydia's a little nervous.
“Eh, but the place is far away. Mama could be late.”
Lydia called it a place she had been with her friends. The place is quite far away and opposite the direction of Lydia's house, but unfortunately Clarissa also wants to go there. Inevitably Lydia was forced to go with her fake mother-in-law.
“What's the matter, Lyd? How come you seem so nervous?” clarissa asked him about a half-travel to Lydia's destination.
“Times anyway, Ma?” lydia did look a little nervous.
“You no longer want to meet your cheating, right?” clarissa asked with narrowed eyes.
“Asttroh. No, Ma. I am a loyal person. After all, where would anyone want to be with a woman like me?”
“What are you why? Reino just wants to be with you.”
“Pa... Reino is another, Ma. He is a.. unique.”.
Lydia almost slipped into calling Reino sir. Fortunately, he was able to put the brakes on his mouth in time. And thankfully Clarissa didn't seem to pay much attention.
“It's precisely because you're unique, dear. That's why there will be people who want to be with you. Reino is just one of them,” replies Clarissa with a fluffy smile.
“I'm surprised, Ma. Reino has a mother as good as Mama, but how does her son look so?”
“He looks like Papa Leon. Your father-in-law was also naughty.”
Lydia's eyes were round in disbelief. He sees Leon as a man who loves his family and is unlikely to be a bad boy. But who would have thought the nature of Reino was derived from his father.
And the conversation about father and son turned out to be quite pleasant. Lydia laughed loudly at it, forgetting her slight nervousness. But still do not forget the original purpose of getting out of the house.
Once at the destination and Clarissa's car is gone, Lydia immediately runs her online taxi app. Since earlier in the car, Lydia had already set the pickup point and just pressed the message. So Lydia didn't have to wait too long.
But there's one thing Lydia didn't notice. Apparently Clarissa's car hasn't really left the location. Instead the car instead moved to follow the online taxi that was ordered Lydia.
“Surely follow, Bu?” The driver on duty again questioned his superior's orders.
People's family affairs are not the business of the driver, but he felt the need to warn. There are things that should not be known.
“Follow it, Sir,” Clarissa's orders are absolute and should not be disputed.
Clarissa had accidentally seen her son-in-law open an online ojek application. For him it was a strange thing because obviously Lydia did not need it because it had been delivered. That's what made Clarissa suspicious and broke her promise this afternoon. He chose to follow Lydia.
Clarissa noticed the road her car was going through and tried to remember it. Who knows, there might be something he might have to investigate about his son-in-law. They don't know anything about Lydia. Leon and Clarissa only accept the fact that her son chose Lydia as his wife.
The two of them did not even ask why Reino married without parental assistance. Didn't ask about the reception that hasn't been held. They trust Reino 100 percent.
“The car stops in front, Mom,” pack driver tells Clarissa.
Clarissa immediately got out of the car, when she saw that Lydia had entered one of the houses. Curious, Clarissa approached and watched the house. Then he saw a man come out of there.
