“Lydia,” Bu Nia called in an anxious voice.
“Ya, Ma?” Lydia approached her manager's desk as a form of courtesy. Ms. Nia and the Supervisor had their own desk and it made Lydia need to walk to a corner of the room that was sealed with glass.
“Tax calculation for last month is done?” Asked Bu Nia with a tired breath.
“Udah anyway, Bu.”
“Then so take it to Pak Reino now.”
“Eh?”
“Bring to Mr. Reino right now, Lydia,” reset Bu Nia still sounds tired.
“Oh, good Mom. Later I send by email,” Lydia replied still confused.
“Dibawakan Lydia,” growled Bu Nia began to be upset to have to repeat up to 3 times.
“Pak Reino to hardcopy. And just take it don't ask much,” hardik Bu Nia looks impatient.
Unable to fight anymore, Lydia only agreed with a confused look. Even Kiara and Revan looked at him in surprise. Something is clearly not right here. How could an ordinary employee like him, instead be asked to deliver a report to Reino?
But come to think of it, surely the report was just pinned to the secretary of the insanity. Yep. It must be like that.
“Sorry, how?” lydia asks Reino's annoying and pretentious secretary.
“Pak Reino tell you to go directly in yourself to account your report,” hardiknya with bulging eyes.
“It just doesn't matter anyway? Wonder how can work here, do not-do use insiders again.”
That unclouded grunt made Lydia growl in silence. It was only because he could not confront the female insignificance in front of him. The Polar Bear will know and could get Lydia fired. Si Centil it is ‘guling’ beloved boss.
“Log.”
The hoarse-sounding baritone voice jolted Lydia from her reverie. Or more precisely from his activities swearing Si Centil Sucks in the heart.
“Excuse me, Sir. Financial parts su..”
“Tell him in and you're out,” Reino immediately cut off his secretary's awkward sentence.
Hearing that, secretary Reino hardened her jaw and glanced at Lydia with a dislike look. He didn't like it when his boss was alone with the woman in the room.
“Didn't you hear me, Thalita?” reino asked without looking at her secretary, but she was obviously angry.
Lydia could feel that Reino was angry, as well as Thalita. Making the scantily dressed woman immediately come out with a sullen face, while Lydia was already feeling anxious. He did not know what was wrong, but this state of affairs was not favorable to him.
“Excuse me, Sir. Here's the report.”
Fearfully, Lydia placed her report on the table. Afterwards he stood some distance away from Reino's desk, waiting for his report to be seen. Or maybe it should be read. While Mr. CEO is still busy with his files.
Well actually the signing of some documents and agreements is all digital. But there are some people who still like to use the old way, especially the parents.
“If you are still busy, I may be able to come back later.” Long enough not to get a response from Reino, Lydia intends to leave.
“Who let you go?” reino asked without taking her eyes off the documents she had to sign, just before Lydia opened the door.
“Sorry, Sir. I think you're busy.”
Inevitably, Lydia returned to her original position. And because there was no work, he turned to look at Reino who was working. It was one of the fun things for Lydia.
It is undeniable, the man who still looks tall even though he is sitting, is indeed very handsome. The combination of European and Asian faces on his face feels very fitting.
Reino's firm jaw makes him look masculine. And what Lydia liked the most was the color of her eyes, a clear blue that was very pretty. Coupled with lashes, making Lydia crowned Reino eyes as a whole as the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen.
But there's one problem. Although at home to look at the face of the handsome nun Reino Andersen, does not mean he was able to stand all this time. It's been almost an hour and the damn Polar Bear hasn't seen the report at all. There was no more file he had to sign.
“Sorry, Sir. Can I go back already? Coincidentally my work has not been completed,” Lydia ventured to ask.
“Oh. You still here?” Reino retaliated with another plea with his innocent face. And that made Lydia open her mouth.
'Excuse me? You told me to wait and forget about me? You think standing on high heels is not tired?' lydia's growling in the heart.
Yep. Only in the heart. Lydia had not been brave enough to bully her own superiors. He still loves his job. Or rather need a job. Especially since Reino had already taken his report.
“Ya, already. Just stay here first. Later I'll see again, you can go back to your place.”
Lydia rounded her eyes when she heard that. After being seen on just the first two pages, he had already been expelled? Then why was he told to wait?
“Good, Sir.” Lydia could do nothing but smile with extreme force, then walked out of the room.
As soon as the door closed, Lydia immediately closed her eyes to catch her breath and unstable emotions. But after she opened her eyes, Lydia was instead greeted with a piercing gaze from Thalita the secretary Centil nun sucks.
“There is a problem with your eyes?” lydia asked curiously as she walked with a slight limp. Too long standing without moving makes his legs slightly cramp.
“What's wrong with you? Why so long?” bu Nia asked immediately stood up from her chair when she saw Lydia coming with a lethargic face.
“Let me sit down first, Mom. My feet ache.”
“You achy leg? What are you doing until your feet ache?” kiara asked with round eyes.
“Please don't think strangely.” Lydia raised her hand towards Kiara.
“I was only told to stand for an hour there, without doing anything,” continued Lydia with great emphasis. He doesn't want anyone to misunderstand.
“Stand alone?” ask Revan a little doubt.
“Yes. He was busy and asked me to wait, but apparently Mr. Reino forgot about me so busy. Or maybe I was too skinny until she didn't see me standing in front of her desk,” explains Lydia in more detail.
Lydia didn't know what the fucking Polar Bear meant, but because of her some people already thought a no-no. Especially since the reputation of the man was indeed very ugly.
“I'll emphasize once again. I just stood motionless with heels 7 inches,” Lydia again stressed before anyone asked and it seemed like they were not thinking strange anymore.
Well, although others will think strangely, but at least his fellow roommate does not. And that was enough for him.
Lydia had just returned from filling her gradient tumbler, when her phone vibrated and displayed a pop up screen. Someone unknown sent him a message.
[+628xxxxxx: Accept my offer and you won't have to stand for hours like that.]
Lydia knew instantly who and what the sender of the message meant. It was Reino.
