Anna's presence at Rafael's house, in fact, makes the woman closer to Alfaro. Although the woman was always busy with her plans and dreams to marry Rafael, but coincidentally she was getting closer to Alfaro.

Alisha was feeding the fish in the pond behind the house. He gets bored if he sleeps in bed. The ornamental fish that fight for food is a separate entertainment for Alisha.
At first he was fine, but suddenly his stomach ached. Again the cramps in his stomach relapsed and made the woman more tormented. Alisha ends up calling Ria because her husband did not answer her call.
Waiting for Ria to come, Alisha could not take it anymore. Cold sweat began to wet his forehead. Alisha could not walk. Slowly, the leg of the ladder was dragged up to the gazebo so that he could sit while waiting for the arrival of his secretary.
The pain in his stomach increasingly felt, out of nowhere the servants who used to go through cleaning the house. Suddenly, Shana passed by while carrying crop scissors. It seemed that the fifty-year-old woman was about to pick a flower not far from Alisha's place.
“Ma, help me, Ma. My stomach hurts so much,” complained Alisha while holding her stomach that felt very painful.
“Mama, please, Ma. Pain.” Alisha tried to hold her stomach which was getting more and more painful. It felt like someone was scratching his stomach with a sharp knife.
She ignored Alisha. Although the voice of his son-in-law sounded weak, but Shana still did not care. He was busy picking the blooming rose. Then, he walked back into the house, as if Alisha was not there. He became apathetic because of his dislike. In fact, the fetus that Alisha conceived was her grandson as well.
“At least please call someone for me, Ma.” Alisha's voice grew weaker. But Shana passed. Poor Alisha can only hope that Ria will come soon and take her to the hospital.

Alisha was rushed to the hospital unconscious. His legs were covered in a lot of blood which made Ria very worried when she found him.
Rafael runs from the car all the way to the IGD. Seeing his wife still unconscious, Rafael felt his legs very limp. He approached his wife and sat helplessly.
“Master. We have to deliver this sad news.” The doctor standing behind Rafael spoke up.
Rafael did not respond at all. His eyes were red and his hands were clenched. Looking at his wife's face, Rafael was able to conclude that Alisha must have felt excruciating pain before collapsing.
“Sorry Sir, we can't save Madam's pregnancy, because when she arrived at the hospital, her fetus was already out.”
I'm late, Al. Ii'm sorry. Forgive your useless father, son.
Rafael rests his head beside Alisha's stomach. Disappointment and loss make it look very fragile. He was very much looking forward to the presence of the boy. Will Alisha sue for divorce because she failed to protect her child?
