Alisha is shocked to hear that Anna and Alfaro have been in a terrible accident and are currently struggling to survive. His tears just fell when he saw the little baby placed on the special bed was writhing and crying.
Alisha's instincts as a mother made her forcefully wake up and want to hug the baby. Her hands were outstretched and the nurse swiftly moved Anna's baby into Alisha's arms.
“Darling, you must be afraid yes, don't cry. I'm your mommy too, honey.” Alisha swiped the baby, who was then silent after hearing the sound of Alisha's heartbeat. Perhaps, she thought it was the sound of her mother's heartbeat while she was in Anna's womb.
“Great boy, this is Daddy El. You do not fear yes, Mommy same daddy will take care of you until mommy Anna and Daddy Al healed.” Rafael rubbed Anna's head.
“Mama scared Al and Anna why-why. What if they don't survive?” Mama Shana hugs Alisha and spills her biggest fear after finding out her son and daughter-in-law had an accident.
“They will be fine, Ma. Papa has brought doctors and equipment from Singapore, they must be helped.” Papa Arya who also came with Mama Shana also rubbed his wife's back.
Everyone is sad at the moment, even though Alisha and Anna have just given birth to handsome babies who should be welcomed happily. However, that happiness eroded with the sadness they felt while waiting for Anna and Alfaro's consciousness.
Rafael promised to take care of his brother's son very much as they promised. Alisha also taught her sister-in-law's baby to look for food sources in her chest. Although the milk has not come out smoothly, at least the baby can learn to drink breast milk.
A few moments passed, baby Alisha was already taken into her room. Alisha alternately sues her baby and Anna's baby. Although the situation is very chaotic, but for the sake of two babies who really need it, Alisha tries to control her emotions and thoughts.
“Darling, you are the same mama aja nothing yes, I am the same Papa want to wait in front of the operating room hopefully the operation will be finished soon.” Rafael hugs Alisha who has just finished feeding the two babies who are now asleep in their beds.
“Iya, Mas. Quickly notify if there is anything,” said Alisha.
Rafael and Papa Arya wait anxiously for Alfaro and Anna's ongoing surgery. The doctor they brought from Singapore has also arrived.
Suddenly the door of the operating room opened, the doctor came out and said that Alfaro had finished the operation, currently they were waiting for the man to pass his critical period and Alfaro would be taken to the ICU room for observation.
“Now we still have to wait for Anna. But, according to Papa is this accident intentional?” rafael muttered as he glanced at the watch in his hand. Anna's parents will probably arrive in a few hours.
“Papa has already sent people to investigate this. If it was intentional, who would do it? It's impossible if the affair in-laws. Or from our business rivals?”

Alfaro and Anna are currently in the ICU room for close supervision after undergoing a very risky operation. Mommy Anna cries outside the ICU room as doctors restrict visits. There was daddy Anna who was just as sad.
“What is this punishment for all daddy's faults, Anna. Why don't daddy suffer. Why should you?” daddy Anna asked while wiping away her tears.
“This was purely an accident, the driver was indeed sleepy because he was forcing work for his son,” said Papa Arya.
Daddy Anna felt more and more guilty, for feeling this calamity was the punishment for all her sins.
While in Alisha's room, Rafael was watching two babies who were fast asleep after getting ASI. They are like twins because they were born at about the same time. Anna gives birth first, and Alisha gives birth ten minutes later.
“Al, why is our child so handsome and adorable?” rafael asked as he looked at the face of his son who was much more handsome than him.
“Which do you think he looks like, Mas?” Alisha asked back. She noticed her husband's expression that looked sad. He knew that the man must be thinking about the baby Anna who was next to his son.
“It looks like me, Al. What if he's big, will he mock me because he's better looking than me?”
