Anna and Alfaro are done with the product launch business. They are preparing to go to the hospital to see Alisha's condition. Before that, they made a video call to let them know they were going to the hospital.
“Al, you want the lahiran to look really beautiful,” praise Anna when you see the face of Alisha who is holding back pain.

“Or maybe as pretty as Alisha,” says Anna. They both loved her sisters very much and hoped that her birth could be smooth and would soon hold their nephew, even though Anna herself was also approaching the time of giving birth.
When he almost reached the hospital, suddenly a car from the opposite direction was seen and quickly hit Alfaro's car without being able to dodge. Their car overturned, and both were unconscious.
Moments later, Anna and Alfaro are rushed to the hospital and the medics immediately recognize Alfaro who is the first son of the hospital owner. A nurse alerted Rafael about his sister's condition.
The man who was waiting for his wife to give birth saw firsthand the situation of Alfaro and Anna were very severe. Their injuries appear to be very serious and doctors are contacting several other doctors for their surgery.
“We have to quickly save Lady Anna's life, but we have to get the baby out first, sir. And it is likely that only one survived,” said an ER doctor who accompanied Rafael to see the state of his brother.
“Do it quickly! Do not wait much, do not need procedures, you do not understand who they are!” rafael shouted arrogantly. His head was almost broken when he heard that his brother had an accident. “You are not God who can take lives, save both. Whatever happens!”
I hope it's just a nightmare, Brother Al, Anna, come to your senses.
“Good, Mr.” The doctor and everyone there were terrified by Rafael's loud voice.
Rafael returned to Alisha's room in a frenzy. He whispered to his mother and finally Rafael accompanied his wife to the cold room. Mama Shana waited with a very chaotic feeling. Her three children were struggling to live in different rooms, and it was a very heavy blow.
“Hold my hand yes, Al. Don't take it off one bit. I'm here for you,” said Rafael as he kissed Alisha on the forehead. He was very scared and chaotic at the thought of the calamity that suddenly came to his family.
“Why are you, Mas? Why worry so much, you're scared?” ask Alisha who can read the panic on her husband's face.
“Nothing, Al. Naturally, you ‘kan are fighting for our child. Just imagine after this we will meet with him,” replied Rafael. He did not want his wife to feel worried and depressed if he knew what was really going on.
Alisha smiled even though she felt something was off.

Moments passed, Alisha finally gave birth to a healthy baby, and Rafael's cries suddenly broke when he saw her son's handsome face looking for a source of food in Alisha's chest.
A little while later, Alisha was able to be moved to the treatment room. He still had not been informed of Anna and Alfaro's true state.
Until after being moved in the VVIP room, suddenly Mama Syana came with a nurse who brought a baby.
“Loh, really fast, Ma brought it.”
Alisha thought it was her own baby.
“This is her son Anna and Alfaro, Al.” Mama Shana could no longer hold back her tears. The tears just fell when I said it.
“Anna and Alfaro are still in surgery, and doctors managed to save the baby. Allow him to be here, so he doesn't feel lonely.” Mama Shana looked at her sleeping granddaughter after a long struggle to be born.
