Crossing the Darkness Towards Happiness
CHAPTER 16
Sagara and Lea approached, their expressions filled with worry.
"Rayno, healing does take time and we're going through this together. You don't have to face your pain alone continuously, rely on your family."
sagara said softly, her voice reflecting her sincerity as she looked at Rayno.
Rayno nodded in understanding, her fingers intertwined with Lea's fingers. Lea held Rayno's hand.
"Our rays are here for you, always. If there's anything we can do to support you let us know and I'm among the others will continue to support whatever happens, you understand little brother"
Rayno's lips curled up to form a small smile. She is reminded once again of her family's support, Rayno forgets that she always has a family that will continue to be by her side.
Evan and Eros approached Rayno with tears in their eyes, and when they got near Rayno, they both embraced him affectionately.
"You should always remember that you're not alone here Brother Ray, we'll always be together as a family."
Rayno buried her face in Eros' shoulder, feeling a mixture of emotions, pain, vulnerability, but also hope to recover from this pain.
At a time surrounded by love and understanding, Rayno lets herself let go of her burden and finds solace in the warmth of the arms of her twin brothers.
The other family embraced Rayno affectionately, smiling in each other's arms.
As the Mahavir family hugged, suddenly the mansion door opened loudly and the panicked sound of someone screaming sounded.
"Rayno! Rayno´s.. You okay what?!"
William screams worriedly while walking quickly to Rayno, William's eyes look all over Rayno's body to look for wounds on his sister's body.
William was at the Hospital doing his job as usual, then suddenly Sagara called him and told him that Rayno was injured.
After William heard that he immediately rushed home because he was too worried about what happened to Rayno.
Rayno's eyes widened in shock as she saw William rushing towards her with worry etched on William's face.
Rayno quickly reassures her brother, holding William's hand.
"Sister Liam calm down, I'm fine. Not that bad. Father and Mother had treated me earlier" explained Rayno, trying to calm her worried brother.
William heaved a sigh of relief and pulled Rayno into a tight embrace.
"Thank God. I was so worried when I heard what happened. What's going on, Ray? Can you tell me?"
Rayno looked at her family, thanks in her eyes. Rayno looked back at William.
"I went back through a trauma that I thought I had healed and I couldn't handle it back then, until I hurt myself again. But Dad was there for me. Dad found me in time and took me home."
William who heard it immediately slowly held Rayno's hand wrapped in bandages, with William's heart examining Rayno's hand.
When William finished examining Rayno's hand, William hugged Rayno while stroking her back.
"I'm glad you're okay, I was so worried when Sagara called me that you were hurt. I can't stand the thought of something happening to you."
Naira approached them, her eyes still glazed over from the previous incident. He placed a comfortable hand on William's shoulder.
"Thank you for coming home so soon William. Sorry to make you so hasty to come here, you weren't hurt when you got here? "
William nodded, his voice affectionate as he looked at his mother.
"Of course Bun, Family is the main thing for me, no matter what happens I will always try to prioritize family first and you don't have to worry, I'm not hurt at all."
William's face softened as he looked at Rayno back. "Sorry Rayno. I should have been here for you when you got hurt. I'm sorry."
Rayno reached out and held William's hand, her voice understanding.
"There's no need to apologize, Liam. I know you have your responsibilities at the hospital. I'm so grateful for your concern and concern for me"
Rayno smiled sweetly at William, whom William instantly ruffled Rayno's hair with anxiety at the sight of his sister.
"I'll check your hands again later, Daddy and Mommy are doing good first aid until Rayno's wounds get better"
William looked at Jace and Naira who were smiling, then they approached William and hugged William.
"Of course, Father and Mother will always have to be ready to be on standby so that the children of the Father and Mother are not injured"
Jace chuckled after letting go of her hug on William, then Jace looked at his children one by one.
"Come, let's give Daddy and Mommy a hug" Jace spread his arms waiting for the hug of his son.
Naira laughs at Jace's behavior and Naira also stretches her hands to welcome their child's embrace.
Sagara, Lea, William, Rayno, Evan and Eros immediately hugged their parents tightly while laughing together. They all enjoyed each of these precious moments and look forward to continuing.
A warm embrace filled the room with love and laughter. After a while, they slowly released their hugs, their smiles clinging to their faces.
By nightfall, the delicious aroma of dinner fills the air, prepared by Naira and Lea with love and care. Families gather around the dining table.
Lea serves a steaming plate of hot food, while Naira makes sure everyone has their own favorite dish.
Conversations flow easily as they share stories from their day
Evan smiled happily as he recalled something, unable to contain his excitement Evan spoke enthusiastically.
"I made a new song at school today and I can't wait to perform it for all of you later."
Eros smiled at the enthusiasm of his twin brother. "I'm also working on a new painting, still not finished but I'll make sure I show you guys."
Both twins have different hobbies, Evan who really likes to make songs and sing always makes songs whether it's about all the contents of his heart that he craved or things that he had experienced.
While Eros likes all things about art such as painting and making calligraphy, but what Eros likes most is painting because by painting Eros can spill all his emotions into his paintings.
Mahavir's family chuckles at seeing the two twin brothers who are very happy, they are also happy to see the two brothers are very fond of their respective hobbies.
