Chapters 14. The pride of Daniel

Sarah immediately runs away from the mansion grounds to look for Edward's whereabouts. Surely after Daniel's car left that thing. There is a sense of regret and lack of calculation from Sarah. He's sorry now.

"Where is Edward?"

"Maybe in her room, miss," replied the maid.

Soon maybe Sarah's up. He no longer cared about the prohibition not to enter his room. Although Sarah doesn't know, there's a secret behind that door. He tried to break through.

Without knocking on the door, Sarah opened the door. Edward was surprised and saw Sarah looking at the whole room.

"Gram!" Edward's anger was there. A split second later, Sarah fainted.

Finally, Edward took Sarah to his room. He took Sarah and put her in bed. He took off the shoes Sarah was wearing and went down for a while.

"Can you get me some oil or whatever? Or compressing material?"

"Sorry, Sir. What's up?" Maid looks confused.

"Sarah passed out and I need to make her aware now."

The maid moved quickly. Do not take water and cloth to compress, but essential oils.

"What's this for?" Edward was suddenly confused.

"Just get Miss Sarah up slowly, sir. After that, this essential oil will work. While I'm gonna make you a sweet drink. Go, Master! In a few minutes I'll catch up."

It seems like the maid was very experienced. Edward immediately went to Sarah's room and found out he was conscious while holding his temple.

"Thank God, you finally came to your senses, too. Do you want to smell this oil? This maid word is good for your current condition and–"

"What do you mean, Edward?" ask Sarah.

"For now, please act like my sister. The maid will be coming soon. We'll talk after he gets back."

It's true, a few minutes later maid deliver a sweet drink. It was for Sarah to get her body condition back in shape.

"It can be drunk right away, sir. I'm sorry."

After the door closed, Edward picked up the glass and helped Sarah drink it. Half a glass was drunk by Sarah.

"Enough, Edward," said Sarah softly. "Can you explain all that?"

"I love Catherine for who she is, Sarah. Sorry, that's one of the reasons I didn't let you into the room. It's been a long time since I've framed Catherine's picture. Ever since I loved her until before you changed everything. I admit your decision was right, but I also blame myself for not being able to prevent it. I should have–"

"Don't say anything, Edward! Whatever my condition, please accept it. I thank you for making all my dreams come true, but can you assume Catherine is gone? He's just my dark time, Edward. Please!"

Sarah then told me everything. The decision and his plan to frame Daniel and take over his company in an instant. Surely it will take the house that Helena is currently occupying. Everything until it is not left.

"You serious, Sarah? This idea is too risky. Why don't you negotiate with me first?" Edward deplores.

"Thank you, dear."

"Together." Edward nodded then walked out of the room.

Meanwhile, Daniel returns home feeling flowery. It seems easier than imagined. She will soon be Sarah Victoria's husband and Edward Harrison's sister-in-law. Good luck, isn't it? Very exciting!

"Mama! Mama! Where are you?" Daniel's screams echoed throughout the house.

Helena just came out of the bathroom to wash her face. Yeah, he just woke up. It was still noon by late afternoon, but Daniel's noisy voice made Helena have to come down immediately.

An unusual stir and his name was still shouted repeatedly, until Daniel stopped when he saw Helena.

"What's wrong?" ask Helena.

"Guess what news did I bring?"

Helena shook her head. "Where do you know, Daniel."

"Sarah accepts me, Mam! He agreed to have a relationship with me! Mama knows, why? It turned out that she also had the same feelings as me!"

The treasure, the throne, and the woman who became the highest position for Helena. He looked much happier than Daniel had imagined. He also doesn't suspect anything about who Sarah is. Whatever it has to do with Edward, the important thing is Daniel will be part of that rich businessman.

"Wow, this is awesome, honey! Mama is proud of you and soon you will be the most important part of Edward. You'll fill newspapers, electronic media, and all the reporters will praise you, baby! Congratulations!" Helena could not prevent this happiness from perching in her family. She immediately congratulated him through a warm embrace for Daniel.

"Thank you, Mama."

"Then, when are you getting engaged? Mama didn't want to linger waiting for that precious announcement."

Not in vain Daniel's decision to release Brenda. Moreover Sarah is trying to make sure that Daniel really does not have any relationship with the woman. Sarah will accept it.

"Waiting for Edward's decision, Mom. I think my decision to end my relationship with Brenda resulted in something extraordinary. Once I become a part of Edward Harrison, my company will grow. Everyone not only looked at Edward, but would look at me as well."
