Of the fifty participants, in this clear fruiting cooking competition will be filtered and taken thirty participants.


In this clear fruiting category, Cinta cooks a menu of clear Vegetables ala Cinta.

"Alright, here is a clear vegetable recipe of Moringa leaves ala Cinta..!"


Ingredients ;


 4 servings


1 bowl of moringa leaves, choose the young


1 Sweet corn


1.8 Liters of water


Seasoning:


2 cloves of garlic


1 finger fastening/key meeting


2 lbr bay leaf


1/2 tsp each2 sugar, salt and seasoning flavoring


Steps


Moringa leaf pick and corn pipil


Smooth or thinly slice seasoning2


Boil the water, put the seasoning2, bay leaves and sweet corn smp ripe corn/plump, about 5 min


Insert the moringa leaves, stir and wither the leaves, about 3 minutes. Add sugar, salt and flavoring when necessary

Ingredients ;


1 Medium size tempe board which is still new


½ shredded coconut grains


50 Grams of anchovies are brewed with hot water


3 tablespoons lamtoro or chinese petai


1 teaspoon of salt


1 teaspoon of combed Javanese sugar


3 tablespoons of instant coconut milk


10 pieces of cayenne pepper


5 leaves of greeting


Enough banana leaves


Toothpick enough


Mashed seasoning


6 red onion cloves


3 cloves of garlic


4 pieces of curly red chili


2 cm galangal


3 grains of candlenut roasted


3 cm fast


3 cm turmeric

How to make botok mlanding


After all the above ingredients and spices are prepared, you can immediately practice the botok mlanding recipe with the following steps.


Clean the anchovies under running water. Set aside.


Prepare a steam pan, then steam tempeh for about 10 minutes. Lift and crush rough. Set aside.


Next, take a container/basin and put in it grated coconut, fine spices, salt, and Javanese sugar. Stir evenly.


After that, add the crushed tempeh, anchovies, and chinese petai/mlanding. Stir again evenly. You can taste a little mlanding botok dough to correct the taste.


Prepare two stacked banana leaves. Then, take about two tablespoons of botok dough and place it on a banana leaf. Add a sheet of bay leaves and two whole cayenne pepper pieces on top of the dough. Wrap the dough with banana leaves to form a tum, then paste the toothpick in the middle of the leaf so that the package does not come off.


Do this until all the dough is gone. After that, prepare the steamer pan and arrange the botok packaging into it. Steamed the botok about 25 minutes to maturity.


After cooking, turn off the stove and open the lid of the steam pan so that the water vapor comes out. Prepare serving plates for plating. Take a packet of mlanding botok that has been opened package, then put it on a plate. Do not forget to prepare warm rice when you want to eat it.

This time Cinta makes processed seafood, namely Fried squid ala Cinta.


Here is the recipe :



Material:


- 300 gr squid.


- 2 cloves of garlic.


- 2 cm ginger.


- salt.


- pepper.


Coating material:


1 Egg.


- 5 tbsp versatile flour.


- 1 tbsp maizena.


How to make:


- Wash the squid thoroughly and cut into pieces.


- puree garlic and ginger and then apply to squid, add salt and pepper and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.


- Dip the squid into the egg whisk and then roll it into the flour.


- Fry with hot oil to brown.


- Recommended do not fry too long.


- Serve.
