CHEF LOVE
Winning the Race
The lombok squid ijo.
Material:
- 4 medium size squid
- 1 lime
- 1 handful or more of green chili
2 Pieces of green tomatoes
- 5 pieces of curly red chili
- 5 red cayenne pepper
- 10 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 section of galangal
- 1 sheet of bay leaves
- 5 leaves of orange
a little water
- Salt, pepper, flavoring to taste
How to make:
Clean the squid, can be cut or whole, wash it thoroughly then give a squeeze of lime and salt. Leave 10-15minutes. Rinse back with water.
Slices all chili, tomato, onion, and galangal.
Heat the oil as necessary, stir-fry all the ingredients of the slices, insert the bay leaves and orange leaves.
Put the squid in, give a little water. Cook until the ingredients are all cooked, add salt, pepper, and flavoring. Cook until the squid meat is tender and tender. Taste the squid meat and taste.
Serve.
Vegetable lombok tofu meatball.
Material:
- 100 gr of curly green chili, thin-thin slices
- 10 pieces of meatball tofu, cut into pieces
- 1 pack of instant kara coconut milk
Fine seasoning:
- 8 red onion cloves

Cemplung seasoning:
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 2 leaves of greeting
- 2 cm laos bushes
- Salt and flavoring to taste
How to make:
Saute the seasoning until cooked.
Enter green chili, bay leaves, laos and brown sugar. Cook until the green chili is half withered.
Put tofu meatballs, add enough water.
Cook until the water boils, then add the kara coconut milk.
Cook with a small fire until the coconut milk and seasonings are cooked perfectly. Taste correction.
Serve.
Gulai tahu tempe lombok.
Material:
- 1/2 tempe board
- 15 pieces of green curly chili, sliced conch
- 1 ounce of meat
- 3 leaves of greeting
- Thick coconut milk of 1/2 coconut
Fine seasoning:
- 10 pieces of curly chili
- 5 red onions
- 1 segment of turmeric
- 3 pieces of candlenut
How to make:
Boil the tether until soft.
Cut tofu and tempeh. Fried tofu 1/2 ripe to keep the tofu soft.
Saute the delicate seasoning and bay leaves until ripe and fragrant.
Enter the tetelan, tofu, tempeh and green chili. Add salt, sugar, mushroom broth and water to taste.

Enter coconut milk. Cook until boiling while continuing to stir so as not to break the coconut milk.
