How to make a submarine pempek Palembang:
Smoothen the fish with a food processor.

How to make a Palembang lanjer pempek:
Pempek: Dissolve wheat flour with water, until it becomes a thick and slippery dough. Put flour porridge in a pot, cook while continuing to stir until it becomes a thick porridge. Lift, chill.
Mix the fish meat with flour porridge, and salt, knead the dough until it is salty. Add the starch little by little, stir by hand until flat. Divide the dough into 6-8 equal parts.

Adaan Pempek
Material:

4 garlic cloves (mashed)

How to make a pempek Palembang adaan:
