Ingredients:

- 200 gr glutinous rice
- 1200 ltr of coconut milk

1 Lbr pandan leaves
4 Lbr bay leaves
- 2 btg of lemongrass
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice.
How to make tumpeng:
Wash and mix the rice and glutinous rice, steamed until cooked.
Mix turmeric and coconut milk, strain and remove turmeric dregs.
Cook with bay leaves, pandan and lemongrass.
Add salt, stir well.
Put the rice into the coconut milk, stir and cook until the coconut milk shrinks.
Steamed aron rice for 20 minutes, lift.
Print in tumpeng mold, tie with banana leaves. Decorate around the tumpeng with side dishes.

Red tumpeng rice ingredients:
- 300 gr of rice
- 100 gr glutinous rice

1 Kg of fried chicken
- 9 potato wedges
6 Eggs of Balado

How to make tumpeng:
Soak glutinous rice for 6 hours.
For brown rice, tomato blender, peppers and a little water, strain. Then mix it on glutinous rice.

Do the same with the ingredients for white rice.

Ingredients:
- 300 gr of rice
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 3 pieces of orange leaves

- 1 lemongrass rod
400 ML of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
How to make yellow rice:
Wash the rice until clean. Soak overnight.
Put the rice into magiccom or nanak as usual. Add coconut milk, salt, water, bay leaves, orange leaves, lemongrass, pandan leaves, and coriander.
If it is ripe, stir the rice. Take out bay leaves, orange leaves, pandan leaves, and lemongrass. Close it back for a few moments.

*) Orek tempeh
Ingredients:
- 1 tempe board, cut matches
- 1 red chili, thin slices
- 1 piece of green chili, thin slices
- 1 segment of galangal, spreading
- 1 sheet of bay leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 red onion cloves
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, puree
- 1/2 tsp smooth pepper
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- enough oil
How to make:
Fry tempeh until slightly dry, drain.
Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, add all the chili, bay leaves and galangal. Saute until the seasoning is cooked.
Enter the fried tempeh, pour soy sauce and salt to taste. Stir well, pour a little water if it is too dry.
