Chapter 42
"Thank you" said Dae Ryung, receiving a vitamin from Lidya's hand.
After giving the vitamins to Dae Ryung, Lidya left the sink. While Dae Ryung, after putting vitamins in his mouth he went to the dining table.
"Sorry for the disturbance, please continue eating" Dae Ryung apologized and immediately sat back in his chair.
Dae Ryung glanced at the chair that had been at Lidya's place that was currently empty uninhabited.
Where's she?
Dae Ryung asked in his heart.
After finishing eating Dae Ryung immediately look for Lidya. First he looks for Lidya in his room.
Geck... Geck... Geck...
Dae Ryung knocks on Lidya's room door. After doing so several times and remaining unsolicited, Dae Ryung ventured to open the door.
Sepi, like uninhabited. That's the mood of the room at the moment.
"Gosh, where's the girl? I wanted to ask you about the vitamins. But now he's gone" grumbled Dae Ryung.
Dae Ryung goes to the rooftop of the building in search of fresh air. What he used to do at night. But he only does it when he has free time.
Dae Ryung notices a girl sitting on a fence as her feet set the first step on the rooftop.
Dae Ryung approached the girl slowly. After arriving beside the girl, Dae Ryung glanced at her face at a glance.
"It turns out you, I've been looking for you in your room but nothing" said Dae Ryung, staring straight ahead.
"Aren't you afraid that someone will push you and end up with your death?" Ask Dae Ryung.
Lidya just silently did not respond and glanced at Dae Ryung in the slightest.
"Hey, Miss. Do you have a mouth to speak?" Ask Dae Ryung who did not get any answers from Lidya.
"Oh yeah, I was looking for you to ask about that vitamin. When I was a kid, I saw my dad was keeping a box like you had. But Dad never told me what the box was and my mom didn't know what it was. But Mom and Dad always forbid me to eat mushrooms and some other food. Because we have allergies to that food. Starting from my great-great-grandfather, having an allergy to that food and continued with me until now. My father also has a mildew allergy" explains Dae Ryung.
"Oh yeah?" Lidya begins to be enthusiastic about Dae Ryung's talk.
Dae Ryung nodded.
"But now my mother is sick" said Dae Ryung.
"What pain?" Ask Lidya.
"Mother is depressed" replied Dae Ryung.
"Because?" Ask Lidya.
"I used to have a little sister. But my brother died drowning in the river. From that moment on, she started to get depressed. Dad and I don't know how to help Mom. There have been many doctors who treat Mother, but none of them succeeded. I was so sad to see Mom. Moreover, he has been sick for 21 years," explained Dae Ryung.
It turns out that I'm not the only one who's depressed because of someone's death. There are a lot of people out there who are worse off than me because of depression.

"What's wrong?" Dae Ryung asks when he sees Lidya daydreaming when he hears her answer about the reason for her mother's depression.
