"Cancel the booking, I'll take you home" Kelvin said.
According to Lidya, he canceled his booking and waited for Kelvin who was taking the car keys outside near Kelvin's car.
It's like this again, surely the man will be angry. I don't know why lately he's always scolding what I'm doing. He used to be a bodo I lived or died. And now he's always mad when I don't hear back and humiliate him. Fucking shit.
Lidya grouse in the heart.
It wasn't long for Kelvin to come and they got straight into Kelvin's car.

Lidya stared out from the windshield.
It was a dark night with the moon and stars. The streets are crowded with two and four-wheeled vehicles.
Not long after they reached the Lidya house.
"Are you not feeling sick anymore?" Kelvin asked as he looked into Lidya's eyes
"I'm fine" replied Lidya as she opened the car door.
"Then I go, yes" said Kelvin.
Lidya nodded.
After Kelvin's car is no longer visible, Lidya enters the house.
"That's Lidya, Dad" Lidya's stepmother said upon seeing Lidya's arrival.
Looks like they've been waiting for Lidya's arrival since.
Lidya's father got up from his seat and walked over to Lidya.
"What do you want now?" Lidya asked with defiant eyes to her father.
"Where are you going, at this hour just came home? Your shirt truss wearing pajamas. Don't you do something rude out there? You're the same as your mother, same as a woman…"

Before Lidya's father finished his words, Lidya slapped his father.
"You and your wife are cheap. I'll never accept if you dare insult my Mother in front of me" Lidya said. Now his eyes showed the flames of anger.
"Lidya," Shaken Mother Lidya who was surprised by Lidya's attitude and said.
"What's? Do you think I'm a weak girl? I can't fight? Wrongfully. I am not a weak girl. If you are still insulting me, maybe I can tolerate your nature. But insulting someone cheap, even though he is cheap. Shameless. Thieves yell at a thief" said Lidya.
"Lidya," Lidya's father snapped at Lidya.
"Rafi," Lidya yelled back at her father with her father's name.
Lidya's father prepared to swing his hand to slap Lidya. But a hand restrains Lidya's father's movements.
"Don't be rude, sir" said the man who was none other than Kelvin.
"Son, Kelvin" said Lidya's father in shock.
"I-It's not like you see son. I can explain" said Lidya's father, who feared his name would get worse in front of Kelvin and his family.
"There's nothing to explain, sir. Everything is clear" Kelvin said, throwing Lidya's father's hand.
Kelvin pulls Lidya's hand out of the house and tells Lidya to get into his car.
Lidya. He got in the car.
After that Kelvin also enters and runs his car out of Lidya's yard.
"What's going on?" Kelvin asked Lidya who had just been quiet.
Lidya looked at her hand that slapped her father. The first slap Lidya gave. Lidya's whole life, that was the first slap she gave to her father. Although Lidya hates her father, but Lidya once loved the man very much. Deep down in Lidya's heart, he still loves his father.
"Lidya," call Kelvin.
"Hmm, uh,"
"Did your father always behave like that?" Ask Kelvin.
"Where will you take me?" Ask Lidya without answering Kelvin's question.
"That's not necessary" said Lidya.
Kelvin pulled the car over to stop.
"Lidya, I don't want your physical and mental breakdown because of your father and stepmother's attitude" Kelvin said.
"Don't over-regulate me" said Lidya.
"I didn't set you up. I just want what's best for you" Kelvin said.
"You don't have the right to govern me" Lidya said.
"Prepare yourself, next week we will get engaged" said Kelvin who surprised Lidya.
Kelvin knew Lidya would say that. So she had prepared and talked about the engagement to her parents
"Don't joke" said Lidya.
"I'm not kidding Lidya. I seriously. We're getting engaged next week" Kelvin said seriously.
"It was too fast" said Lidya.
"On your terms you don't forbid when we'll get engaged" Kelvin said.
Lidya. Lidya stared at the ring finger of her right hand which contained the ring of the lover's gift.
Does that mean I have to take this ring off?
Lidya asked inwardly.
Kelvin returned to running his car while glancing at Lidya who continued to pay attention to his hand.
"What's wrong with your hand?" Ask Kelvin.
Lidya just kept quiet without answering Kelvin's words. He was trying to convince his mind and heart to let go of the ring.
Lidya remembers the ring Kelvin bought for her as a sign of friendship. Kelvin bought two rings that had the initials of both of their names. The ring with the initials Kelvin's name is with Lidya. While the ring with the initials name Lidya is with Kelvin.
Both rings Kelvin bought with his own hard work. In order to buy the ring, Kelvin is willing to work part-time at a cafe.
Given Kelvin's efforts to buy the ring, how could Lidya be willing to remove the ring which means the same as he did not appreciate Kelvin's efforts.
"Whenever I get engaged I have to wear the ring you gave me?" Ask Lidya.
"Of course" Kelvin replied.
"Can't I wear the ring I want?" Ask Lidya.
"Can't" Kelvin replied.
Lidya just nodded in understanding while staring out the window.
Kelvin, did I just get here and have to wear this ring of your gift on my ring finger? Are we not meant to be united?
Lidya asked inwardly as she glanced at her ring.
Why do we have to meet if we finally have to split up? Why do we love each other when love cannot come together? My life is played with by destiny. Destiny always creates many obstacles in life. Can't I love one man for the rest of my life?
Lidya is back.
"Lidya," call Kelvin.
Lidya who was still drifting in her mind did not hear Kelvin's call.
"Lidya," call Kelvin again in a rather loud voice.
Lidya soon realized from her daydream heard Kelvin's voice quite loud.
"We have arrived" said Kelvin while opening his seatbealt. Lidya did the same thing as Kelvin. After that, they both got out of the car.
Lidya stared at the towering building upwards. This is what is called a skyscraper.

Lidya spoke in her heart when she realized what the building was in front of her.
