Behind All Changes

Behind All Changes
Chapter 32

Because it was raining heavily at this time, Kelvin who had understood a little of Lidya's nature immediately looked for him to the nearest park.

And sure enough, he saw Lidya sitting near a tree.

Even though it was raining, Kelvin could still see Lidya's tears coming down her cheeks. And he also felt sad about Lidya's situation.

As Kelvin sees Lidya closing her eyes, he begins to walk closer to Lidya.

Lali Kelvin carried Lidya's body into his car.

Lidya began to blink her eyes. Trying to adjust his vision to the light in the room.

Why am I here? Wasn't I in the park?

Lidya asked inwardly.

Lidya watched the room find out where she was now.

"Not foreign," muttered Lidya.

Lidya accidentally saw both of her hands that had now been smeared with ointment and her clothes had now changed.

Now that I know, I must be at her house.

Lidya spoke in heart.

The door of the room where Lidya opened, revealed the figure of a man who a few weeks ago had become Lidya's fiancee.

"Why am I here?" Ask Lidya.

Instead of answering, Kelvin instead walked up to the bed and after arriving near Lidya, Kelvin stretched out his hand which contained a plate of rice and side dishes.

Lidya. He received a plate that Kelvin offered.

"There's someone who told the library to Dean Uly. Worried about your situation, Dean Uly told me to go after you. Then I remembered that you like to play in the rain in the park, so I looked for you in the park" Kelvin explained.

"Worrying about my situation or even the race in a few days?" Lidya muttered with a cynical tone.

"Your situation" Kelvin replied.

Lidya's cynical smile was getting etched clear.

"In this world no one cares about strangers. Let alone strangers, family alone sometimes does not care. What about strangers?" Lidya asked.

Kelvin silence. He was busy staring at Lidya's face which displayed a cynical smile, but his eyes revealed sadness.

"You know, our lives are a game of fate. Sometimes destiny makes us lose and sorrow, but it can also give us happiness. Fate can give us disappointment, but he will also do something to treat that disappointment. Believe it or not, he'll give you a lot of painful tests and then give you back thousands of joys if you make it through that test" Kelvin said.

"By taking my Grandma too?" Tanya Lidya arrived.

Kelvin's frown indicates he doesn't understand Lidya's question.

"The surgery is just a few days away, but Grandma hasn't been able to donate. And the doctor said, if not immediately get a donor then... Grandma..," Lidya lowered her head and tried to hide the tears that had now flowed down her cheeks.

Kelvin hugged Lidya who was in a state of sadness, trying to give him peace.

"No need to cry, there are already some donors who want to donate their kidneys. And I'm sure one of their kidneys would be a good fit for Grandma. So you have to prepare yourself and Grandma for the operation. And as a result, we will leave it to the Almighty" Kelvin said.

"really?" Lidya asked as she raised her head.

Kelvin nodded.

"Thank you for all the help you've given me. Even if we don't know each other, you want to help me. Thank you," said Lidya sincerely.
