Chapter 2

For Dean Uly, Lidya's attitude like that was common. Because Lidya is known as an intelligent child but tends to be cold and indifferent.

The Lecturers who taught him were also very confused by Lidya's attitude. They used to visit Lidya High School. They asked what was the cause of Lidya's attitude that the High School might know. But the surprising answer they got. They said Lidya used to be a cheerful girl and always spread happiness where. But now, his attitude was very much different. Changed 180°.

In the past the Lecturers had wanted to rebuke Lidya's attitude. But the moment they wanted to do that, Lidya would do something that amazed them. For example, intelligence and good attitude. Although he is a cold person and tends to be indifferent, but he still wants to care for others. That's Lidya, outside she looks cold, but she's actually nice.

Lidya walked away from school. It was not that he did not have the money to book a taxi, but for him it was a waste. Lidya also did not want to use the car or motorcycle owned by his father and stepmother. Because his hatred for both of them did not allow it.

His feet continued to walk tirelessly. Take Lidya to the cemetery. This is the second strange trait of Lidya. He will spend his free time at the funeral of his Mother and someone Lidya loves and also causes his attitude to change.

Lidya stopped in the middle of two tombs. He stared at the first tomb inscribed with the name of Leny Herdyan, she was Mother Lidya. Then Lidya looked at the second tomb, the name Kelvin Dirga. And Kelvin's death date is written May 7, 2020, while in his mother's tomb it is written on May 8, 2020.

"Why? Why, Ha...? Why did you leave? What wrong? What's?" Tanya Lidya while sitting facing Kelvin's grave.

"I've been here a lot, but I only talk to my mom. But now no, I'm here to talk to you. You know, there was a guy named Kelvin. Same with your name. His face is similar to yours. I thought you were him. But that's not possible. Hahaha, I was stupid to wish you were still alive and with me," Lidya said sadly.

"Why does it feel so crowded? What's my fault, why am I being punished so badly? First you go, then the next day you leave too, not all week you leave, Dad is married again" Lidya said, holding his chest which felt very tight.

"I want to catch up with you two. God has always not allowed me. I cut my wrist, but I'm still alive. I drank poison, I'm still safe. Why is he so bad to me. He has taken away my loved ones. But when I wanted to be with that guy, he wouldn't let me. He always wanted me to be lonely. Do I have any wrong? If I'm wrong, tell me what's wrong,"

Lidya pondered in front of the tomb recalling the events of 6 months ago.

*Flashback

In one of the famous rooftop cafes. Two human children are celebrating their graduation day.

"Lidya, you know today we graduated. I want this historic day. We formalized our relationship" Kelvin said.

"Our relationship? Do we have any other relationship than friendship?" Tanya Lidya pura did not understand the meaning of Kelvin's words.

Kelvin knelt before Lidya, then held Lidya's hand.

"If you just think of this relationship as friendship that's okay. Can I be someone special to you? Can I be your lover? Only for sede-"

"Don't continue your words again" said Lidya, shaking her head.

"I'm sorry if you're uncomfortable with my words" Kelvin said.

Lidya smiled gently.

"Why just a second? I'm even ready to be your lover forever. Because I really like you too" said Lidya.

"Seriously?" Ask Kelvin.

Lidya nodded with a fluffy smile on her lips.

"We're officially dating?" Ask Kelvin.

"Yes," Lidya replied with a nod of her head.

Unknowingly Kelvin immediately raised Lidya and then turned around to show how happy she was right now.

"Thank you, thank you for accepting me" Kelvin said.

"Have, have it, put me down" said Lidya.

Hearing the first request from his lover, Kelvin also obeyed.

"Tell me, My Princess" said Kelvin.

"Please promise me you'll never leave me" Lidya said.

"I promise, I'll never leave you. Anyway I'm going where," said Kelvin.

Lidya just smiled.

Suddenly, there was a sound of firecrackers. The firecrackers formed the writing.

I LOVE YOU, MY PRINCESS

Lidya smiled happily at the writing. Truly today is a very happy day for him. He did not even know that the happiness he experienced was momentary happiness.

Lidya looked at Kelvin with a smile always on her lips.

"Love you too, My Prince," Lidya replied.

"Quickly the time passed. Arrived at 10 o'clock," grumbled Lidya while riding on a motor sport owned by Kelvin.

"Why did you suddenly grumble. Usually you are always happy" said Kelvin while starting to run the bike.

"Yes, yes, when I arrived so gini," said Lidya who began to think about this strange nature.

"I know, it's all because of you" said Lidya.

"Because of me?" Ask Kelvin.

"Yes because of you. You have had a lot of impact on my attitude. If you were to leave, it might be me..."

Suddenly Kelvin accelerated the speed of his motorbike. Making Lidya surprised and spontaneously immediately hugged Kelvin tightly.

"My Prince," Lidya immediately shouted from her shock.

"I told you, I'm not leaving. So don't talk about it anymore. Promise me" said Kelvin.

"Alright, I don't I'm talking about it anymore" Lidya said.

Suddenly a truck passed at high speed towards them. Makes Kelvin bend his motorbike so that it hits a road divider. Kelvin's head hit with a rock. While Lidya was bouncing and unconscious.

Just when they had an accident, it was raining so hard. Even before he was unconscious, Lidya had felt the rain and saw Kelvin who even though he bounced, but he could still see Kelvin who was some distance from him.

Everyone came to see what was happening. One of the men called an ambulance. A few minutes later, an ambulance arrived and they were taken to the hospital.

An hour later, Lidya regained consciousness from her stupor. Fortunately, he was not seriously injured. There were only a few blisters.

Regardless of his condition, Lidya walked out of his room. He saw his parents there.

"Mother, Father," said Lidya, and his eyes looked at another figure.

"Om, Auntie" said Lidya when she saw Kelvin's parents who were crying.

"Where's ke-Kelvin? Is he hurt bad? Is she okay?" Ask Lidya.
