Chapter 20
Lidya arrived at Permata hospital.
"Miss, can you come with me for a minute?" Ask the doctor who handled Grandma Lidya.
"Byeah, Doc" replied Lidya.
"Grandmother, the same she used to be" said Lidya.
"Please take care of my Grandma" Lidya told Kelvin.
Kelvin nodded.

Dr. Rudy's Office.
"Please sit down, Miss" said Dr. Rudy, inviting Lidya to sit down.
Lidya nodded.
"Look Miss, your Grandma's kidney health has already deteriorated greatly. Just taking medication will not be enough to treat your Grandmother" Dr. Rudy said.
"In this one month, your Grandma has to have surgery right away if you don't want to lose her" Dr. Rudy said.
"Is there a donor for my Grandma, Doc?" Ask Lidya.
"For now not yet. But we've already made your Grandma's name on the first list. So I'm sure your grandmother will soon get a donor" Dr. Rudy said.
"If the doctor has already gotten a donor for my Grandma, please contact me immediately" Lidya said.
"Surely," said Dr. Rudy.

On the way to the apartment, Lidya was silent.
"Son, what did the doctor say?" Ask Grandma Lidya.
"The doctor said Grandma's condition would improve if she regularly followed the treatment," Lidya replied lying.
Lidya remembered the message that Dr. Rudy said.
Do not make the patient have many thoughts. It's not good for his health, though,
Kelvin glanced at Lidya who was beside him. It was clear that Lidya was lying now. There's something he's hiding about Grandma Lidya's condition.
"We have arrived" Kelvin said as they arrived at the parking lot in front of the apartment lobby.
Lidya opens the car door, then reopens the car door for her beloved Grandma.
"Meet me at the restaurant after dropping off Grandma" Kelvin whispered to Lidya.
Lidya nodded.
After driving her Grandma to the apartment, Lidya went back down and went to the restaurant, where Kelvin was waiting for her.
Lidya sat in one of the chairs that there was a restaurant in front of Kelvin.
"What's wrong?" Ask Lidya.
"What did the doctor tell you?" Ask Kelvin back.
"The doctor said that within a month, Grandma had to have surgery. Or if not my grandmother..." Lidya could not continue, he said.
"Calm down, I'll try to help him as much as I can" Kelvin said, trying to comfort Lidya.
Lidya nodded.
"Oh yeah, about Gisel. Do you guys have any problems?" Ask Kelvin.
"He has a problem with me" Lidya replied.
"meaning?" Ask Kelvin.
"Just ask Gisel, he will definitely answer. 180° degrees are different from what I think," replied Lidya.
"Lidya I want to hear the answer from you not from Gisel" Kelvin said.
"Well shall I answer" said Lidya.
"Gisel was a transfer student when I was in 3rd grade of High School. It was me and my best friend, Kelvin-"
"It's not you but a different Kelvin" Lidya replied.
"Continue" said Kelvin.
"One school thinks me and Kelvin are lovers. Even though we are only friends. When I first saw Kelvin, Gisel had saved the taste to Kelvin. He even considered me his rival. Kelvin who only has me as his closest female friend. Or you could say his only closest friend, he just wants to be with me. Even he doesn't consider Gisel to be Kelvin's constant concern. One day Gisel once pushed me into the artificial lake behind the school. The lake has a depth of 3 meters. I almost died because I couldn't swim. But fortunately Kelvin came and saved me. Or else I'll just have a name. And even from that moment Kelvin really did not like Gisel," said Lidya while recalling the time a few months ago.

At that time Lidya was waiting for Kelvin who went to the cafeteria to buy a drink. Lidya sat by the lake while watching the beautiful lake.
But suddenly a hand pushed him hard. So inevitably Lidya must be splashed into the lake.
Lidya who could not swim at all could only scream for help.
But the one who pushed Lidya, Gisel instead laughed out loud. There was no one around the lake at the time either.
"Please," Lidya said with a stranglehold.
"Lidya," a panicked voice from behind Gisel shocked Gisel, Kelvin's voice.
When Kelvin sees Lidya who is almost out of breath in the water, Kelvin immediately runs and splashes to save Lidya.
"Lidya, get up" said Kelvin as he patted Lidya's cheek trying to resuscitate Lidya who almost closed his eyes.
Kelvin presses Lidya's chest compressors trying to get out the water swallowed by Lidya.

A swarm of water came out from Lidya's mouth.
"Uhuk... uhuk," Lidya coughed.
"Lidya, are you okay?" Ask Kelvin worried.
"It's a drink first" Kelvin opened the bottle he bought earlier, then handed it to Lidya's mouth, for Lidya to drink.
"I'm fine," Lidya replied with a smile after finishing drinking.
"I-I, accidentally pushed him," said Gisel arrived.
Stinging Gisel's voice, making Kelvin suddenly so upset. He looked at Gisel with his eagle gaze.
"Already, Kelvin. He said he was unintentional" said Lidya trying to assuage Kelvin's anger.
"How did he accidentally? He's laughing at you instead of helping" Kelvin said.
"Ma-af Kelvin's. I was right unintentionally" said Gisel who was afraid to face Kelvin's anger.
"I apologize to Lidya, not to me. He's the victim" Kelvin snapped.
Gisel was surprised to hear Kelvin's voice.
"Li-Lidya I'm sorry, I'm sorry" Gisel said.
"I'm sorry, really" Lidya replied, followed by a sweet smile.
"Now go," put Kelvin out.
Gisel could only obey with a grumbling heart. In the heart of Gisel even berated why Lidya did not just die.
"Kelvin don't be so fierce with Gisel" said Lidya.
"Why am I not angry? He even dared to push you. And instead of helping, he's expecting you. It's rude" said Kelvin who was still upset.
"Where do you know he pushed me?" Ask Lidya.
"Yes, I'm just concluding. If he doesn't push you, he must ask people to help you if he can't" Kelvin replied.
"This work must be reported to the principal" said Kelvin who wants to move to the principal's office.
Lidya pulled Kelvin's hand back to sit down.
"That's it, just forgive Gisel. We have to give him a second chance" Lidya said.
"But-"
"For my sake, please excuse Gisel. If he repeats his mistake. I will not forbid you to punish him" said Lidya.
