Am I Not Worth To Be Loved
Chapter 1
Vivian Lim is a woman of Chinese descent but is now a convert. For almost two years he lived with his friend Wandi.
Vivian looks beautiful with the stelan she uses. His white skin and proportional body make any man will be amazed to see it.
Vivian was sitting at the dinner table waiting for Wandi. Well Wandi is always slower down than he is. It's always been like that for the last two years.
Wandi did not allow Vivian to get out of her house. Because he was so worried about the woman's safety.
Especially at this time reportedly Vivian's parents are also not in his village because they hide from Beni's pursuit. Beni is Vivian's dark past man.
While living in Wandi's house, it was there that Vivian grew in love with Wandi. Even his love for that man grew bigger and bigger. But he was always self-aware of who he was so he tried to refrain from loving the man.He knew enough to not love the man because of his dark past.
Vivian smiled as she saw Wandi coming down wearing an ash shirt with her valiant. Vivian only glared at the man for fear that the man would notice.
"Have you waited a long time?" wandi asked Vivian with a smile.
Well during his stay together, the man always treated him very well.
"Not really" replied Vivian smiling.
Wandi took bread and peanut butter. This morning he just wanted to have breakfast bread and milk.
"Other times if you want to first have breakfast please, do not wait for everything." said Wandi while cutting his bread.
"It's okay, besides you're the host" said Vivian also took the bread.
Vivian was not used to a heavy breakfast long ago. While at the table there is fried rice and fresh bread along with some jam lined up at the dining table.
"I want to work" said Vivian, making the man stop chewing.
" What do you do for work? You are not safe because Beni would still want to do things that are not good for you." replied Wandi reminded Beni who is so vengeful with Vivian.
"I can take care of myself because I know that Beni has no power anymore, he's just a cool guy" Vivian replied to information that Beni is no longer as rich as he used to be.
"Who said, Alby gave him one of the branch offices for him if, he still has money to harm you" replied Wandi who did know about Beni from his men.
Vivian was confident in her current stance. He also felt that Beni was no longer obsessed with him after the incident.
"I'm tired of being here, I don't want to be dependent on you forever, so my decision has been to find work, even I want to find a place to live too" Vivian said, bowing her head.
"Aren't you comfortable living in this house?" tanya Wandi doesn't understand what Vivian is looking for to work out there. He can still finance his life.
"I'm comfortable, but not good because we also have no bond - what, later your boyfriend even mistaken me."
Wandi laughed at Vivian's words. Vivian is upset that she is not being funny at the moment.
"I'm not funny, I'm serious."
"When you're funny, what about the waiter who lives here? do they have a bond with me?" wandi asked looking at Vivian with a smile.
Vivian just kept quiet, for some reason she felt something hurt in her chest.
"So my status is the same as theirs?" vivian asked in his heart.
Wandi watched the woman lower her head while chewing her bread. The woman remained silent without answering any more.
He realized that he had no authority to ban it that way. And he also could not forbid the woman to find a job.
"Yes you can find a job, but on condition that you stay here" said Wandi finally relented.
"Thank you" said Vivian forcing her to smile.
Vivian could have forced her out of the house. He did not have to ask permission from the man. But he still knew to return the favor to the man.
"I'm leaving, you be careful, tonight it seems I'm late for coming home because I want to stop by papa's house."
Vivian just nodded her head. He just stared at the owner's departure from his seat.
"Let me be bi, it's okay."
"Don't jona, you'll be angry with us, we're here on the payroll." replied the butler.
Vivian finally just kept quiet and left the dining table. He walked to his room next to Wandi's.
"Hopefully can work, long - long saturated also here, nothing can be done" he said while taking clothes from the closet in the room.
After he finished changing his clothes, he immediately went to bring his job application files.
He walked gracefully through the stairs of the mansion. Vivian went to use one of Wandi's cars that was loaned to her.
Vivian has actually also submitted a job application before. To date, no company has called him.
"Where am I going to find a job, the feeling has been around but no company is open vacancies" he lamented.
Sidah almost half a day he traveled around Jakarta, but there were no job openings that matched him. Even some security also expelled him before entering a job application.
As she stopped at the red light, she smiled as she looked at Wandi's car next to her. He knew that this man must be out for lunch. But his smile disappeared when he saw a woman sitting next to the man.
Wandi seemed to be smiling when he was with the woman. That woman was none other than Geby.
"It turns out he's in Jakarta." muttered Vivian.
Vivian drove her car to a restaurant hungry. But it was unexpected that he was there to meet with Alby. Alby is the guy who's been chasing him all along.
"Vivian." call him.
"Call me brother, I am far above you" replied the woman.
Alby only smiled when he heard the words that came out of the woman's mouth. At the end of the day, the woman always hates him.
"You why the hell? How is the end - end of this sewot at all me?" alby asked following Vivian's footsteps.
Alby also did not know what the problem of the woman sewot to him. Because according to him, he had nothing wrong with the woman.
"It's okay" replied Vivian who did not allow to be honest with the young man from her.
Vivian sat in one of the chairs and was followed by Alby. Vivian was indeed keeping her current distance with the man.
If he used to always get closer, but now he is trying to distance himself because he does not want to hurt the man too deeply later.
They ate the food they ordered. Vivian once in a while while staring at her phone as she was busy looking for job openings.
"You looking for a job?" asked Alby who noticed the woman seemed busy reading the job info.
Vivian simply nodded her head as an answer without looking at Alby.
"Why don't you work in my office? I could have hired you as a secretary" said the man happily. She could not imagine if Vivian was willing to work as her secretary.
Hearing Alby's words doesn't make Vivian happy. It reminds her of her bad past.
"I can't work in your office." replied the woman firmly.
"Then what do you want in the section? Just say it." said the man.
Vivian really wants to work. He will never return to the company again.
"I don't want to depend on you so I'm going to find a job on my own" Vivian said, making Alby laugh.
"Hahaha I'm even happy if you depend on me, that's what I expect."
"Your dream." said the woman flatly. Alby laughed at the woman's words. Alby also did not know why the woman kept her distance. He was getting challenged to get close to Vivian. Because usually other women will be happy to be approached by him, but different from Vivian.
