A Bunch of Horror Stories
episode 86 (wedding statue )

It feels so good to be accepted for a job after one year of unemployment. Now I'm gonna work as a tailor at the city dress shop. I think this job is very luxurious, because this store is always crowded with women and men even though most women are looking for their dream dress.

On my first day at work, I was taught by my seniors, just think of it as an introduction. The beginning was difficult because I had to adapt but after my semi-guy I began to get used to and also enjoy my work here.

“Ka please help ya”

“Why?”

“This please stack this shirt on the statue in front of”

I immediately took this dress, then walked towards the statue, upon arrival I could see the statue, the statue was named the bridal statue from the story that I heard this statue has been a long time since this store stood. I don't know why I think every time I approach this statue will smell a pungent smell like the smell of chemicals.

“Hey what are you doing there?”

“Uhm change clothes”

“Not the statue that it”

That's one of my seniors, I'm coming to him right away. He said that the clothes I brought were not for the statue but a new statue that was coming soon, it was true after waiting for a few minutes came a truck carrying a statue of this store order. My senior reminded me that I did not get too close to the bridal statue, because it was the rule of the shopkeeper. Speaking of the shop owner, I had never met him, when I got accepted to work here who gave me the test was a senior.

After a month of working here for the first time I got a night sif, actually I'm fine just at sif tonight I work alone. I'm pretty sure sif night ain't nobody coming to buy a dress. I mean nighttime shit like this nobody wants to buy a dress. As sif night progressed I spent my time checking things out and tidying up the shop. Not long ago the sound of rain began to sound to make me happy because with that the situation did not become too quiet.

Was it just my feeling, or I just heard something fall. I walked towards the direction of the voice I was very sure it came from the dresser. My way stopped to see the bride statue. I stared fixedly at the statue of the bride, who was wearing a long black dress with black hair then her face looked very real when I was sure that her black eyeballs were moving towards me. I feel tired when everything goes dark.

“I want to go”

Said the bridal statue, from behind me I saw a very bright light. I woke up, more precisely waking up from my sleep. Now that I could see all of my seniors smiling which made me realize this was one of the stupid tests they had, I should have realized that sif that night did not exist. It's just that I can't stop thinking about that bridal statue,

Why would he want to leave?

And who did he get away from?

I walked up to the bridal statue, the smell of chemistry smelling as I approached the statue. I touched the hair of the bride statue while taking a strand of her hair. I'm pretty sure the statue was wrong. At the diner I met my acquaintance, he immediately invited me to meet his friend at the office. In the office they asked me to check the smell I was feeling with some tubes filled with liquid. Of all the smells I smelled there was one of those tubes that had the same smell as the bridal statue.

"it's formalin”

“So she”

“Are you sure that smell?”

I nodded “Try checking this hair”

Immediately they checked the thing I was carrying, after knowing the result we all knew that the hair was the real hair of a human hair. Immediately they sent out several parties to inspect the bridal statue. Immediately knowing the result of the bride statue really is a human being. Authorities are conducting an investigation. After the investigation was completed the bridal statue was the corpse of the shop owner and what made it so was one of the seniors who worked at the shop. His body was immediately buried as a senior was arrested.

After all the terrible things that happened and I experienced in that store. I still work there and the buyers still come to visit because they don't bother about it. I just felt sorry for the BRIDE STATUE as if when I saw her eyes I could feel her tragically dead.
