episode 100 (Don't Lie Brother)

I have a sister. He's tall and handsome. She's everything to me. Ever since my parents died, I've only depended on him. He always does the right thing. She's flawless.

Sometimes, if I have a problem, I tell him. He always has answers to all my problems. He was only 18 years old but he acted like a grown man. He's like the father I never had. Every day I help him work as a laborer. We are poor but still grateful. There are many people who are more unlucky than us. My brother is not stupid. But he had to work and drop out of school. Four years ago, my mom and dad died in a motorcycle accident. We lost everything. Money, love and hope. The only thing we have is each other. Our brotherly relationship is closer than anything.

Actually I don't accept everything that happens to me. Mom and Dad shouldn't have died. We should have lived happily. Brother doesn't need a job to slam bones. But then I realized the world wasn't always fair. There is always something to be left out.

My mother used to work as a tailor. Dad was busy wandering around rather than watching us. But mom was wise to say dad was looking for money for us. It's been a few months since Dad sent me a huge amount of money but his attention to me wasn't as much as I expected. That's why I feel like I don't have a father. When my parents died, I was five years old. There's not much reason for me to feel so lost. My memories of mom and dad are just a quick glance. For four years, my brother took care of me. He was kind, didn't use me and always reminded me to eat regularly. She's as good as big brother. Sometimes I wonder if he ever thinks of himself.

My sister has a unique nature. He's good at lying. At least that's what I know. But I feel like that's what he wants to show. You could say he didn't want me to know if he was being honest or lying. You know the point. No one knows if someone is lying. But it makes me feel bad. I could never tell if he was lying or not. He always showed that face. Flat, sometimes with a smile. I think he's a little cyborg.

This afternoon, as usual I made a v*k while waiting for my brother to finish work. He'll kill me if he finds out. But I can handle it. I've done it a lot. I survived until now. But brother can come at any time in front of me, snatch my skirt*k and punish me. If it really happened. Well. how else.

My hand moved to erase the number. I ran out of the house and tears came out of my eyes.

I skipped dinner and locked myself in my room. I don't care about eagle anymore.

I heard a voice from the bathroom. Shower sound. I sat watching TV in the living room while waiting for the eagle brother to come outside. Arya seems to have come home.

“stupid!” eagle sister passed from living room. “sleep!”

Saturday, july 14th

My sister Deni got a scholarship. He was great. I'm proud of him. I made a special meal for him. We also invited some friends. I feel a little sick but it's okay. The happiness that Deni gave me erased my pain. I'm really happy.

Monday, july 16th

Deni lay sick. I cried all night beside him. He looks to be suffering. I hope it's just a normal fever. He really had a bad night. Two days ago something happened to Ria, Roi's cousin. Someone tried to rape the girl as she walked home from the billiar party. Outgoing test results. As the doctor alleged. I'm positive for stage IV cancer. Stomach cancer. The words felt strange on my own tongue. How about we get to know. I don't want to leave him alone. Fortunately, my boss adopted him. Deni doesn't know yet. But when the time comes I hope he forgives me. About all the lies I told.

Thursday, july 19th

Things are fucked up. Deni was angry with me. He said he hated me. I told this to Arya. He comforted me saying Deni was a kid. I think he's right. I don't want my own sister to hate me. Loved her.

I was shocked when Deni was waiting for me in the living room. I hope he doesn't hear me vomit in the bathroom. Turns out Deni's sorry for me. I quickly left the living room before my tears were unstoppable again. I'm sorry Deni. You won't be able to fight with me again after this, little brother..

That was my brother's last diary. He died two weeks later. God, he's 18. I can't imagine anyone dying at such a young age. I want to blame someone but I can't. My brother has left and will not return.
