WRONG MARRIAGE
198.

Arkhan no longer spoke, he waited for Zalfa to fall asleep. Second by second walked and Arkhan was still at home waiting for his wife to slumber.

Ten minutes passed, Arkhan stared at Zalfa's closed eyelids. He pulled his arm that became the headboard of Zalfa with a slow motion so that Zalfa's sleep was not disturbed. Right now the goal is just to find prey to quell the wrath that he has long since pacified. No one else went to see Fatima.

Arkhan lowered his legs to the floor, then raised his body about to leave. His body did not perfectly stand up because someone was holding him back. He stared at the two tiny arms that were coiled around his stomach.

“You want me to sleep, but why go?” zalfa's voice sounded less clear as a result of drowsiness.

Arkhan sighed. Then back down. He felt the movement of Zalfa's body rising and slowly waking up and sticking his cheek to his back. He nailed in place.

“I'm not sleepy,” said Arkhan.

“Arkhan, I'm afraid that you're leaving now,” said Zalfa.

“Fear? No kidding. No ghosts here.”

Zalfa's lips smiled even though his eyes were still tightly closed. “Not afraid of ghosts.”

“Then?”

“I'm worried about you. For God's sake I'm worried about you. Don't step your foot out if your goal is for misery, wrath and hatred.”

Arkhan. How could Zalfa know of his intentions? What Zalfa meant for sure was the anxiety of hurting Fatima. Is this the premonition of a righteous wife, who knows the intentions of her husband in bad ways? Arkhan looked at Zalfa's moving palm caressing his chest, the movement stopping right at Arkhan's heart position.

“I feel an abnormal heartbeat here,” Zalfa continued.

Arkhan knew that Zalfa's face was smiling, because it caused a bulge on Zalfa's cheek and Arkhan felt every movement of Zalfa's face through a touch on his back.

“I only want one thing from our relationship, which is happiness. If you take revenge on others, how can I be happy?” connect Zalfa.

“What does my revenge have to do with your happiness?”

“Sudge it comes from the devil. How can I be happy living with a husband whose heart is easily instigated by demons?”

“I'm sick of the old lady Bangka's behavior, Zalfa. He seems to be dissatisfied with dropping you. He's been committing crimes since the beginning, but until now he's still bothering you. Is there still not enough heinous deeds he's done to us? Looks like he's tired of living,” annoyed Arkhan reminiscing about Bu Fatima's behavior. He seemed to have no power to hold and hide his anger in front of Zalfa. Free of his emotions stored, after all Zalfa can still find out. Somehow Zalfa had read his frustration, but he had so well harbored it that he did not show the slightest hint of wrath before Zalfa.

“Bu Fatima did just that just because she wanted me away from Faisal.”

Zalfa wanted to laugh at her husband's emotional words. God is everything, there is no forgetting of the great. Forgetting is a trait that humans have, not for God.

“Arkhan, Miss Fatima has indeed made a big mistake on us, but you believe that God exists? Leave this business to God.”

Arkhan removed the circle of Zalfa's arms on his stomach, he stood up while taking off the two buttons of the shirt he was wearing, unbuttoned both his wrists and then pulled up his sleeves upwards. He grabbed the glass that had just been poured by drinking water into it and gulped it down with a loud gurgle. He put the glass on the table with a strong stomp. Both of his palms were on the table.

“If we keep quiet, the old woman will think we are weak and happily trample on us. Do you want that to happen?” Arkhan looked fed up at the table.

“We just need to pray, may God repay all human deeds in accordance with good and bad deeds. For all the deeds of man must be rewarded. Believe that! God is Fair.”

Arkhan was silent at the suggestion of Zalfa. Whether it is made of what his wife's heart is until it has been treated very badly, Zalfa can still be patient.

“I learned sincerely,” Zalfa continued.

Single-minded? So easily Zalfa said the word sincere. While until this moment Arkhan still holds a grudge against Bu Fatima. How could Arkhan be so easy to say sincerely while the actions of Bu Fatima are really beyond the limits of fairness, especially she is an old woman. According to Arkhan, Bu Fatima's damned deeds only deserve to be avenged with Arkhan's own hands. But unlike Zalfa, the woman was truly admirable, who could still be sincere. What a woman Arkhan married was an extraordinary woman.

“Let God judge. I believe God is Most Fair.” Zalfa repeated his sentence.

The words sounded so deep in Arkhan's ears, that his heart was filled to hear them. It was evil and cruel that Bu Fatima did to Zalfa, but Zalfa did so.
